This is truly an amazing condo. The views are spectacular, and the space is perfect. Daniel is a wonderful host and very attentive and responsive. This definitely deserves a 10 rating. The location is also great for every activity.

Overall, fantastic apartment and host! Very clean, plenty of space / dishes / bathrooms for 6 adults. Amazing views over Dillon with access to the lake walks / paths directly out the door. Had an unfortunate issue with public hot tub being closed, which was a little confusing to us as the photos and description of the unit were a bit misleading and made us believe it was a private hot tub on a balcony (missing a period after 'hot tub' in the title :). The owner was gracious enough to comp a bit of our stay to compensate. But due to the owner's response and the otherwise fantastic rental, would 100% recommend!

Awesome getaway!

We came up for 2 nights for a multi generational girls getaway. Daniel is a great host, prompt to answer messages and very kind. The penthouse we stayed in had gorgeous views and was very clean and nice. It was quiet and we all enjoyed downtime between the hikes and hot tub.

Nice place in a good location with a communal hot tub

This property is in a good location, a 3-minute walk from a bus stop to Copper Mountain. The property has 4 comfortable beds, 3 in separate rooms and one pull our sofa bed. The property was clean, check in was easy and the property was stocked with everything we needed. The main reason we booked this property was for the hot tub. The property description didn't clearly mention the hot tub is outside of the apartment and is a common hot tub for the apartments in the building. We had a very comfortable stay, and the owner was very responsive to our text communication.

Christmas Trip

Our Family, traveling from different states, met in Frisco for a Christmas skiing vacation. Our stay was memorable. When we opened the door to our VRBO we were met with a fantastic Christmas tree and a bottle of holiday cheer. We were pleasantly surprised by both. Our accomodations were comfy and cozy. Every morning our family enjoyed morning coffee, while taking in the fantastic mountain views from the large open windows. Additionally I like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Our stay was fantastic.

Just Book It !!

One of the best VRBO’s we have rented. The views are second to none and the location is perfect with a short drive to Breckenridge and several other mountain towns. The property was very clean and beds are very comfortable! Will definitely rent again!!!

Incredible Frisco Condo

This condo is exceptional! It is beautifully decorated and was in a perfect location for our Frisco vacation. The view of Dillon Reservoir and the mountains is breathtaking. The condo is immaculate, the beds are very comfortable and every detail has been carefully thought out. We were so sad to have to go home! We just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The host was wonderful also. Very responsive and very well organized. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

Wonderful home base in Summit County

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as pictured, comfortable and well equipped. Our host was responsive and friendly. The view from the living room was spectacular at all times of day. I think the view is what sold me originally. The location was great. We came out to hike and could easily reach trailheads. It’s also super convenient to the grocery and a number of terrific restaurants. Another bonus is the proximity to the bike/walking path around Dillon Dam. We walked into Frisco for breakfast! I will definitely rent again.

Colorado log cabin luxury on 7th floor!

This was the coolest condo! Felt like you were in a log cabin in the mountains… Except with a stunning seventh floor view of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Beautiful finishes, well-stocked, extremely clean, and very comfortable furnishings. And perfect location… Close to it all!

This place was GREAT!

Even better than the pictures! Inside was too nice 😀 and the veiws of town & The lake were phenomenal. Its right at the lake, so you just walk down to the paved lake path and walk or ride…sooo beautiful this time of year. Daniel was easy to communicate with, responded right away to my questions, very helpful & friendly. The condo was perfectly located to access keystone, frisco & Dillon and just a short drive to Breckenridge. The condo decorations & set up were perfect, very colorado. Couches and beds were very comfy (thats a biggie for me). And there was plenty of room for us to relax and eat, even when the guys joined us. We were 3 nurse practitioners up from The Springs for a nursing conference & our hubbies joined us for the last 2 days (weekend). All 3 had our own room & bathroom. We are all 50’s-60’s. It was quiet & no concerns with noisy parties etc. Very relaxing. Thinking of renting again during the ski season! It was well stocked with anything we could possibly need. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in (I travel a lot). HIGHLY recommend it! Can’t say enough good things…loved it! Thank you Daniel!

Perfect location with beautiful views

We've stayed in Frisco many times and this was probably the most convenient location. Close to both conveniences (grocery, gas, etc.) and activities. Strolling, shopping and eating on main street in both Frisco and Breck, biking down Vail pass, boating and fishing on Lake Dillon, hiking around the lake directly behind the condo, etc. Everything is easily accessible from here. The pictures don't do it justice - the wood/cabin interior frames the amazing view of the mountains and lake. Daniel was an attentive host and the place was roomy with all the conveniences of home. Highly recommend.

Spring Skiing at Breck and Vail

Excellent location for easy access to Breckenridge and Vail resorts. Spacious and well outfitted unit. Convenient to shopping and dining options in Frisco and Breckenridge. Great views! Definitely keep it in mind for future trips.

Fantastic!

Well-supplied, beautiful, comfortable home with a gorgeous view, in a great location! It's the perfect central location for skiing at multiple resorts. The walking trail was gorgeous in the winter, and it is a short walk to coffee, food and groceries.

We rented e-bikes (within walking distance) rode around Lake Dillon+ Breckenridge! Lots of fun! The hot tub very nice in the evening! Great place!!

A Skiing Reunion!

High school graduation was a mere 46 years ago and the girlfriends are happy to say we are all still skiing! Our stay at Daniel's place was fabulous! Daniel was a gracious and responsive host who made everything super easy for us. We were happy to relax and cook for ourselves most evenings as we melted onto the couches after full days of skiing. We LOVED having a garage out of the elements where we could secure both the car and the skis everyday. The location was super accessible to Copper, Keystone, Frisco, Breck and A-Basin. The view of Lake Dillon was fabulous - especially the lighting on the mountains at sunset. We all highly recommend this VRBO unit!! Thank you Daniel!

Perfect Summit County getaway!

We spent a week here and the place was exactly as described! It’s right in the heart of Frisco and has quick access to shopping, restaurants and all the major ski resorts. Having the use of a garage and hot tub was a huge bonus. I would recommend this to anyone traveling that needs 3 beds. Also, shuttle access to all the major ski resorts is right across the street and it’s free!
