Letti celesti con lenzuola di lusso. Camminare in 5 minuti nel cuore del centro di Bentonville. Trova molti ottimi ristoranti, bar, caffetterie, negozi Walmart del quartiere, mercato dei contadini e molto altro. Passeggiata al museo Crystal Bridges in 15 minuti su sentieri asfaltati. One of the best places we have stayed! Very clean. The owner has thought of and provided everything you need and more. Great location. Can walk or bike everywhere from this location. Cozy furniture and beds. Seamless communication with the owner which included many ideas on things to do in the area and great restaurant recommendations. Debbie goes above and beyond to make your stay the greatest! We loved the location and walked to restaurants for dinner and rode to trailheads nearby. There was plenty of room in the house to sprawl out and we were allowed to use the garage to store our bikes. We felt very welcomed and taken care of!

We discovered this property the weekend our son graduated from AR. Had we found it sooner we would have rented it every single time we were in AR. It’s that good. The beds are great. It’s impressively stocked with supplies. It’s attractive and comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

Only thing I couldn’t find was foil! They had everything else and I probably overlooked foil. We have stayed at other new places in Bentonville and they were so cheap it made us sure we would never stay there again. This place was perfect!

The home was very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Debbie was a great hostess, very proactive in her communication. Our only criticism was that we could not really use the outdoor space as homes were being constructed on both sides of the rental. While we were advised that construction would be going on one side of the house and that a refund was possible, it was too close to our travel date to adjust our plans. No mention of construction on both sides. Betonville is a great location and the home is walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Our group of 5 women over 60 enjoyed the home. Older folks should be aware that stairs to second floor are quite steep. Overall a great trip especially Crystal Bridges and Thorncrown Chapel.

I am so sorry that you didn’t have the 5 star experience that you deserved. There are some things that just can’t be managed by your host, no matter how hard we try. Bentonville is one of the fastest growing vacation destinations in the US. With that comes growing pains. At the time I informed you of the new home build, there was only one going on. As you mentioned, I did offer a full refund and help finding alternative accommodations, which you declined. Regarding the staircase, the Dave Marrs built home has standard code 7.75” risers. Stairs can be difficult to navigate. In looking back over numerous communications beginning 11 months prior, I worked diligently with you to provide the perfect price point. This is not to mention that you had more guests than you stated on your booking request. Once again, I’m sorry this didn’t live up to your expectations. Our guests are my number one priority, and you are our first 4 star review.

We enjoyed hosting guests so much that we bought two additional homes to open to guests. We currently reside in Little Rock, AR, and travel every chance we get.

This property is perfect for one person, or up to 8. Having 2 of the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor makes it easy to live like a one level. The 3 outdoor seating areas are wonderful to enjoy the outdoors, 2 being covered. The open floor plan makes it great to visit with everyone while cooking up your favorite meal. The huge 75" television can easily be watched from the kitchen. The addition of a private study with a desk is great for work or enjoying privacy for a phone call or a good book. Additional work space/desk on the upper level.
