Rilassati nella nostra cime d'albero sull'Isola di Amelia !! Il condominio è stato ristrutturato ed è completamente fornito per aiutarti a rilassarti dal mondo frenetico e goderti un po 'di tempo R & R.

** L'appartamento si trova sul TERZO PIANO - 33 gradini - NESSUN ASCENSORE, MA VALE BENE IL SOGGIORNO **

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con macchina per il caffè, forno a microonde, tostapane e lavastoviglie e persino una scorta di spezie e necessità di base per un facile tempo di cottura in cucina. C'è anche una lavatrice / asciugatrice in un armadio da cucina. La camera da letto principale è un letto matrimoniale e dispone di TV via cavo Comcast, con il proprio bagno privato e una porta scorrevole in vetro per la veranda riparata. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli con il proprio bagno privato. Mangiare per quattro è comodo nello spazio di vita open space o si può cenare sulla veranda. Il condominio comprende alcuni elementi essenziali di base - prodotti per la pulizia, TP, detersivo per piatti, detergente per la pulizia, così come lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi.

La struttura dispone di piscina circondata da sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi - ma NO LIFE GUARD Ci sono campi da tennis in loco e un facile percorso a piedi 2 isolati dalle incantevoli spiagge di Amelia Island. Sedie da spiaggia e alcuni giocattoli di sabbia sono forniti nell'armadio per gli ospiti sul portico schermato.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was as listed and very convenient (maybe too convenient when it came to proximity of DeNucci's Icecream ). The pool was wonderful & closer than expected - right at the end of the building. Perfect as we all liked having beach and pool time each day. Communication was great as well. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for what I needed for a quick mother-daughters getaway to celebrate my mom's birthday. It would have been nice to have a couple more blankets in the living room area and maybe some body wash/shampoo in the shower, as we all forgot ours, but there was a Walgreen's right up the street so not a big enough deal to change our rating or review. The porch was perfect! And we had the pool to ourselves which was just what my mom wanted! Convenient location, easy to get to, and the host was communicative.

We loved our stay here! Communication with the host was excellent and we loved our warm welcome with snacks and everything. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The screened in porch was very cozy. We were in walking distance to the beach and a few great restaurants. We’ll definitely come back!

The location was great. The facilities met our expectations but was a bit more work getting things to the third floor. Over all it was good. Enjoyed the area, golf and beaches.

Great spot near the beach. Clean, well appointed, has everything you need to function. Loved having breakfast on the screened in back porch. We got to listen to an owl a few nights. The host was great, communicative and polite. I appreciated the attention to detail noticed in small ways as you use the space. We loved the path to the beach, it felt like a hike in the woods (something we enjoy). Takes about 10 minutes one way. This area of the beach is not over crowded. The pool was great, large and clean. The area is quiet but near plenty of things. Really glad we chose this spot.

Condo was very clean and equipped with everything needed. It was lovely to sit on the back porch and listen to the birds while it rained. Just a 2 min walk to the beach, restaurant, and shops. Downtown was also a quick uber ride. It is on the third floor but worth it! Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved staying here! My husband and I came in for a wedding and got to relax at the condo by sitting outside on the enclosed patio, we walked to the beach and luckily the owner had a closet stocked with all the beach necessities you’d need including sand castle building materials, a backpack cooler, beach towels and 4 beach chairs. Communication was quick and easy and the owner even texted me over the weekend with ideas of things to do. Would definitely book this place again :)

This was the perfect space for a quick trip to the area. Close to the beach and many attactions/food, etc. The closet full of beach supplies was a plus. Great host!

This spot is well-located near lots of restaurants and things to do, but is also quiet and relatively private. Parking is easy, and you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes. The space was clean and well-equipped. The only downside is that it’s on the third floor, so we had to carry our stuff up all those stairs.
