Our stay in Breckenridge was exceptional from start to finish. The property was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly situated for a relaxing mountain getaway. Spacious townhouse close to lifts and town. Easy walk to hot tub. Unit is older but everything works. Lots of space to spread out, cook, and hang out. We had 6 adults/teens.

Wonderful Location and Beautiful Home

We had such a great time staying at this wonderful condo during our family vacation over New Years! The condo was beautiful and VERY clean. It is a very short walk to the slopes (ski in/ski out) and downtown Breckenridge. Plenty of space for everyone to gather around the kitchen table at night to play games, lounge in the living room to watch football and nice large bedrooms with very comfy beds. Highly recommend this house to large groups and families. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Accurately Listed

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. A couple things to say to future renters: the stairs are a lot for the elderly. And the lower bedroom is a double bottom bunk, a twin top bunk, and the futon is small. It was tight for a family of four with two teenagers. But we made it work. The pool and hot tubs in the area are perfect. We had a lot of fun. Thank you.

Excellent place to stay

Plenty of room for 7 people, great location and the pictures are accurate. Quick walk to snowflake lift and to the village at peak 9. Had a great stay and would defiantly stay here again!

Amazing stay

This house was excellent. It was the perfect location- a short walk to town and to the snowflake lift. The house was immaculate and as pictured. Highly recommend!

Perfect place and location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean well kept. The bed were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We had 2 families staying there and it worked out perfectly. It was a quick walk from the 4 O'Clock run at the end of the day. Unfortunately the snowflake lift was closed for the season, so we walked down the hill to the free shuttle. I would stay at this location again!

Great layout fantastic location

Comfortably fit 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 4 yr olds. The location could not be better it’s a 5 minute walk into town. Only complaint, which has probably been fixed is that a stairwell banister had come off the wall on one end leaving exposed screws and a potential danger to the littles. There were also no screens on the windows. Being summer and no A/C we needed to open the windows but this made me very nervous with curious little’s. Also some other small issues which did not affect our stay but when I communicated immediately upon arrival but there was no response. It really is a great location and great layout but for the $$ we would have expected things to be in better condition.

So glad you had a good time and liked the location! Thanks for your thoughts on areas of concern. The owner is in the middle of installing new safe guarded windows. As well as a huge renovation so you were seeing the in-between. We apologize for not responding right away regarding the railing. We were at our daughters wedding and you had communicated the railing was not an issue for your stay so we did not send anyone over for repairs.

Fantastic customer care!

This property was undergoing maintenance and wouldn’t be ready in time for our stay. Katie called and told me that it wouldn’t be ready in time, but already had another unit available for us if we wanted it. The other unit was managed by someone else. The unit Katie was holding for us was great. She definitely took care of us. I am unable to rate this particular unit because we couldn’t stay there, but the customer service deserved 5 stars and I would definitely reserve any unit Katie manages, including this one.

Oktoberfest

We brought our two month old daughter as well as our friends and their baby. We came for Oktoberfest, the home was spacious and easy to have babies. Location is perfect; walking distance to Main Street. Great weekend!

Stayed in 33 Tall Pines because of construction

We stayed in a different property because of work being done on our original one. This worked on out just fine. We liked the property, perfect for the 7 of us for a long weekend in the mountains.

We are glad you liked the condo we moved you to. It was a big upgrade from what you had originally chosen, at no charge to you. A stunning place, so not sure why the condo was not given a 5 Star.

Great skiing , comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our stay , the unit was cute and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. There was easy access to the ski lift . There was ample room for our family of 8 . My only complaint is after we left we heard from the manager that there was a broken stair rail and that we would be charge for it. Absolutely did not cause any sort of damage, the manager took care of it very quickly and we were not charged for it but it just seemed a little suspicious to be accused of something along those lines. So that would be weary of any claims on your deposit. Again the manager was amazing and we didn’t end up paying for it I just wonder if we hadn’t questioned it if we would’ve gotten charged

We enjoyed having this guest. The railing is a bit of a mystery. It was fine when the previous guest checked out. Housekeeping reported this issue when this guest checked out. We've been using our people for a very long time who are reliable and routinely report any damages (even mistakes they make). This guest was adamant that they did not cause the railing to be ripped form the wall, so we chose not to charge them.
