Very cozy spot in the heart of the city! Still very quiet and peaceful at night with restaurants and gift shops within walking distance. Would recommend to friends and family to stay here and I would book here again for future visits!

Very cozy and quiet suite! It was very clean. The mattress was so comfortable. Few minutes to the Vatican Museums. Eleanora was very hospitable. She prepared wine, snacks, and different coffee teas. It feels like home. She sent us Shopping and restaurant information. It was so helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment just outside the Vatican. Within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shops & transit. Nice, cool AC which was a lifesaver for the August heatwave. Eleonora was in touch regularly & provided all the info for a smooth checkin & even sent us shopping and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful stay!

The apartment is as described. The A/C worked well. Very clean. Additional cleaning products were available in the cabinet, if needed.The apartment was quiet at night.I read other reviews that the bathroom is small, but it is in keeping with The architect of the building. The location is great. Across the street from the Vatican. 10 minute walk to the Metro and Mercato. The host provided details instructions/video on entering the locked building. She gave great recommendations for local restaurants and grocery stores. She periodically would check on us to see if we needed anything.

Eleanora was the best ever. Communication was excellent. She met us at the apartment with clear directions. Provided us with excellent restaurants, booked a taxi for us from the airport to her home and then to the port to catch our cruise. Her apartment was spotless, well stocked including a bottle of wine in the fridge, snacks , and a wonderful bed, do not hesitate to stay at her home if Rome is on your bucket list. Her home is about 1/2 mile to St. Peter’s square, 10 minutes from the Vatican museum . Perfect location

Don’t hesitate to book this place. Everything was perfect (communication, welcome items in the kitchen, water bottles, wine bottle, chocolates, etc). The apartment is conveniently located only a few minutes to public transport. We have enjoyed our 3-night stay. Thank you Eleonora, you are a great host.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It was extremely clean and has a nice layout. Close to Metro stations/bus stops and the neighborhood is more residential so it has a very local vibe with great food. The bed was comfortable with nice linens and bathroom towels were big and soft. Eleonora is a very gracious and kind host and provided wonderful amenities which was a very nice touch. She kept us up to date on the minor construction happening around the building which did not affect our stay in any way. She even met us at the apartment to show us around when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and you will not be disappointed.

Our host, Eleanora was excellent with communication before, during and after arrival. She arranged transport from the airport for us which made for a very smooth transition after a 12 hour flight and was much appreciated. The space was perfect for what we needed. It is on a hill, so bring your walking shoes to help explore all this area has to offer. Just outside the Vatican City walls with lots to see and do. Be sure to head a couple blocks off the main streets to find the best local restaurants. Eleanora will happily refer you to her favorite local eateries as well. Thank you!

Eleanora is a fantastic host. Incredible communication. Very detailed instructions for everything. Yes, the bathroom is small but who cares. The apartment was very very clean and had everything we needed. It’s a nice quiet safe area. We have no complaints at all. Well done.

First and foremost - the apartment was hotel-level clean, which is so important for us. The bed is as comfortable as 5-star hotels. The host is so warm and welcoming with suggestions and tips it almost feels like a “virtual” B&B. The location is close enough for a short walk to needs, but far enough to be quiet at night. Utilities like hot water and plumbing worked very well a consistently. While the bathroom size will be a quaint experience to the average American - we found it perfectly fine for getting ready for the day. Genuine hospitality and kindness, comfortable amenities, indisputable cleanliness and a quiet location are of high value to us when in Rome, and this property and its host do not disappoint. Thank you!

Communication with our host, Eleonora, waa excellent. She responded quickly and was so gracious and helpful. We were running late for check-in and had a tour scheduled on the day we arrived.We were a bit frazzled. Eleonora worked with us and helped us get to our tour on time. She also helped arrange a ride to the airport on the day we left. The apartment is comfy cozy and has everything you need. We really appreciated that there were some snacks, and coffee, and also water in the fridge. the Air conditioning worked great. The bed was so comfortable. It was great to have extra blankets and pillows and a good hair dryer. Lots of little thoughtful things all added up to make our stay very pleasant. If you need a place to stay that's close to the Vatican, this is it.

The place is a bit small and the window which has the nice view on the right was closed and unable to open due to the building having construction material blocking the view of that window.. The construction was a surprise to me as we were not advised of it. We were not able to sleep after we arrived in Rome due to their on going construction noise and not having access to the only window with a nice view was also disappointing. The owner should really advise in advance about this construction as it was very disruptive.

The previous and subsequent reviews prove this is a false review. The apartment is as shown in the photos, and I've been on Vrbo for 20 years. The renovations to the building have absolutely no negative impact on the apartment, and it's completely habitable. The living room, being very beautiful and large, has three windows (a small house wouldn't have a living room with three windows), but only one is blocked by the renovations. Regarding the noise, the woman wanted to sleep at 11:30 in the morning because she hadn't slept well on the plane. They didn't experience ANY inconvenience as they described. They also received a free late checkout. Their impatience was clear as soon as they arrived. They were very rude, standing barefoot on the couch during check-in. If it had been as they said, they could have left, I obviously wouldn't have kept them. LUCKILY, MY EXCELLENT REVIEWS demonstrate the professionalism of my work and also that, UNFORTUNATELY, CASES OF PEOPLE OF THIS KIND ARE BEYOND ANY HUMAN CONTROL

Eleonora was a pleasure to communicate with. From transportation to restaurants, she was great! Perfect for Vatican tour, good 1 hour walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and Coliseum but very doable if you're a walker! Good markets and restaurants within walking distance too. Thanks for the wonderful review! Yes, Rome is very big, and if you want to reach some of the cultural sites scattered around the city, you have to walk. In fact, I often recommend taking the bus that stops outside your house or the nearby metro, but I know that when you're on vacation, it's nice to walk to see the city's beauties!
