Questo è il nostro secondo anno a fare VRBO e non vediamo l'ora di incontrarvi. La casa è speciale per molte ragioni; leggi le nostre recensioni e ascolta gli altri. Se la privacy e il fascino all'aperto sono importanti per te; Questo è il posto per voi! Abbiamo costruito questa casa e siamo orgogliosi dei dettagli, fino all'opera d'arte in ciascuna delle 4 camere da letto. La camera da letto principale ha porte francesi che si aprono su un ponte che è perfetto per prendere un caffè all'alba. La camera Caribou, la camera Goat e la sala Salmon hanno armadi a muro e mobili antichi; prenota la tua vacanza in Alaska per l'estate 2020 e scopri cosa può offrire la bella vita in Alaska.
Bello e pacifico avvolto in un ambiente veramente d'Alasca. Siediti su una veranda coperta e guarda le alci valzer attraverso il prato simile a un parco. Più di 2 1/2 acri di solitudine pacifica e calma. Sei da solo nella zona di mezza collina di Anchorage letteralmente entro 10 minuti da tutte le escursioni, lo shopping e la cucina raffinata che tu o i tuoi ospiti potete godervi. Patio appartato del pozzo del fuoco del cortile e portico anteriore avvolgente enorme. Guarda le galline che si aggirano e afferrano uova fresche ogni mattina. Goditi la fauna selvatica montata all'interno tra cui orso bruno, caribù, salmone reale e capra di montagna d'Alasca. Escursioni di classe mondiale, mountain bike e piste da corsa dall'altra parte della strada nell'area ricreativa di Hilltop.

Fantastic place
Amazing place, great for large family to use as a base in Anchorage to explore surrounding area. The outside area with large wrap around deck are a perfect spot for a peaceful coffee morning. Enjoyed our week here and Kim and Jim were very easy to work with.

We loved the location and the home! It worked for our family of 6 perfectly. The hosts are kind and helpful. Would stay here again!

Home
Traveling from Fairbanks by train for a week, stopping in Denali then Talkeetna its been great to call one place home for a week. Fantastic place!

Amazing place to stay!
This property was an amazing place to stay durning our vacation to Anchorage! The host were so accommodating for us and also gave us many recommendations to make our trip the best! The house definitely became our home away from home! It was so cozy and tucked away just enough where you had your own space but still close to town! We definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone traveling here!

Cozy home for large groups. Enjoyed the outdoor space in the evenings. Great stocked kitchen for cooking. Host was attentive and informative with the house and Anchorage recommendations. Highly recommend.

It was a great place to stay. The location was perfect. Enjoyed the chickens and great eggs. House was very clean. Works highly recommend.

Close access to shopping and restaurants
Home was base traveled to Whittier and Talkeetna and downtown anchorage

Great hosts in convenient location to downtown Anchorage
Beautiful and clean home located in a woodsy property with lovely chickens and gardens. Hosts were communicative and responsive. Plenty of space for everyone in our party of adults and teens.

Perfect location to access all Anchorage has to offer. Great neighborhood and a cool house with lots of personal touches to look at and enjoy. Yard is great for kids to play, areas to sit outside and enjoy coffee or drinks in the evening.We stayed here with another family and it easily accommodated our large group for a few nights. The owner is great to communicate with and very neighborly. Felt very homey and I would absolutely stay again!

The house is quite big with a giant kitchen. The back yard has a wonderful fire pit with great views of the woods. On the other side, the house is full of personal pictures, who’s not the normal VRBO standard.

Incredible home and grounds - couldn’t have asked for more
We enjoyed this rental so much that we almost forgot we were vacationing to tour Alaska, and not just this lovely home. Very easy check in, communication with owners, well equipped and very clean. We had a warm welcome from the chickens and my daughter fell in love with the coop and gardens. Can’t wait to come back, thank you for the memories.

Oh Nicole, you are too kind. This warms my heart and makes me hope you and your sweetheart daughter (and family!) do indeed come back. It was like relaxing with old friends when we spontaneously visited in the driveway while mucking out our snow tires from the shed - lol!

Amazing trip to Alaska.
We had an amazing time staying at this place, the house is beautiful and really evoked the feeling of being in a cabin in the woods. It was a beautiful experience to wake up, feed the chickens and start bonfires. The owners were exceptional with all their help and their devotion to make our experience as best as possible. I would absolutely recommend everyone that has the opportunity to stay here to do so it is absolutely worth it.

Our two night stay here was a perfect way to top off our trip to Alaska. It’s a really beautiful property that is very quiet and secluded, while also being close to stores/restaurants. It is also a great base for exploring a lot of areas around Anchorage. The space is very comfortable and was perfect for our family of five (3 teens). Wish we could have stayed longer! The owners are so friendly & helpful, and quick to respond. The moose that visited the first night was an added bonus! We hope to make it back here someday soon. I highly recommend this stay!

The house and host were amazing! There was a slight miscommunication when arriving and things were not quite ready but didn’t delay check in too much. Fire pit location and house layout made it easy for families to enjoy while the young ones went to bed. After a long day of traveling, a basketball hoop and a kid friendly room assisted in the transition and made bed time easier. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Anchorage and conveniently located close to the zoo.

Fantastic home for a memorable family vacation!
We loved this home and location. It was perfect for our family of nine. It is spacious, clean, wonderfully decorated, and well stocked. The children enjoyed playing basketball and the toys that were there for them to play with. Our grandchildren LOVED the chickens! Oh the memories we took home with us. It was lovely meeting Kim! We highly recommend staying here. We are grateful for their great hospitality.

Love Alaska
This was our 2nd visit to Alaska but our 1st renting a property. We could not have asked for a better property to rent and host. The property made you feel like you were home. You never lacked for anything with added bonuses of fresh eggs and sitting by the fire pit at night. Jim & Kim thank you for sharing your home!!!

Home away from home
It's not a rental, it's a home, and it feels that way. Owner communicates well and willing to work with you to help and resolve any issues. Full working kitchen with all needed items. My daughter loved the chickens.....visited them multiple times a day, ha. 5th place we stayed at during our week in Alaska and hubby said this was hands down the best. Thanks for hosting, we appreciate y'all!
