Ocean Pointe East - Walk to Outlets, Bike to the Beach!

Splendida residenza cittadina nuova di zecca con 3 camere da letto, ognuna con bagno privato e 1/2 bagno al piano principale. Nella comunità di Rehoboth Crossing con area Pool & Fitness. Ogni livello ha un fantastico ponte o portico con spettacolari viste del tramonto. Tutti i nuovi mobili chic, tra cui un letto king size con accesso diretto al ponte all'ultimo piano, letti gemelli in un'altra camera da letto all'ultimo piano e un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto al piano inferiore con porte scorrevoli sul ponte posteriore, insieme a una griglia. Un letto pieghevole per bambini in una stanza, quindi dormire per 7 persone. Townhome dispone anche di un open space con sala da pranzo, soggiorno, angolo colazione e un'enorme cucina moderna con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.

La veranda riparata dalla cucina offre anche splendide viste sul tramonto e un comodo tavolo e sedie per cene all'aperto memorabili. Ci piace prendere un caffè là fuori per le mattine pigre o prima di andare in spiaggia!

Privato, grande piscina, centro fitness e club house.

Cammina verso Tanger Outlets, molti ristoranti e bar e minuti da film, golf, parchi acquatici, il favoloso negozio di ciambelle di prugne fratturate (un must a Rehoboth!) e le spiagge vicine come un facile giro di 5 minuti. Accesso privato al Junction e al Breakwater Trail, quindi se la mountain bike o le escursioni sono la tua passione, puoi arrivare a Rehoboth, Lewes o alle spiagge e ai parchi statali e goderti la natura al tuo ritmo. Oppure prendi l'autobus che si trova a pochi passi, un'ottima opzione per godersi la vita notturna !.

Sul lato oceano della Route 1 - accesso rapido a Rehoboth Avenue senza il fastidio dell'autostrada.

Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, ma ricorda di portare lenzuola e asciugamani.

Great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy and spacious for all 6 of us. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great. We were close to everything and 1 mile from the beach! I just wish the vacation was longer! We would stay there again!! Thank you for a great few days!

Rehobeth Beach

Property was clean and maintained pretty well. King bed was a bit hard for my wife, but I slept fine. Balance of rooms had no complaints from others. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. Route 1 can be tough to get out on with merging traffic from service road and drug store.

Everything you need for a great vacation

This was a ladies trip to the beach and this townhouse was excellent. In summary, it was immaculately clean, very nicely decorated, very spacious, and had all the amenities, pics were very accurate, and importantly, James, the owner, was easy to reach, very responsive and his hospitality was superb. This end unit townhome is in a nice community. The instructions for checking in was very clear and easy. The fact that each bedroom had their own private bathroom was an extra plus. It was very nicely decorated, just as you see in the pics, and you got alot of natural light coming through the windows too. I loved how clean the place was. It was a joy to cook and grill at this place. Small packets of shampoos, conditioners were provided (felt like a hybrid of a well run hotel with the comforts of home). Definitely, one to keep for future vacations. Thanks James for providing a wonderul place.

Great Communication

We had a great stay at James’ property. When we arrived, he allowed to us to check in as soon as it was done being cleaned. Although we initially had a little trouble with the key, when we entered we were very happy with the space. It was great to have a private bath for each bedroom. We also enjoyed the screened in deck off the main level as it had a fan and was a great spot to eat dinner. The kitchen was well stocked even though we didn’t cook while there. There was an issue with a missing parking pass, but James responded very promptly and helped fix the situation. We appreciate the great communication and hope to be back to visit soon!

Excellent Condo

The condo was amazing! Being in the upstairs or downstairs bedroom you didn’t hear anyone while sleeping. Will definitely stay there again the only thing that would help would be a vacuum for the throw rugs. The owner was always available to answer any questions. The condo was about a 5-7 minute drive to the beach and the boardwalk.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful vacation. The home was extremely clean and felt new. Hand sanitizer was provided throughout, during the Coronavirus pandemic... that was greatly appreciated. The owners are very personable and communication couldn’t have been better. Our family enjoyed the convenient location to the beach, shopping & dining. We definitely plan to go back!

Fantastic!

Excellent place to stay. Lots of space and very clean. Location is fantastic as well. Communication with the owners was also solid. This is definitely worth 5 stars! Only suggestion would be couple more household items such as toaster (there’s a toaster oven but when making multiple lunches toaster would make it easier) and iron and blender. But overall highly recommend staying here! You can’t go wrong!
