The Breakaway è una casa bella e ben tenuta di proprietà da oltre 18 anni dagli stessi proprietari. Ogni anno viene aggiornato e mantenuto in perfette condizioni. È una breve passeggiata per una delle 21 migliori spiagge del mondo secondo un recente studio del National Geographic.
Sunset Beach è una spiaggia tranquilla e familiare ideale per famiglie e coppie. Offriamo quattro camere da letto e tre bagni con doccia esterna. Il nostro portico schermato offre una vista sull'oceano e la nostra Vedova al terzo piano. C'è un balcone privato al largo della camera matrimoniale al piano superiore. Aggiunta di recente è un'area di blocco di un affittuario all'aperto per biciclette, mazze da golf, sedie a sdraio ecc ...

Nota: durante i mesi estivi Lenzuola, asciugamani, sapone e shampoo NON sono inclusi a causa del fatto che affittiamo sia su VRBO sia tramite una società di noleggio locale. Nei mesi di bassa stagione lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi con il noleggio.

Yearly beach trip

This was our second year at Breakaway because we absolutely loved it there last year!!!! We’ve been staying on Sunset Beach since 2020, but Breakaway is by far OUR favorite!!

Couples Trip to the Beach

Great Family Vacation

We had another great stay at this property. It’s perfect for our family. Close to the beach and pier (easy walk) and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and cookware etc. Love it is convenient to the convenience store and ice cream shop, too.

Beautiful house close to the beach with a view

This beach house was perfect for us! We loved the floor plan and how well it was stocked. Everything was clean and welcoming. What we liked most was that it was convenient to the beach and pier. A short walk to both made it the perfect spot for us! We definitely recommend staying here and plan to rebook it again ourselves!

Great location!

Our family loves staying at this beach house! It is the perfect set-up for us! Everyone has their own room and bathroom, the living room is a large space for everyone to hang out in and it is not too far from the beach! The host has been great and has been an easy process! We thoroughly enjoy our week stay every summer and plan to come back!

Beautiful, bright and easy walk to beach

We had a wonderful stay at The Breakaway! The house was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, there were plenty of bathrooms for folks to use plus an outside shower for rinsing sand off when coming back to beach. Even though linens/towels aren’t provided it wasn’t a big deal for us. It was a few minutes walk to the beach, market and shops. Lorelei was great to work with and very responsive and our family had a wonderful time:)

Loved our stay at this home. It worked well for our family (6 adults and 2 small children). Great location close to the beach and everything in Sunset Beach. The photos and description were accurate. Host was responsive. We already booked the house again for next year!

Very nice

The house was very clean and updated. It is within minutes walking distance to the beach and access to the beach was very easy. The rooftop deck and screened in porch were enjoyable. AC works very well. (We went during a very hot week) Also an added benefit, this beach is the quietest beach area I have ever stayed. Very peaceful and relaxing. Overall a very nice place and would highly recommend.

We are Paul and Lorelei Milan and have owned The Breakaway for 23 years. Our now adult children learned to swim and ride bikes as children at SSB. Each year we upgrade the home as it is our home away from home. As avid golfers and travelers we try to get to Sunset Beach as much as possible. Over the past 23 years this home has become our family gathering place with multiple generations. The times we cannot be there we enjoy opening our home to fellow travelers and beach lovers. We hope your family makes lifetime memories here as we have done.

One of the top reasons we chose the Breakaway was the close proximity to the beach and other island amenities. We love the open floor plan and knew the upper decks and lower screened in porch would be a perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Unlike a lot of homes, we improve our property each year.
