We had a great stay. The condo is in a great location, and is very well maintained. There is a dedicated parking place just steps from the back door. Check in and out was super easy, and the manager was easy to contact. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a friends out of town wedding. Everything was comfortable and clean. There are definitely some fixtures that need to be repaired but for the price and location it was perfect! Host made check in and out super easy!

Good alternative to a hotel room.

It is a clean, well-appointed one-bedroom apartment in a quiet, well-maintained apartment complex. The A/C is a bit loud, but no louder than a bunch of hotel/motel rooms I've stayed in, and it works well. My only complaint is that the bed sheets weren't pulled tight, so I had a little fear that maybe the bed had not been made after the previous resident left.

Visit friends for their anniversary

Very clean and nicely equipped. Bottom unit with a little noise above from neighbors upstairs at night. Owner was not very communicative to questions we had once we got there.

Location was good but....

The property itself was as advertised. Convenient location. Unit was clean and well appointed. The problem is with the way the unit was built. Everytime the upstairs or side neighbors showered, flushed the toilet or ran the water, you heard it running through the walls of this unit. Couple that with the neighbors above and hearing them walk across the floor as if they were wearing lead tap shoes made fthe stay a challenge. water, you couin this ucou0led

We enjoyed everything about our stay with the exception of one thing. The property is clean and has most everything you need. The check in process was extremely simple. The only problem we had was with the mattress in the bedroom. It is way to thin and not comfortable in any way. This would have been a 5 star review had there been a mattress that doesn’t destroy your back and hips. I would also suggest that the parking be explained a bit better. We showed up and someone was parked in the spot that says it was designated for our use.

In need of repair...

The cost of this VRBO relative to a local hotel was basically the same. Given that, we were very disappointed. The mattress was VERY uncomfortable. The shower head basically is a trickle of water. The toilet paper unacceptable. We actually had to buy our own TP:/ There were 4 Kleenex left in the box..... The paint on the ceiling of the bathroom was peeling, the VPL flooring was coming up from the floor and not secured in place. And, I reached out to the owner 2X & never heard back. Extremely disappointed. Would never rent here again. Keep looking!

Clean and convenient

Cute place and very convenient for us as our daughter works at Davidson College. Only miles. The place was spotless, nice touches with cold water for us and Kerch pods if you forget. Some seasonings and oil etc. my only concerns was the dampness even with several damp rid tubs around. The bed has amazing pillows and sheets, however very soft. Mattress sits directly on a metal slated frame so no box spring or solid support. At first feels fussy but then gets too soft. If I was coming to town again for a night or two it is fine, but longer I need a better bed.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

We cannot say enough great things about our stay here. The owner left a sweet, hand-written welcome note that made us feel right at home. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed, this condo looks exactly as it does in the pictures. It’s in a convenient location with easy parking. We would choose this spot over a hotel in a second. Book this spot...you won’t regret it!!

I grew up in New Jersey but moved to North Carolina for work. I've always loved doing DIY projects to my house and decided to give a different house a try. When I bought my airbnb I wanted to make it really feel like home for my guests. I put a lot of extra touches in it such as shiplap, a fireplace, granite, and stainless steel appliances. It was a lot of hard work over a hot North Carolina summer, but I think it came out great!
