Come parte della proprietà originale di Tillinghast del 1800 a La Conner, e adiacente al famoso Seeds Bistro, questo lussuoso appartamento al piano superiore con due camere da letto e due bagni è stato offerto per l'affitto. Tutto è nuovo di zecca con l'interno che è stato rimosso dalle borchie e rifatto come un appartamento di fascia alta con molte caratteristiche esclusive e speciali.

La cucina dispone di tutti gli elettrodomestici di lusso in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in quarzo. Un bagno principale comprende pavimento piastrellato, piano lavabo in quarzo, vasca da bagno separata e doccia piastrellata in ceramica. Il secondo bagno privato offre pavimento piastrellato, mobile lavabo al quarzo e box doccia piastrellato. Questo appartamento ha alti soffitti a volta con illuminazione su e giù per tutto. I pavimenti sono rivestiti con moquette di lusso e i colori degli interni aggiungono una sensazione generale di lusso e buon gusto.

Le due camere da letto principali dispongono di un bellissimo letto king-size con straordinari materassi "Heavenly" di Simmons Beautyrest, come si vede negli hotel di fascia più alta, tra cui lenzuola e asciugamani di qualità.

Per completare l'atmosfera di lusso, questo appartamento è completamente climatizzato e tutte le pareti e le finestre sono isolate per la tranquillità degli interni. Tutte le finestre sono ombreggiate e le camere da letto hanno tende oscuranti per il tuo piacere e la tua privacy. La televisione Smart HD da 55 "ti farà divertire di notte. Ma il vero divertimento includerà una passeggiata nell'iconico centro di La Conner.

The property is lovely! The stairs were a bit of a challenge to my bad knees. The beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was the construction that started before 7 am on Saturday morning on the unit next door.

The place and was great! LaConner was a really neat little town too. What warrants th 5 stars across the board, was we did run into a bit of an issues with the master bath. The property management was absolutely all over it with regards to getting it fixed amd makijg sure we were happy. Catching the end of the tulip season!

The property seems like a relative new or newly remodeled rental. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well appointed kitchen. We DID catch the gorgeous tulip festival and enjoyed checking out the small town La Connor. Loved the absence of traffic & the small town feel.

Our stay at Tillinghast E

We enjoyed our stay so much. We came to view the tulips and the fields were only several miles away from our condo. The place was very comfortable, tastefully decorated, with a nice kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. We loved staying right in town because we were steps away from coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. We took many lovely walks. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Visited During Tulip Time in LaConner

Overall it's a beautiful facility with a great location. Albeit, a little noisy in the front bedroom during the early morning due to the traffic coming and going from town. Management only available 10-4 on weekends. Beautiful fridge that's supposed to have ice maker in door, but it's not hooked up. Had to contact management to get ice trays. Wifi is practically none existent for a laptop computer. They did come to check wifi on Saturday and said streaming on TV was fine and they said wifi worked for the few minutes they were there. I ended up using my phone for Internet access because the wifi was up and down so much. Not sure I would stay here again.

Annual Christmas getaway

Our annual LaConner getaway. We enjoy where we stayed. Close to the grocery Store and walking distance to downtown to eat and shop. Very quiet, relaxing and a much needed getaway. Looking forward to coming back.

Door code disaster

When we arrived the door code didn't work. It was cold and windy and rainy, we had a baby with us and we were carrying a bunch of luggage and baby equipment. We could not open the door. It was not easy to find a number to call. We called Windemere, and we did reach them to get the local number to call. Then we got a new door code. That was a very bad start though because we were cold and wet and stressed. Everything was perfect otherwise.

Loved our stay here. It’s a beautiful apartment and very comfortable. We used it to explore the area and it was a perfect home base. If we lived closer we would be back!!

Tillinghast vacation

The property is located next to a wonderful restaurant, close to a market and many exciting restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment is roomy and nicely furnished with most amenities provided. The road noise comes through somewhat, but otherwise very comfortable stay.

Great spot for a weekend away

We spent Thanksgiving in La Connor, gathering there with our WWU student instead of driving back and forth. (There were only 4 of us.) The beds were soft and cozy. It is up a flight of stairs to the upstairs apartment. It was a little cold, so we used the supplied heaters. While all new, the appliances gave us the most trouble. The fridge was small, the dishwasher never quite cleaned all the dishes, and the stove has something wrong with the burners. (Its one of those flat stoves.) Its a good thing we cooked most of the food before we came and weren't in a rush as we could never get the largest burner to work properly and the smaller burners took forever. The oven worked fine though. If you aren't planning on cooking much there (there are lots of cafes and restaurants in La Conner - all within walking distance), this is the place for you. We may come back again, with less food, and more time to enjoy the area.

Fun In La Conner

This was a great vacation for us after moving from AZ. We just needed a very comfortable and updated place to enjoy without driving. Everything was with in walking distance from our large spacious unit. The management and owners were outstanding and extremely accommodating to us. We thank them so much. Highly recommend this place to stay and relax with all the updated amenities.

We love La Conner!

This is our first time at this VRBO. I think we have found our new home away from home! It was very clean and quiet. The location is perfect for shopping. With COA moving in next door, we were just steps away from our favorite Mexican restaurant!

Quiet, luxury getaway

Very easy to find and park. It's not on the waterfront, but you're not far from all the restaurants and shops in La Conner. It's a very quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of coffee shops and a small market close by. Everything is walking distance. You are right next to a delicious Mexican restaurant, COA, too. Amenities are modern, updated and very clean. We had an issue with trash bags, but it was resolved quickly. I would stay again when I visit family in Mt. Vernon.

Extremely Clean and Comfortable

This property was super clean, very spacious with comfortable beds and thick clean towels. The location was fantastic! Minutes walk to the charming town center, lots of cozy coffee shops and eateries. I did not want to leave. Highly recommend this property.

Terrific property

This property is an excellent ‘base’ for all the exploring available in the area. Very walkable to restaurants and all that La Conner has to offer. The residence itself was spotless, well-stocked and extremely comfortable. I would strongly recommend it! The mgmt and owner are also terrific to work with, very much appreciated.

Superior quality everything!

No need to say anything about La Conner itself (it's amazing, if you haven't been) and this place is a very short walk to EVERYTHING (it's a very small town) and with a dedicated parking space you don't have to worry even on a crowded weekend where you'll park. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, all over the US, and none of them have been this nice. I'll put it this way - you can always judge a rental by the quality of the towels and the toilet paper, and both were way above what you normally find, as was every single other detail, small and large. For example, the floors don't creak, I mean they are SILENT and it's a 2nd floor apartment, I honestly don't know how they did it but hats off to the architect and remodel crew, whoever they were. The beds were extremely comfortable, and this is from someone with back problems whose regular mattress is one of those $5k self-cooling space foam things. Bottom line - if this place is available, just take it. It's not possible to regret it, unless you can't do stairs (2nd floor, no elevator)

Good, but not worth the price

The apartment was the perfect layout for two couples. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. La Conner is a fun place to visit. However, given the price we paid, we expected more. There was no outside space, no barbeque, and no view (except of the road and parking lot). The noise transfer from the business below and the other units was noticeable. The coffee mugs were chipped, a rung was broken off of one chair and the coffee maker choice was terrible. Once we figured out how to use the television, the reception was terrible and kept freezing and dropping.

Amazing place

We were extremely happy staying here. It was immaculately clean and super comfortable. The management responded to questions almost instantly and we were even given a call to let us know we could check in early. It was extremely easy to check in and out and they had everything we could possibly have needed. For us, it was perfect. It's within walking distance of everything so we didn't have to try to find parking (which can be a challenge). We would highly recommend staying here and if we go back we will definitely stay here again.
