Great accommodations in a peaceful location.

The condo was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. It is just a short walk to the clean and peaceful pool. It was a great vacation getaway!

Fabulous Stay in Florida!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The location and neighborhood were great! The owner was extremely attentive and helped make our wedding experience even better for our guests! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great stay

I had to travel to PSL for work, had the family tag along to be close to the beach. Condo was in a great location with a pool about 30-35 min from the coast!

It's very convenient to everything. Easy access to 95. Gated community manned entrance. Property owner Chris is very responsive to texts. No problems at all.

Awesome customer service and experience

EXCELLENT!!!! Our new home was pushed to a further move in date and we needed a place to stay until it will be ready. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be recommending this place to our family and friends who will visit us in the future. The owners were so accommodating and very responsive to any questions I had.

Golf Vacay at PGA Village

We had a great stay at PGA Village/Castle Pines. The property owner made our stay very easy. We were sent a detailed guide and map of the community prior to our stay. He also followed up with us to make sure we arrived and if we had any trouble or questions. The check in/out process was very easy to follow. The owner was also kind enough to suggest a place to eat. There was plenty of space for a family of 4. Easy to get in and out of and centrally located to shopping and restaurants.

Enjoyed the week

Neighborhood was wonderful! Great for golf and biking. Pool and hot tub area great! Size of condo very comfortable. Furniture could be upgraded. Kitchen utensils and silverware need replenishing. Screened porch very enjoyable!

The place could of been cleaner

The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly. The towels looked about 20 years old and were stained with paint and bleach. There was no soap for the dishwasher.

Bruce and his 'guests' were complete slobs. If anyone is looking to rent to them I recommend that you contact me first and I will send to you the pictures of how he left the condo. 1) bags of half eaten chips with open beer bottles left out everywhere. 2) cups left out in living and dinning room. 3) plastic water bottles, dirty utensils left on tables. 4)Multiple spills of liquid in refirgerator. And this all occurred in only 5 days. I am glad that him and his guests werent in longer because I can only imagine what it would look like. For those reading this the evidence and fact of the matter is that I have here dozens of amazing reviews so do not let the review of one sloppy tenant dissaude you. For those looking to rent to Bruce I recommend that you reach out to me first.

Good place for a long stay with our dog. Comfortable beds, plenty of rooms. This place has provided some basic need and we went shopping for extra household items from near by stores. Convenient locations from shopping area, major highway and restaurants. Nice facility pool on site but the gym is located on another site which need to drive there. Nice shade little backyard great for our dog. Chris was a great host and quick respond. Cons: Some noises came from the neighbor upstairs on daily basis (heavy foot on the floor, slammed toilet seat, etc.)
