We’re very sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the home did not meet expectations. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we take your feedback seriously. We are addressing this with our cleaning team and have scheduled a more detailed deep clean to ensure these items are not overlooked moving forward. We also appreciate your note regarding the furnishings and listing photos. The sofa itself has not been changed, but we did recently add a blue slipcover to make it more durable and family-friendly. That said, we understand how this may have felt different from the photos and will be updating our listing to better reflect the current look of the home.
