Everything was spotless when we arrived, very simple check in process and the host was very detailed with everything including giving info on nearby spots to visit. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! 5 stars!

This was the best house the we have had for our annual girls weekend! The house was immaculate and lots of amenities that were unexpected. Snacks and groceries, sunscreen and bug spray, beach towels for waterfall, and toiletries! You will not be disappointed with this property or the communication with the owners.

Property was clean and comfortable. Air freshener in the house was messing with my allergies and asthma. The light over the stove didn’t work so a little difficult to cook supper. And the freezer made a God awful noise when it was running. Stove and freezer I just ignored and lived with. And I took meds and managed to be ok with air fresheners. Beautiful property inside and out.

We sincerely apologize that a few aspects of your stay caused you an inconvenience. We live a couple doors down from this property and are on call 24 hours a day. We make sure each guest has not only the business phone number but also our personal number for any concerns during your stay. I wish you would have called us so we could have helped you. We could have promptly changed your stove bulb and removed the air freshener. There is ONE air freshener and you can remove it if you wish not to have it during your stay. As for the 2 year old stainless ice maker, we understand that appliances can sometimes be louder than expected, we are sorry if the noise was bothersome to you. We do our best to ensure that the cabin is clean, comfortable and in good working order before each guest arrives. We appreciate you communicating these concerns with us and giving us the opportunity to address them for the next guest. We strive strive hard to maintain our 5 star rating and to make sure each and every guest has the best cabin experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a winding road in the mountains, but it was easy to find. The atmosphere was perfect. We got to build a fire to roast hot dogs and marshmallows. It would be nice if there was a little hatchet to use for kindling, but we were able to make it work.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and cozy. The driveway is a little steep but once you drive up once, you understand how to park on it! The steam out front was very nice and walking to the waterfall was so fun! I would say this property is very family friendly. Well stocked kitchen and body was very responsive.

The cabin was exactly as it was described in the listing. The pictures were exactly how the entire place and property looked. My favorite part of the rental was opening the front door and hearing the stream. So so peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cabin is perfectly appointed and clean. Despite the cold weather, we took several walks to the creek and the waterfalls. They are just icing on the cake. Kristy is very responsive and a pure pleasure to talk to. We hope to return in the future.

House was very clean, well appointed (snacks, toiletries, kitchen supples, etc.), and very comfortable. We were in this remote area for a wedding and would definitely rent this property again. Very family friendly though we just had 2 couples staying for the weekend.

This rental was perfect! I am blown away by all the "extras" that Kristy provides in this rental. From milk to wine to Qtips, she has everything you need to make your stay perfect! I have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one is definitely one of my favorites! Yes, it is in a remote area of Maryville but if you're looking for peace and tranquility, then you definitely want to stay here! The waterfall on the property is just so cool!! Kristy accommodated us just perfectly!

Great weekend getaway

What an amazing place to stay!! Everything we needed was there. The waterfalls and porch were our favorite. We grilled out with friends and built a fire for s’mores ❤️ Couldn’t ask for nicer folks to rent from Thanks !!!

I am a married, working mom of 4 wonderful children. We lead very busy lives, but love to go to the waterfall house for a weekend get away. The kids love to play in the creeks and catch minnows and crawfish and we like to grill out by the fire-pit and relax.

The location and land are awesome! The waterfall is beautiful and the sound of rushing water is peaceful and relaxing. It is the perfect place to be around nature and recharge. This home is a brand new build.
