Condo had everything you could need, easy to make meals right there, only issue we had was the pull out couch was quite thin. Indoor pool was awesome, tennis court and basketball court were even better. What’s better than playing in the mountains? Super close drive to downtown Banff as well. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice Resort

This is a bit older but nice Resort on the edge of Banff. I was impressed by the good food! There is a shuttle that runs to and from town several times a day. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very Nice Place

Right at the mountain tunnel, close to Banff town. The room is spacious with everything you need, including a microwave, fridge, tableware, and so on.

Review of stay

Nice spot located on the edge of Banff. Clean and comfortable. Difficult to find parking close to your room, and spots were very narrow. Had noisy neighbors upstairs that partied through the night but once the front desk was called, the situation improved.

Lack of running water was a concern

Just a few miles from the center of Banff, a well-established tourist town, it was surprising that we did not have running water for one of the nights that we stayed there.

We arrived to a broken toilet ( which was also frozen). The heater In the bedroom did not work at all . Service was extremely slow.

Expected better

Furniture was worn, the small couch was stained and very uncomfortable. There were rips/holes in the curtains.Kitchen was not properly stocked with no frying pan or spatula just two sauce pans and some of the stovetop burners didn’t work. There is no dresser or closet in the bedroom, just some shelves for holding cloths and one lamp wasn’t working.Shower curtain didn’t smell very good after use, shower head looked very old and caulk around the tub was poorly done. Sadly, evening showers after a cold day were at best warm and certainly not hot.

My workmate gave me the link to your webpage since I hadn’t been aware of your business.

It was a very easy and quick process to register with Vrbo in spite of not being the most tech savvy person. The listing online listing reflected the actual property. My only concern was that the Chef BBQs need to be cleaned because I used 2 at the same time and the grill and especially the bar from which the flame comes out was so dirty that most of the port holes were blocked. Overall it was a very good experience and we should try to return during the summer. Thank you. Darin and family.

Family vacation

First impression of room was it is cute, clean, cozy and great location. I was there with my husband and 2 boys (4 and 6). The kitchen had a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The washroom was a full bath with lots of room to move around in. The bedroom had a queen bed and living had a pullout bed which was not the most comfortable but it served its purpose. The location was great, minutes away from the strip, you could walk if you choose too. Next time I know to walk with a frying pan so I could make my own breakfast other than that it was a good stay.

Cute and Comfortable

The condo was very comfortable and the perfect size for us. The decor and finishes were cute. The fireplace was just what we were looking for, unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use it. One thing we didn't like that does not have to do with Leavetown, rather than the resort front desk, was the fact we were not able to book a time for the hot tub. When we checked in on Friday evening, the hot tub time slots were already full for that evening, and the front desk said we could not book for Saturday until 8 am, as the front desk does not take bookings until 8 am, and we were planning to be gone by 7 am, heading to the ski hill. We asked if they would accommodate us, but they would not. They did not offer to take our name/number in case there were any cancellations either. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay at the Leavetown accommodation.

mountain getaway

Lovely little place in the mountains. No noise from outside the condo, but some overhead noise from upstairs neighbours. We loved the fireplace.

Friendly Environment

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful backdrop to wake up to each morning. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics for making food. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was no A/C. Staff brought extra fans.
