Another excellent stay

This was the second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The location is excellent and close to both the airport and the central parts of the city.

Great Property, Even Better Location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the place, the ad was accurate, and the space itself was great. The best part was the location, as it was 2 blocks from the beach and about 10-15 minutes to the heart of old town and the main train station. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone else looking to stay in Nice.

Great location and comfortable stay

The unit was in a clean and safe building and in a central location. I am looking forward to returning to the same unit later this spring.

The apartment is in the best location, easy to walk and access what you need, shopping, dining, beach even easy to commute to airport. The apartment is very clean and have what you need for you stay, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, fridge,…even the beach umbrella. We were so happy with our stay and will choose it for our future vacation in Nice.

Cute apartment that backs up to the courtyard/cemetery of a church. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, glasses and containers to easily cook your own meals

great location and service

comfortable apartment with good amenities to make the stay pleasant. The heating/cooling unit tended to rattle, but all the other appliances were first rate and operated well.

Overall the stay was fine, but being expected to use one towel over an 8 day stay is ridiculous and unhygienic. It’s unacceptable that a stay that long is required to pay for towels.

The apartment was well located and as pictured, although always a wide angled camera presents a much larger space than actually exists. Instructions on getting the keys could have been shared earlier to alleviate concern. Once the keys were in hand, it took us nearly an hour to enter the apartment through their 2 door system, the first being a vestibule. The lock system is incredibly difficult and we would have been standing there for who knows how long if not for a kind neighbor, having experienced the same difficulties, shared a couple of tips and eventually opened the vestibule door us. Entry remained a challenge the entire 2 weeks of our stay! We were never able to get concierge to reset the safe and after back and forth messages claiming the safe was reset - no it was not - we gave up. Other requests were eventually addressed. We considered these unnecessary annoyances that should/could have been avoided to provide a better experience. Location is of upmost importance to us for our time in Nice and the apartment is central to all, a short walk to the beach and many of our favorite restaurants.

Séjour fort agréable

Beau logement, très bien situé et très calme. La petite église à l’arrière du logement ajoute beaucoup de charme à l’emplacement. Un bon aspirateur serait très utile et la porte du sas devrait être moins difficile à débarrer.

Très bien situé au calme

Le lieu calme, proche de toutes commodités, proche de la gare accessible à pied, bref endroit très bien situé pour visiter Nice et ses environs sans véhicule. Les ustensiles de cuisine et le micro onde n'étaient pas très propres, le rideau de douche était crasseux (bon à changer), la literie et les draps sont de qualité moyenne.

Apartment with everything

Great location right near main pedestrian street in Nice. Apartment very well equipped and nicely decorated. Loved the quiet overlooking church garden. Bathroom really nice lovely shower. Kitchen fully equipped. Good elevator. Quality feel everywhere. A/C and heat works well. For this quality of apartment we thought better towels might be in order. The ones provided quite small. But a very small point in a great place. We will return.

Perfect for two

Great location, short walk from the tram stop that connects to the airport. Tastefully decorated, everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean with a pleasant view of the Church yard. The apartment is a short stroll to the seaside and local restaurants & shop. We would stay here again.

Appartement récemment rénové et meublé avec goût (mobilier Habitat) Excellent service de Nestor & Jeeves (amabilité, tentative de résoudre les problèmes, appartement très propre) Très bonne situation, au calme. Nombreux supermarchés à proximité. Literie confortable Télé avec chaines Free et bon Wi-Fi. Ascenseur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, caddie pour les courses. Kit démarrage (papier WC, pastilles lave-vaisselle,..) fourni

La tranquillité et le paysage: l'appartement, bien équipé en électroménagers, donne sur les jardins de l'Eglise anglicane de Nice (où se donnent des concerts de qualité).
