Sweaty Palms è carino come un pulsante all'interno con arredi confortevoli, pavimenti in legno e un bel ponte aperto sul retro della casa con tutte le comodità di casa. Potrete trascorrere serate tranquille rilassandovi sullo schermo sotto il portico o grigliate sul ponte posteriore aperto dopo una giornata trascorsa in spiaggia a soli 150 metri di distanza. Cute cottage steps from the beach. Restaurants within walking distance, perfect location away from the business of 30A. Would definitely recommend staying at Sweaty Palms.

Great little beach house for our family of four. We spent most days at the beach just steps away. When we were at the house we relaxed and enjoyed meals together on the covered porch.

The location of Sweaty Palms was fantastic! So close to the beach and some great restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the towels were plentiful and the kitchen was well stocked. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the rental though, there were stains on the couch, a thick layer of dust on the bulbs above the medicine cabinet and worst of all there were cockroaches. Management apologized and promised someone would investigate. We are not sure if anyone ever came.

Our family of four (3y and 10m littles) loved our stay here and would absolutely come back. It’s so near the beach or the boarded beach access, we had no issues pulling our wagon with kids in tow for a quick walk over. I love that it’s near Seaside and other restaurants/shops but it’s much more quiet and quaint. The house itself was perfect for us, the screened in porch was our fav every day for meals and games. We can’t wait to book again!

The home we rented (Sweaty Palms) was excellent. The home was as advertised, clean and in a great location. we will look into renting this home again.

Lovely home and great location

Sweaty Palms was a perfect little home for an anniversary getaway! It was in a great location just steps from Red Bar and the beach. It had an awesome enclosed front porch which we enjoyed each night after a day on the beach. We loved our stay in Grayton Beach and we look forward to coming back soon!

Perfect Old Florida Charm

We loved the Sweaty Palms cottage because of the price, the front porch and the location. Steps from the beach and Chiringo’s restaurant, Sweaty Palms is a steal.

Wonderful!

Such a great property in Old Grayton! The house was so close to the beach, Red Bar, Chiringos, etc. the property is well maintained and the porch on the front and back was lovely! Wonderful stay and we will be back next year.

Perfect beach cottage!

This is our 3rd time staying at Sweaty Palms and again we had a great week! This little cottage is perfect for my husband and I to stay, along with our toddler. We love having coffee on the screened porch in the mornings and the close access to the beach is great. We will be back next summer!

Fantastic stay at Sweaty Palms

This was a fabulous vacation house for two teenage girls and their dad. Only a 150 steps to the beach and 62 steps to a fantastic restaurant/bar. Grayton Beach is close enough to visit Seaside and Santa Rosa but without all of the traffic and congestion. It could not have been more relaxing. I will certainly stay here again.

Girls' Trip

I was there with three girlfriends and we had a ball...close to everything by foot or by car. Wonderful restaurants and shopping...beach was glorious and the house is perfect. It's small, but perfectly laid out and spotlessly clean. I am a repeat guest and will be booking again in the future.

Perfect Getaway!

Sweaty Palms is part of what makes Grayton so special. The 1970’s fishing village is our favorite part of Grayton. It’s like a step back in time with modern convinces mixed in. The location couldn’t be better! Steps away from Chiringo’s, Red Bar, zoo Gallery and the world’s most perfect beach! We can’t wait to return!

Cute Little Beach House

This place was absolutely darling and perfect for just the two of us. We were within walking distance to the Beach, Chiringos, and Red Bar. The Front Screened In Porch was perfect for Morning Coffee & Pastries from Black Bear Bakery also within walking Distance or you can use the Shuttle. The House kept nice and cool and on a hot summer day we were thankful our car had a shady place to park. Definitely booking this place again. We loved it!

Great little place

A few things to mention: there needs to be a better mattress in the main bedroom, a handrail to get up the front steps - and they were tearing down a building across the street - each day starting at 7 am with dump trucks, an excavator, etc. No sleeping in or taking a nap!

Enjoyed Sweaty Palms

Best part of our stay was location. So close to the shore and nearby shops Recommend Hurricane Grill! House was very clean and well equipped. Great shower! Noticed a droning sound on and off from second bedroom. Maybe some kind of pump? Could use a good drain stopper.
