Great Location!

This is a beautiful property and the experience was great. The pool and the deck were so relaxing and the staff at the restaurant were extremely kind. The only disappointment I had was that we couldn’t check in until 4 pm, which include no use of any of the facilities before your room is ready. There were also some bugs in the room which were talked about in the description. I believe that it’s normal for lake chelan due to the water and heat, but if you don’t like bugs then just be aware. It was so wonderful being able to walk to the shops and restaurants and such, we lived the location!

Crowded room

The good: pool was nice and had a great view of the lake. They make you wear bracelets so there’s no party crashers on site. It is just across the bridge from the Main Street and especially the ice cream shop! The bad: The room was more crowded that I expected. It was basically a hotel room with some extra large furniture added. The beds were very soft (too soft for my back). The garbage for the complex is right outside the window, so you will be woken up at 6 am by the garbage truck emptying the container.

Was a nice place location was good. the ice machines where not working. parking is tite but overall was a nice place to stay i will stay there again i will get the condo style next time as our room didnt have the full kitchen.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When booking the room I was unable to see pictures of the room I was booking. I wrongly assumed all rooms at this hotel would be clean, updated and nicely appointed. There was no way I would have been able to enjoy my stay in the first room I booked. Fortunately the staff was great and found a room that was acceptable for my weekend get away. Although, the most important part of a hotel room is the bed, and one of the mattress was very old and lumpy and the other rocked back and forth on it's base. The view from the room was the street which would have been fine but just out the window was the garbage cans and a bunch of discarded items that looked like they were left to rot, like a old office chair, plywood and other items. One of the worst parts of the stay was that the beautiful pool deck was covered in nasty spider weds everywhere I wanted to sit and relax, look at the lake and read a book. They had a nice table and chair set in the corner of the deck but I couldn't stand to sit there because they were covered in spider webs full of bugs. It was even difficult to lean against the rail and enjoy the lake,it was way too creepy crawly. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub is cool but on my last day I took a soak in the hot tub and it was in need of being cleaned, there were a lot of bugs floating in the pool. One or two, no big deal but it was quite a few, it seemed as if the filter may have needed to be cleaned. The staff was great and the easy walk to down town was nice.
