La favolosa, di nuova costruzione, 6 camere da letto 4 bagni completi più 2 bagni di casa a casa ha alcune delle migliori viste in tutto Port Aransas e una piscina privata. La casa offre incredibili soffitti a volta, pavimenti in legno, viste mozzafiato e un ampio balcone fronte oceano. Il terzo piano ha una grande cucina aperta con un bancone per sedersi, ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo e un bagno di servizio. Il secondo piano ha 6 camere da letto e 4 bagni completi. La prima e la seconda camera da letto hanno un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato. La terza camera da letto un letto king size e la quarta camera da letto con due letti queen size. Queste due camere condividono un bagno. Ci sono anche 2 camere da letto aggiuntive su questo piano, che condividono un bagno, ognuna con una serie di letti a castello a due letti con un rotelle. Perfect Beach House -We will be Back

This is our second stay at License to Chill and we've already scheduled our trip for next year so you can see we adore this property. Clean, great view, a private pool and a boardwalk to the beach plus an elevator to make it easy to move kids, luggage and ice chests.

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and more. Bath and bed linens were plentiful. We had a problem with the elevator- onsite management responded quickly and kept us informed to as they arranged repairs in less than 24 hours. Bedroom views were lovely from all large bedrooms and bunk rooms were well supplied. Four full bathrooms on the sleeping floor were perfect for our group of 9 adults. Upstairs living space and balcony were very comfortable for our little family reunion.

Great spot on the beach

My family and friends enjoyed this spacious home. The home has great views and wonderful amenities including an elevator! Home was clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of places to lounge. Private pool was amazing.
