Wonderful stay!!

This Athens VRBO is perfect for game day!! We were here for a wedding weekend and certainly plan on coming back for some Georgia football weekends! So clean and spacious! Also very conveniently located to town!!

This house was perfect for hosting a 30 person rehearsal dinner (with permission)! Plenty of room for parking off street and for gathering inside and out.

My family rented the property for Thanksgiving and my 60th birthday party.

The property was very spacious and clean. Lots of parking. The weather was great so the front and back decks were convenient for hanging outdoors. We had a wonderful time and looking forward to renting the property again next year.

Perfect spot for a game day weekend

The house is great with a convenient location. Our group loved the UGA touches throughout the house - so fun for a game day weekend. The split levels offer nice privacy for larger groups, and the outside decks and backyard were fun for the kiddos. Everyone also loved the Keurig and coffee options - what a nice touch.

Comfortable family Oriented Home

We visited the Athens area for an extended weekend for a family wedding. This home was a perfect setup for our extended family. It’s comfortable and conveniently located to multiple parks suitable for kids of all ages, to the UGA campus, and to Athens downtown area. Thank you for a great stay Kristine!

Our stay was just as described. We had a great experience. The house had lots of sleeping and gathering space for our family. The property manager was prompt with answering questions and giving instructions. Thank you for a nice stay!

The house was in the perfect location. The only issue was that the house slept only 8 people instead of the promised 16, so we had to buy a few air mattress

Jason, I am glad you had a good time at our property. I am confused by your comment of lack of sleeping accommodations. The upstairs sleeps 8, as you say, but we also have a pullout Queen sofa bed, an extra air mattress in the closet, and most importantly, 2 bunkbeds in the downstairs bedroom that can sleep 6 more people comfortably. At least 4 out of the 6 of those could be adults. I wish you had reached out to us, about this concern, and we could have addressed it!

The property was as advertised. It was sufficient for our reunion. We liked it enough to do it next year as long as new mattresses are placed in house.

Perfect for our Friendsgiving and UGA game!

This is a great place to stay for a UGA weekend! The owners have thought of everything! The UGA theme throughout the clean and newly renovated home is awesome. All you need to do is bring food, drinks, and your red and black. It is located close to Timothy Road and great restaurants. If you want to eat in DoorDash offers many great places to choose from. I am sure we will stay here again!!

Alumni Trip

This rental is 10/10! My group consisted of 14 total adults that planned an alumni trip back to UGA for the weekend. The property was clean, spacious and even better than the pictures show. The kitchen/living room was big enough for our whole group to hangout together and tons of space to cook for the crowd. There were 3 full bathrooms with multiple sinks and plenty of linens. Although we didn't take advantage, the back porch was also very large. Plenty of parking was available in the two driveways. The property itself was less than ~10 min from campus and a little further to downtown, with plenty of Ubers available for transportation. Only thing I would note is the top bunks of the two bunk beds are only sturdy enough for a child or very small adult - which the description says and wasn't an issue for our group! Would definitely stay here again!

Women's Senior Golf

House was great and location was excellent for playing Jennings Mill and The Georgia Club, as well as, to Five Points for restaurants. Had inquired before going about grill, and was told it was propane. The tank was empty and could not be remedied until the next day, which was unacceptable. Property manager suggested I go get it filled or to use the broiler. There was no broiler pan in the house. Only one kitchen towel was provided. Also, one of the gals spilt a bit of water, grabbed a paper towel to wipe it up and it came up black. We all new not to go barefoot as the flooring was filthy. On the positive note, coffee was provided and toiletries were plentiful, plus paper towels and toilet paper. All said the beds were comfortable.

We are very sorry to hear that your stay was not 100% perfect, as we always strive for 5-star reviews. We felt awful about the grill issue, when it happened. As a result we have taken steps to prevent that from happening again. Similarly we'll add some extra towels, as we are always open to suggestions! Regarding the floor we will definitely be looking into that, as we are normally rated very high on cleanliness, and our cleaning gal takes great pride in this! We appreciate the feedback , and hope you will give us a chance to make it up to you on a future stay!

Just like home

I rented this house for me and two coworkers and it was leaps and bounds better than a hotel. We had three adults and could have accommodated two more comfortably. Great host communication. Enjoy the new Costco!

OLE MISS SOFTBALL 2022

I was there for the 2022 Ole Miss @ UGA softball series. My group enjoyed time together between games with spacious living area. The back deck has a gas grill and fire pit. Seating for 10 to 12 people. The dining room has seating for 12. This is my second time renting this property.
