We really enjoyed the time at the property there we brought several young boys with us. Well teenagers that all had such a great time fishing in the ponds running around the property playing football. The main house was so accommodating for everybody again I just thank you for your property and thanks for the opportunity we had to use it

Three Birthdays

The property was amazing and almost everyone in our group caught fish. We all had room to do our own thing and places where we could all get together. It was amazing.Since our group did not have a boat to play on Lake Texoma, we spent most of our time hanging out around the house and the ponds.

Great Family Getaway

This property had room for the kids to roam and activities for fun, lots of gathering areas to eat and play games,plenty of room for our two boats, and lake access is nearby. Our host was helpful but not in the way.

This was our 2nd time at this property. When you have a large group like us that have a gagle of cousins that can have their own space and stay up as late as they want and let us parents go to bed at a decent hour. We absolutely love the diversity of the property and the ability to have so much open space. I am sure we will be back for a third visit.

A Christmas to Remember!

In today's fsmast paced life, this property is the perfect place to slow down, sit on porch and drink cocoa, and listen to nature. Or take a walk with your sweetheart on the beautiful trails that surround this property. The place was perfect for our family to get together and celebrate Christmas. We didn't leave the property much, but it was easy access to stores, fishing, casino and more. We made memories to last and loved our time there.

We will NEVER stay here again

Good Morning, Regarding my service animal; I have been up front and honest from the beginning. I have a medical condition that my service animal is trained to identify with me and our 86yr old grandmother as well. You were biased from the beginning and didn't display any empathy for my medical condition. As a result, our grandmother was unable to make the trip with us. My family was able to notice a mild episode starting Friday afternoon before it got bad. Thankfully I didn't have any major episodes these last few days. I hope and pray that you treat your next tenants with the love, compassion and empathy that we deserved.

Lake Texoma Weekend Trip

As soon as we got there Ms Betsy met us at the property and gave us a tour answered all our questions. The place is beautiful and well maintained the stay was extremely comfortable. We had a great time. Ms Betsy went out of her way and brought us some mint that we needed as well. Overall it was a great experience I would stay there again .

Perfect for our group

We had a great experience renting this property! It was nice to have fishing on the property and we could let the kids roam! Our older kids loved the bunk house. We enjoyed time together, but it was nice to have the separation so the adults had a chance to hangout/chat without kids interrupting 😆. Would definitely go back here if we visit Lake Texoma again!

Lots of room

Golf trip with 12 guys. Lots of room for all. Covered and uncovered outdoor space. We didn’t fish but looked like a great opportunity. Great owners. Very easy to deal with. Would recommend.

Quiet and relaxing

We were greeted by the owner when we first arrived and she showed us where everything was located. The property was beautiful and quiet. Our boys loved the fishing ponds! The house is on the small side, but we made it work. I do wish there were TVs in the bedrooms. Overall, we would stay again!

Great spot for kids

We enjoyed our time here and the property was perfect for the kids to get out and explore. Betsy was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Spending time with her sweet dog was a bonus.

Perfect retreat

It’s a great place to get away from city life with access to the lake and lots to do. The host is great and very helpful. Property also has lots of space, clean, and well maintained.

New Year’s Eve

Quiet and peaceful get away with family. Betsy is responsive and easy to communicate with. We love her dog who visited us one morning. Fire pit was a hit with kids. Spacious rooms and tables for us to dine together. Thanks for having us.

Thanksgiving getaway with family

Property was just right for our family Thanksgiving. Fishing in the ponds, hiking the property, nightly campfires, and of course the owners dog, Blue was so sweet and fished every day with us. Our grandkids loved him and looked for him every morning. Betsy and her husband were awesome hosts.

Beautiful, Relaxing get away only a short drive from the city

We had an amazing time in Sadler, Texas. This is such a beautiful property. We fished, hiked, stargazed and relaxed by the campfire. The kids loved staying in the bunkhouse in their own space. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 adults, 2 teens and 3 younger kids. We definitely hope to be back in the future!

Property was great for large groups. It was a a clean place and the owners where friendly. The few things that we did not like was that it was to far out of town with no wi/fi. We wish that the TV was located in a bigger room instead of a little sitting area so in the evenings we could all relax more. If you enjoy fishing they had a couple of ponds that the kids enjoyed fishing at. Over all the place is quite and a good place for big groups.
