Goditi tutto ciò che Northstar ha da offrire in questa grande e confortevole casa a schiera, che si trova a mezzo miglio dal villaggio. Si trova a pochi passi dalla navetta gratuita del resort, oppure prendere il sentiero sul retro della proprietà e proseguire a piedi in circa 10 minuti. Perfetta per le famiglie, la confortevole casa a tre livelli può ospitare fino a 9. Include l'accesso degli ospiti al centro ricreativo NPOA, che dispone di 3 piscine, vasche idromassaggio, centro fitness, sala giochi e attività per bambini.

• TERZO PIANO: la camera da letto principale ha un soffitto a volta alto con un letto king-size e un lavandino privato con specchio. Inoltre c'è un bagno completo separato con vasca e doccia.

• SECONDO PIANO: soffitto a volta a due piani nel soggiorno. Questo piano ha la sala da pranzo, cucina, lavanderia, camino e terrazza privata con barbecue. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale (doppio).

• PRIMO PIANO: due camere da letto e un bagno completo con vasca e doccia. La camera da letto n. 1 ha un letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio e terrazza privata. (E rotola via il letto nell'armadio.) La camera da letto n. 2 ha due letti a castello e un ampio armadio.

• C'è un sacco di spazio in tutta l'unità e un armadio per gli sci chiuso a chiave per l'uso dei nostri ospiti.

Best vacation

I really enjoyed the quietness in the area. Being surrounded by trees was the best. The home was very comfortable. It had enough space for all of us. Not too far from Sand Harbor .

Another Great Stay

This is the second time we've stayed here and it was just as good as the first time. Check in/check out process is simple and very clearly listed out in the welcome email from Robert as well as in the manual. Condo has all necessary essentials. We enjoyed the TV viewing & streaming platforms available as it was a very HOT weekend and we needed some relief from the heat between activities. The reason for our stay was to participate in the Tahoe Trail MTB 100 race and the location of the condo is absolutely perfect for this (or any event at the village). Great Communication - I contacted Robert on our first night and received a respond that same night. If you're looking for a clean, convenient and comfortable condo for your trip to Tahoe, I highly recommend staying here. We will absolutely be back again!

Family vacation

Great location close to Northstar village. Plenty of room inside the condo. The fans helped keep us cool at night. Loved hanging out at the rec center. Make sure to bring your own bath soap and shampoo.

Northstar Family Condo

Our stay in the Northstar condo was a success! It was great having three floors with bedrooms on the top and bottom floors, allowing for adults and kids to have their own space. The amenities at the Recreation Center were amazing - pools, hot tubes, playground, pickleball. The best part was having immediate communication with the owner. He was most helpful before, during and after our stay. A great place for a family get away.

Great Family Spot!

This cabin is Amazing. I’ve stayed at several others in Northstar over the years with my family and this by far is the best. Perfect location. The cleanest & best stocked place I’ve ever seen. Anything we needed from Towels (7 people and we never ran low), stocked kitchen, even laundry soap. Cherry on top…the beds were so comfy. Roberts communication was fantastic. We will be back for sure!

Excellent Rental

We have stayed at many Northstar condos over the years, but this was definitely one of our favorites! The condo was clean and well stocked without being cluttered. The location was great, and communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay!

Had a great time staying in Truckee. The cabin was perfect! Great location, kitchen had it all making cooking and lunch easy. We enjoyed the trail behind the cabin for early morning runs and hikes before heading to The lake and river for the day. Thanks again!

Rented for overflow family at Christmas

We rented this property for our daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren for Christmas 2019. Great property and excellent location (very close to where we live). The owner was easy to work with, and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

This property is fantastic!

This property is great, as well as the owner. The condo was clean and very well stocked and directly across the street from the Northstar shuttle. The owner is very responsive to his renters needs and follows up with you promptly if there are any concerns and makes sure they are taken care of immediately. I can't say enough good things about this property and its owner and we will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend this property to our friends and family. Thanks again Robert for a great experience!!

Wonderful Northstar Condo

This is the 2nd time we have stayed there, and we love the place! It has always been very clean and accommodating, providing all of the amenities we need! The owner was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. The location is great, walking distance to the village. We will definitely be coming back for another quality, family weekend!

Awesome condo!

The cabin was beyond what I expected. My family had a wonderful time. We were all comfortable and appreciated all the amenities. Definitely would recommend to a friend and looking forward to staying again!

This was not our first time staying in Gold Bend, but it was the first time staying in this unit. The unit was clean and comfortable but dated. It easily accommodated our family of 5. It had a large laundry room, which is unusual for these units with a full sized washer dryer and room for storage. The kitchen was usual size and well stocked for essentials (dishes, cooking equipment), but bring your own spices, condiments etc. Some units we've stayed in had spices, this unit had salt, pepper, cooking oil. Not a big deal, just nice to know ahead of time as the closest true grocery store is several miles away. Also, bring your own hair dryer, soap, shampoos, etc. Towels and linens were provided. The unit comes with guest passes for the recreation area, which then only costs $2.00/pp for the whole day and the facilities are wonderful. Huge pool, adult swim area, and 3 separate hot tubs based on age. Play structures, and gaming area kept the kids busy all day. The village and recreation area are a short shuttle ride away, and the kids were very comfortable calling the shuttle and getting around on their own. At night we took advantage of the Village fire pits and would roast marshmallows and play soccer in the area that is used for ice skating in the winter. Although not on the Lake, it's a quick trip down the road, and we went several times during our stay. Sand Harbor is our favorite beach where the kids could jump off rocks, swim and stand up paddle. The unit is also close to downtown Truckee. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't it. It's a great family unit for active people who want to enjoy all Tahoe/Truckee has to offer. With a few up grades, this would be a 5 star. For those not familiar with Gold Bend units, they are usually 2-3 floors, with the kitchen upstairs. The stairways themselves tend to be narrow, so it might be difficult for individuals who have trouble with stairs. The other wonderful thing about this property is how communicative the owner is. Any questions, my emails were always returned promptly. The rental experience itself was smooth. We will definitely come back.

Fabulous Northstar Condo

We had a wonderful long weekend with two families in this well appointed condo. It is a very convenient location, which is walking distance to the village, but there is also fabulous shuttle service available for those that prefer. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Great place

we enjoyed our stay at the property for Christmas 2014 holidays . it is so convenientmy close to northstar village truly walking distance. The owner was very tesponsive and make easy for us to quickly book the property within hours. the condo was very well maintained and clean. We preferred the beds upstairs but in lower floor you have 2 rooms with a separate bathroom. Great for 2 families. We hope to get to spend our ski vacation in this place for years to come.

Very comfortable condo

Great time! Close to the village where we enjoyed many Christmas activities. Shuttle to the village is convenient. Location is great to enjoy Truckee shopping and restaurants or take a drive over to Lake Tahoe.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family had a great time staying here. Everything was clean and well stocked with common supplies. It's very close to the Northstar Village, or if you wanted to can take a drive to nearby Kings Beach. After exploring, it was nice to relax in the condo. Highly recommend and anticipate staying again.

Cozy Condo in a Great Location

Love staying in this condo. It's clean and well maintained. A great location - you can catch the shuttle to the village and pool right out front. It's an easy drive to Truckee for more great restaurants and shopping. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a nice dinner. The surroundings are beautiful and you can head out for a great hike right from the condo door. I definitely recommend this condo and look forward to returning.

Golf, Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake, Downtwon Truckee, The Village. Take your pick.

The only problem you will have is to decide what to do. Ten to Fifteen mintue drive to the best golf course. Or just stay at the Condo and take the 2 minute shuttle the village and hang out at the pool.
