Immacolato condominio al 2 ° piano con vista sul cortile sull'oceano dal balcone schermato e una passeggiata di 30 secondi per la sabbia e navigare attraverso il cortile privato recintato. Camera familiare aperta sulla nuovissima cucina con ripiani in granito e bar sull'isola. Grande piastrella in legno con tappeti di alghe. Spaziosa camera matrimoniale con letto king size, lenzuola di lusso e ampia cabina armadio con cassettiera incorporata su misura. Camera per gli ospiti con due letti singoli con un piccolo armadio. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto. Balcone schermato con vista sul cortile recintato con vista sull'oceano. Piscina condominiale, club house e lavanderia nei locali. 24 ore di guardia di sicurezza. A memory filled stay!

The stay was great! My daughter and her boyfriend came to say with us from Berlin and they did NOT want to leave the condo which is very different than other visits they have made. We will be back!

Best Kept Secret

We are so thankful to have stayed here. This condo on the beach was the perfect, quiet getaway we were looking for. It had everything we needed for our stay. The complex was beautiful, with a pool. The beach was beautiful and it felt like we had it to ourselves every day! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect stay

We booked this condo for my mother-in-law Dee to stay during her Christmas visit. It was beautiful and clean. Cristina was incredibly kind and did a great job of taking care of Dee. She was excellent with communication. Cristina set up a cute Christmas tree for Dee’s visit and came to the rescue when she couldn’t get the door to the laundry to work. This was the first Christmas without her husband so we wanted to make it special, it turned out great and we will be booking here again! Thank you!

Great property and location

Easy location for proton therapy for family. Some unfortunate construction next door that created a wide particle debris field so unable to utilize screened in patio for the last week and a half of a month long stay. Wish they had used a containment barrier. We understand this is outside of any owner control. May be helpful feedback to property manager for current and future work when individuals are spending time and hard earned money for a healing environment during a not exactly vacation reason. Owner was responsive. Chairs, bikes, all easy to use. Access to beach and pool 10/10. Wifi was good.

Great location. Comfortable bed, very near beach

This property was perfect for us when we had an extended stay at Mayo Clinic. Mayo was 6-10 minutes away at 7:30AM and 4:30PM. The location had every shopping experience you can imagine, nearby. Trader Joes, Target, Home Depot, Marshalls, Publix, Lucky's, George's Music store...on and on. The King size bed was important to us and it was quite comfortable. The complex itself is well maintained with a friendly on site manager. Our unit was very quiet. It literally is steps to the beach and we walked on the beach regularly. We were happy with our choice.

Peaceful and Condo had really cozy Good vibe

Everything you could possibly need or want was at your disposal/fingertips; even a fabb local coffee shop , The Bean ,? straight up the street 🤗. Location was the best . Away from traffic , noise ,,, few streets from ponte vedra beautiful area and closer to go visit St Augustine!

Best place ever!!

I can not say enough good things about my stay here, it was absolutely perfect. From the beautiful decor to the comforts of home it is the perfect place. They have made sure to have EVERYTHING you need and more. We were there for almost a month for my daughter to attend Mayo. It was an easy drive to and from the hospital. Anything you need is within 5-10 miles. The complex was beautiful, very quiet, and keep up. The pool area makes you feel like you are at a resort on a tropical island. It became home for us and I miss being there!!

A must stay

This property was beautiful during our stay. The pool was still under renovation when we were there but it's a simple 1-2min walk to the beach so that was more than fine. Cristina was wonderful and easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cozy and Comfortable

We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in a lovely decorated condo. The main bedroom is spacious and beautifully furnished with quality linens. There were plenty of towels including beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans to prepare meals. Check in was easy with convenient parking. Christina was. very response and we would not hesitate to book again! We enjoyed the beach and loved the neighborhood!

You are going to want to rent this condo!

Condo is exactly or better than advertised. Location is excellent, beach is just steps away, stores and restaurants were an easy stroll. JAX beach is one of the best in Jacksonville, and this condo is south of the high-rises which makes it much less crowded. Condo was up-to-date, well equipped kitchen, linens, bikes, beach chairs, & nice shaded porch. The condo is a little small, but for the two of us, there was plenty of room. Would even be good for a family of four, easily. Mstr Brdrm is roomy and the walk-in closet has plenty of shelves, drawers, and lots of hangers. Which I really appreciated. A very pleasant surprise, was the stacked washer and dryer. Lucky us. I almost hate to tell you how much we enjoyed this condo, because you are all going to want to rent it and then next year, I may not be able to get the condo for ourselves. The pool and pool house were under construction when we were there, so we did not get to see the final result but it looks like it is going to be beautiful. The owner was easy to work with. We felt that we were well taken care of, so be sure to take good care of her condo and belongings, which she has generously left for your enjoyment.

Triple C - Charming, Convenient, Comfortable

A beautifully appointed condo in the heart of Jax Beach. Plenty of seating inside and on the screened-in patio. The kitchen is well equipped. The decor is lovely - feels like staying at a 5-star hotel. Beds are super comfortable and linens are very nice quality. The location is premiere - a two minute walk and you're on the beach where you can walk forever and you can walk or drive to many stores and places of interest. Owner is very responsive and leaves excellent instructions to facilitate your stay. Entrance is via two sets of stairs and you have an assigned parking spot, which is nice.. We had a single building entry problem and the owner quickly got us a new key - no problems after that. The complex and unit are quiet and very well maintained. This owner clearly wants guests to feel pampered. An overall excellent experience.

Great Location in Jacksonville Beach

This condo was beautifully updated and close to everything. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance and the beach is about 150 yards from the unit. The condo is in close proximity to the Mayo Clinic which suited our needs at the time. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs and requests. We would definitely consider renting here again.

Perfect JAX Beach location

We loved our 2 week stay at the condo. Cris was super friendly and helpful during booking and after check-in. Check-in was easy, and the condo is lovely. The short walk to the beach makes the location ideal. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay with perfect weather. Cristina was very helpful informative, and quick to respond to make the stay perfect! Property location was just a steps to the beach and many retail stores. We would definitely recommend this property. Hope to return in the near future.

Home away from home!

This was a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, well stocked and all the comforts of home! It was steps away from the beach and 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our Mayo visit. Thanks to Cristina for all her help and her graciousness in letting use their home.

Great long-term stay

We chose Christina’s condo as a place to work remotely for five weeks, and were very happy with our choice. The screened porch was a big plus as it allowed both of us to work without disturbing each other. Proximity to the beach and to good markets and restaurants made the location ideal for our needs.

Really Wonderful!

Three of us stayed in this condo because our son was a patient at Mayo. We were there for three weeks and it couldn't have been more perfect. Cristina was a joy to work with, she answered all my questions before we got there and a few that we had after we got there. The condo is clean, newly redecorated, and fully stocked with more than you would need for three weeks. Everything was high quality from sheets to towels. The condo is steps to the beach and only about 8 -10 minutes to Mayo. TONS of shopping around you, so no problem there. It was truly perfect and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again should we need to go back to Mayo.

Beautiful and comfortable

We traveled for medical reasons and were very comfortable! We also appreciated that the condo was very clean, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Our daughter enjoyed using the screened porch for remote learning. A pleasant and very short walk through the seaside courtyard to the pool and ocean. From the master bedroom there is a small view of the ocean, and we could hear the ocean sounds from the porch. Christina was super friendly and quick to respond.

Kindest VRBO owner ever, best condo choice in JAX Beach area.

Cristina, the owner of this amazing gem of a condo, was kind, helpful & so very thoughtful. My ex-husband, daughter and I all stayed & slept very comfortably in our own beds. . My son, daughter-in- law & Granddaughter came out every day and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and a baby to cook together, sit, play some fun board games Cristina has there for guests, visit and relax. Literally Cristina’s condo is a min walk to the pool and 2 min walk to the beach. Anyone afraid, like I was, to rent a place that wasn’t what it advertises, can rest easy knowing this is the BEST VRBO you can choose.
