Cindy was a tremendous host and the apartment was great. It is conveniently located and Cindy was kind enough to provide some great recommendations for places to eat and areas to check out. We had a wonderful stay in Michigan.

The apartment was lovely. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and was conveniently located in a quiet area. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was firm and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of fluffy towels. Cindy was an excellent host, We would definitely stay with her again. Highly recommended. Note: This is a second floor apartment so be prepared to climb some stairs.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment has everything we needed, was well organized and very clean. The check in was very easy and our host Cindy was extremely nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay again when travelling to the area.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for my family of three—clean, comfortable, and just the right size. The location was super convenient, especially with family nearby in Bay City. Cindy was a fantastic host—very friendly and responsive. Communication was clear and timely from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bay City. The place where we stayed was clean; check-in and check-out was easy and hassle free. Our host was very good in communicating with us and our whole family enjoyed our time together!

Place was newly renovated and clean.. We had private entrance to the unit which gave us more privacy

Beautiful Place

We loved our time in Essexville and this apartment met all our needs for the 4 nights we were there. The space is beautiful and very clean. It is spacious and inviting. Lots of charm here!

Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was VERY soft (we are used to a firm mattress) so be prepared for that. Kitchen was spacious and living room was cozy. Location was close to boat ramps, parks and bigger Bay City area so nothing was too far, while feeling like you were in a very quiet part of the town. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She had several recommendations for us that were perfect.

Extended My Stay

The property is well cared for and in very good condition. The property Manager did a great job adjusting the living area so my son could join me. The location is like having a home away from home!

We really enjoyed having the kitchen items and bathroom items we needed. Very thought out! The apartment was very clean and bed was comfortable! Loved the big shower and plenty of space. Host was wonderful!

Good Stay

Overall good experience. Our host was friendly and informative. The inside of the apartment was clean and modern, and in good working order, per the website's description. The price was great for a place away from home, but with all of the coniences! 😊

Perfect for what we were up for. Nice folks. Quiet area. Close to Bay City and easy striking distance of Saginaw and Midland. Good large bathroom. Comfy bed. Large living/dining room. I would say the only downside is it’s upstairs, so if you have a hard time climbing, it may be an issue, but if it’s not, no problem! Badabing!! Thanks Cindy!
