Questa casa sul lungolago, recentemente ristrutturata, è stata progettata per il divertimento della famiglia! Che si tratti di nuotare, andare in kayak, guardare film, accoccolarsi accanto al caminetto o arrostire s'mores attorno al pozzo del fuoco.

La casa è situata sul canale principale con vista a 360 gradi sul lago, con un ampio molo da cui godersi il lago. Ottimi panorami di acque libere dal lotto. La casa è idealmente situata sul lato desiderabile del lago che offre acque più limpide e solo una corsa in barca di quindici minuti dal lussuoso Ritz-Carlton Resort o due minuti dal famigerato salto di roccia e fune. Situato nella contea di Putnam, vicino alla diga.

Soffitti alti nelle principali aree abitative, pavimenti in legno e pareti con finestre che si affacciano sul lago. La zona giorno della famiglia comprende un camino, TV a parete, zona pranzo e arredi tirati insieme con l'occhio di un decoratore. Cucina completamente attrezzata e aggiornata con controsoffitti in quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, microonde, lavastoviglie e caffettiera. Utensili da cucina, lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti ... anche gli asciugamani da spiaggia!

Master suite ha il proprio bagno completo e spogliatoio. La camera da letto principale è tranquilla e serena, tutta bianca. Tre camere da letto supplementari si trovano nella sezione principale della casa. Due letti queen size e una camera aggiuntiva con due letti singoli. L'aggiunta alla sala giochi comprende due camere da letto aggiuntive. Ottimo per i bambini! Letti a castello che dormono tre, e anche un letto full size.

L'area della sala giochi offre anche un tavolo da gioco a tre vie (tavolo da biliardo, air hockey e ping-pong) per divertirsi con i bambini. Badminton e corn-hole.


Appena fuori casa c'è un capanno pieno di giocattoli divertenti come tubi, noodles e giubbotti di salvataggio. Aiutate voi stessi!

Questa casa è la destinazione perfetta per week-end di coppie, famiglie, ragazzi o ragazze. Oltre il lago, questa località offre molte attrazioni vicine come: campi da golf di alto livello in Georgia, lussuose Ritz spa, football dell'Università della Georgia, storica città di Madison, Augusta National Golf Club e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. È RICHIESTO UN SOGGIORNO MINIMO DI DUE NOTTE.

Memories Made for a Lifetime!

This lake front property exceeded our expectations. The view of the lake from the gorgeous and comfortable home was amazing. We stayed here on our family trip to the Masters. We took our three grown children and their spouses. There is ample space to enjoy time together. We loved the chairs on the dock, the huge hot tub, the outdoor living space with tv, the swing near the water, the putting green, and outdoor dining area. We grilled and ate most meals at the home which was equipped with many kitchen appliances and dishes you would need for a large group. Gena was very helpful recommending the few restaurants we attended. Her communication was immediate. Loved our time at Lake Oconee!!

Great location and home

What a wonderful place to stay on Oconee. Great location close to boat launch. Great dock for boat. Loved the hot tub!!! Plenty of room. Hope to stay again!

Great House, Wonderful Property

We just visited for a family vacation (five adults, 3.5 yr old, 17 mo old), and the house and property were wonderful. The set up of the house was great because there are two bedrooms and a bathroom at one side of the house which was perfect for the kids. Also, it’s a ranch style Home so we didn’t have to worry about any stairs. The property is beautiful— private, open, lots of space for kids to run around and explore. The neighborhood was quiet and great for jogging and bike rides. The weather was rainy and cold, but the hot tub and fireplace were lifesavers, as was the screened-in porch off the master suite (for another outdoor hang area protected from the rain). The owners were excellent at communicating before and during our stay. Would recommend and stay there again. I think another reviewer mentioned that the home is “off the beaten path”— at least 15-20 min to grocery, etc.. but that was worth it to be in a more quiet, secluded area.

Spectacular views

The home is lovely and the views were amazing. We had a wonderful time inside and out. Perfect home to host a gathering of family or friends. The homeowners were gracious and accommodating. We would love to stay again.

What an amazing place!

This has to be the best VRBO house on Lake Oconee. It is beautifully decorated, the view is perfection, and there is more extra special additions that most houses do not offer. I feel so thankful to have had my entire family for the first time in 2 years! Hated to leave this gorgeous place. The only hiccup was a long power outage on Thanksgiving morning!!! Did not eat until after 4, but we enjoyed all being together during the wait for power!

Very quiet and secluded

The house is very spacious and great for a large family gathering. There are so many options for sitting and relaxing it was hard to decide whether to sit at the dock, on one of the porches, in one of the sitting areas or by the fire pit. My teenage boys enjoyed the ping pong table and we found the house very comfortable and well-kept. We would definitely stay here again.

FANTASTIC Getaway

This home is perfect for large families. We had our children and grandchildren for a total of 10 adults and 1 child. The homeowners were very easy to work with and answer any questions. We could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this home to anyone. It has a great view of the lake and is easily accessible. The hone is spacious so you don’t feel like you are on top of one another. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!

My three sons and I had a wonderful time for three nights during Masters week at this beautiful lakefront property . Clean spacious and comfortable . The only disadvantage was that it was slightly off the beaten path . The owner was a pleasure to deal with .

Must stay here - beautiful, cozy home!

This house is gorgeous - freshly updated and amazingly decorated interior. It has sweeping lake views from all the main living area windows and wonderful outdoor areas to relax. It was very, very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We would love to stay here again next NYE. I highly recommend this VRBO property and I have stayed in a lot of them!

Stunning Lakeview House!!!!!

We rented this gorgeous house on lake Oconee and would highly recommend it. The owner Gena is extremely helpful and accommodating and called me before we checked in to make sure we knew how to get there. There are 4 rooms on one side of the house together and two rooms (including one with bunk beds) on the other side of the house. The house was immaculately clean with plenty of clean towels etc. It also had condiments in the kitchen such as ketchup olive oil salt pepper coffee etc which was very handy. There is a beautiful dock which would be lovely to hang out on in the summer. The instructions for the property were very clear. The trash has to be removed because the county waste doesn't come to all the houses but the trash collection site is close (note if you are checking out on a Sunday the collection site nearby doesn not open until 1pm so it might be a good idea to do a run on Saturday afternoon/evening to get rid of most of your trash). Would highly recommend this beautiful house - we loved it!
