La PERLA è situata sul lago di Oyster con ampie vedute su due lati del vasto lago di dune con tutta la sua vita selvaggia e la bellezza riflessiva dei tramonti. Inoltre, siamo appena attraversata la strada dall'accesso pubblico di Dune Allen Beach con THE BEAUTIFUL WHITE SUGAR SAND e EMERALD acqua pulita. È difficile trovare una spiaggia più bella di questa! La nostra casa è stata costruita nel 2005 e l'abbiamo acquistata nel 2017 e RIMODELLATA per presentare un design rustico costiero. Vogliamo essere lo spazio più comodo e bello che puoi trovare per trascorrere il tuo tempo prezioso per le vacanze. Abbiamo una comunità POOL per rinfrescarsi dopo il giorno di spiaggia. E una cucina ben attrezzata se si sceglie di cucinare da soli, piuttosto che visitare i numerosi ristoranti locali nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo letti in schiuma di memoria e lenzuola belle per migliorare la vostra camera da letto accogliente. Asciugamani morbidi per fare il bagno nei bagni termali. Abbiamo grandi televisori capaci di internet in ogni stanza. Il soggiorno vanta un cocktail GAME COUNSEL con 60 giochi nostalgici per intrattenere te e la tua famiglia. Il grande ponte posteriore che si affaccia sulla splendida riserva naturale con le sue comode sedie da bar adirondack ti offre il luogo ideale per goderti il ​​tramonto o cullarti nel totale relax. Great stay in the pearl! Loved playing the games on the old counsel to unwind at night and have some family fun. 1/2 mile from great restaurants and shops. Across from the beach. Excellent place to stay!

Beautiful View of Lake

The location is Great, the view from the house is beautiful of the lake . The house was very clean. The decorations were awesome. Just a quick walk to beach. We would stay there again.

Nice lake view

The Pearl was nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed being on the water (of a lake) without having to pay beach front property prices. The walk to the pool was just one house over and to the beach was a short walk across the street. I would stay here again.

30A Getaway

Great property in a great location... stunning sunsets and view! Met all of our needs for our stay. We had a wonderful stay in the area. Not awesome beach access, but not owners fault. The neighbors across the road have a private beach posting. Thanks for a great vacation "home".

Amazing location

We enjoyed our visit at the Pearl. The home is in an ideal location, tucked away right off of 30A directly across from beach access. The neighborhood was packed during our visit, so parking was pretty crazy! Luckily, the other guests were kind and we made it work. The Pearl had everything we needed to make it a great stay.

Beautiful stay

Sparkling clean, very well-appointed, two minute walk to the beach. Plenty of linens and beach chairs, and good communication with the host. Loved having breakfast on the deck, and watching the sunset there at the end of the day. Brought the SUP and enjoyed the lake. The kids enjoyed the pool just next to the unit, and were obsessed with the old-school game console (the adults were pretty thrilled too). Would definitely stay at the Pearl again.

Cute condo

The condo itself was nice, but the parking was complicated with the neighbors. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the video games. The beach is across the street is very, very small. You need to put out chairs very early to get a spot.

Fantastic stay!

It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach ⛱️ . It was great because teenagers could walk back on their own when they got hungry! Sunset was beautiful! All the beach chairs and boogy boards were used. Stovetop cooked nice and quickly! Plenty of space and enjoyed the pool for a night swim! Had a little trouble with Internet but Rodney had it fixed in minutes. He was very nice to work with and quick. We would definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay

Overall a great place to stay and good location. Glad to be able to book a last minute trip. Had some trouble with the front door locks going in and out, parking was not an issue but be aware when parking of the other renters sharing the house. However, yes it is a short distance to the public access onto the beach but there should be a better description of exactly how much of the beach is public. There is private property on either side of the public access that is monitored. Liked being able to use the pool as well but no shade provided. Owners were very responsive with any issues/questions.

Really not happy

The floors were so dirty your feet were black when you walked around bare footed. The living room furniture was stained with food. Dishes were not properly cleaned. Fire alarm was hanging from ceiling with no battery in it, in the guess bedroom. Got locked out on the first day because we didn’t have the right key. Also the parking was a nightmare. Always getting bothered by neighbors to move, so others could get in or out. We also had to finish laundry that was left by the last renters. So the experience was not what I would expect for what we paid for the week. A clean place was very much expected, we didn’t get that.

Would stay here again

Property was as described in the listing. Rodney was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. The condo was beautiful and a short walk to the beach. Only a couple of complaints that we had. First off, the ramp from parking to the entry of the bottom unit needs replaced. My daughter is legally blind and could not navigate it alone. The wood had broken off underneath and it dropped an inch when it had weight on it. Could use a handrail as well. The other issue we had has nothing to do with the condo. However, the public beach access was only 50 feet wide. There was security running people off right and left for setting up on the ocean front properties, even though no one was on the beach. If you get set up early it won’t be an issue. All in all we had a great week. Condo met all of our needs and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Great trip for fall break

We had a wonderful week staying at the Pearl. Super clean and comfortable place. The only thing missing for us (family of 5) was an oven as well as an icemaker. The house was super well equipped to meet all of our other needs. Great location from the beach and close to many restaurants. Perfect spot.

Great place. It was exactly what we were looking for and in a great location. The only issue was the parking but all of the residents worked together to make sure no one was blocked in.

Clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at The Pearl. We were on the bottom unit and had quite a bit of noise from the folks above us but that doesn't reflect the unit itself. We would ask that an extra trash bag or two might be left as we only had the existing one and once that was full had to be creative on how to contain the trash. However, the unit was nice and very conveniently located. We enjoyed staying here.

It had a vibe

Overall this was a really nice property. It was clean and inviting and had everything you could need. Loved the lake view and the short walk to the beach. It was also not a bad walk to a little shopping strip down the road. We felt lucky to not have upstairs neighbors, not sure if it would’ve been loud otherwise and we didn’t have to deal with the odd parking arrangement. One of the things we we’re confused on was we weren’t really sure where we were supposed to be able to put our beach stuff as both sides of the beach access said private and we didn’t know specifically who it was private for. Fortunately we had family staying close and we met up with them every time for the beach. We had a good time and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Santa Rosa Beach Spring Break

Nice property overlooking lake and easy access to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. Kids and adult enjoyed the old school game table! Great for the rainy day activity. Get to know your neighbors to help the parking situation.

Santa Rosa Beach trip October 8-11, 2021

Great place to stay, had everything we needed in the unit for cooking and enjoying everything. A short walk to the beach, and even had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use so we didn't have to bring from our home! Would stay again when the opportunity arises!

Great house!

The house was awesome and nicely appointed. Had everything we needed. My only downside is the parking situation. This house is split into 2 rentable units. If either of the parties has multiple vehicles, you will have to arrange with the other renter to move cars around when you need to go somewhere.

Growing up in Minnesota did not afford many Beach vacations so having this beach home is truely priceless! We wanted to to retire with a beach house and a cabin in the mountains. We now have accomplished this! We are young enough to want to travel in our motorhome so we are sharing our homes!
We are expecting our 7th Grandchild and we love spending time with all of them. Unfortunately, that involves traveling to Washington or Conneticut! We typically fly and stay a couple of weeks at each home when we go!

We visited this area first because our very good friends grew up here. We found the EMERALD waters and all the beautiful neighborhoods and amenities to support them so appealing!
We found this area irresistible and found this duplex on the lake and spent the next 4 months making it ours!
We are very pleased to make our home very thoughtful for anything you may want to do on vacation! Our home is well equiped with everything new and we are near entertainment for when you want to explore the area. We hope you will enjoy and care for our home as you would your own. We want to be your destination for many years!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The unique feature of this home is the expansive views of Oyster Lake and all that it includes.....the refection of the sunsets, the wildlife, and the privacy of this setting while being just steps from the pristine beach! We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do!
