We had stay a very pleasant stay at Aqua Vista Villa. We were surrounded by beautiful views and gardens and Edwina made sure we were very comfortable during our stay.

We enjoyed a peaceful week at this well equipped apartment. There’s a wonderful view from this carefully landscaped, elevated spot, and quiet beaches below. AWD vehicle rental makes sense for this location.

This was one of the greatest places we've stayed over the years. Just an incredible view. And some of the kindest hosts we've ever met. They took the time to pray with us over some medical news we'd received just before we flew to the island. That really meant the world to us!

Great views, strenuous hikes, wonderful hosts, modern and comfortable unit. Close to Road Town but on other side of Mtn so very quiet.

Fantastic view at this sweet little apartment

We unit runs under a fairly new house that was built into a hill and was updated to become a rental property even more recently. The main area with kitchen is fairly small, but the bedroom and bath are very nice and we spent most of our time on the patio. The hosts were very nice.

Amazing Stay

Edwina and Peter were wonderful hosts who take great pride in their property, and it shows. Communication with them prior to and during our stay was always prompt, helpful and friendly; we really enjoyed meeting them. With its lush gardens, huge windows and patio all boasting world class views, photos can not do this suite justice. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we need. The location is perfect: close to amenities and attractions, but off the beaten path enough to feel like your own little slice of paradise. We often had the stunning, nearby beach to ourselves. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay on Tortola with lovely hosts Edwina and Peter.

What a fabulous view from the large patio looking down over the small deserted beach of Trunk Bay below us and beyond over the sea to a number of BVI islands with Necker Island in the distance. Great outdoor seating with a good bbq so we ate in quite a bit. We hired a 4wd car which does seem sensible. Road Town is close by with a supermarket. Lovely property with very well equipped kitchen and lots of spices and olive oil etc. Very comfortable bedroom. Eating out is casual. Fabulous stay and we would certainly love to go back

Amazing View

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Aqua Vista Villa. Edwina is a great host. She allowed us to check in a few hours early and was always available when we had a question. Peter even helped us unload and carry our luggage. Edwina and Peter’s property is beautifully landscaped and the view from both inside and patio are great! We spent our early mornings and evenings on the patio. The location of the villa is in a great location overlooking Trunk Bay and about a 10 minute drive to Roadtown. We went to beach near the villa a few times and only saw a few people each time.

Unparalleled experience

We had a glorious time here (just under a week) in 6/2022. Edwina has thought of every detail. The landscaping is full and lush. The beach was very, very private. No one was there when we walked it several days. The magnificent view of the water and houses on the mountain was great. There’s a soft outdoor sofa on a large patio where I could fit myself about 5 times (I’m 5’9”), a breakfast table setup outdoors, a modern kitchen and bathroom and beautiful decor in the sitting room and dining area. We shopped for paintings on the island but decided to ask our hostess Edwina to make a painting for us instead; she’s a gifted artist. Her whole family has her sweet demeanor. Loved the place and all of her helpfulness. The shower supplies are even artistically presented - colorful suspension liquids mounted on the wall the same way you’d find them in a luxury hotel. Thick towels, plenty of pillows, comfortable bed. I can’t give enough A+ ratings. This is THE place.

Wonderful apartment, very well furnished and a fabulous view! Add to that amazing hosts !!

We loved our 3 day/3night stay at this wonderful place 10 minutes from Road Town. Edwina has furnished their unit with everything a traveller needs, including a brand new BBQ. Edwina and Peter went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. If R&R in a lovely well-decorated and spacious apartment with a one-of-a-kind view is what you’re looking for, this is the place!! Ed & Patty

Stunning view.

The rental process itself went very smoothly. Edwina responded to all questions quickly and efficiently. The rental portion of the villa is well furnished with everything needed for cooking and some extras. The huge windows facing out over Trunk Bay provide constantly beautiful vistas. There is also a covered patio with a large couch on which to recline and watch the ships and sky. We were treated to a full moon! The space is also airy when the breeze is cool and air conditioning when it is not. We loved everything about our stay at Aqua Vista.

A little paradise

This is a very well presented and maintained unit with a private entrance, huge balcony, amazing views, 24/7 light breeze that keeps you cool in this tropic island. The unit itself is packed with high quality amenities down to the tiny details e.g beach towels etc. The only thing to be aware off is a steep driveway, which is not an issue if you can drive well.

Quiet premium rental with amazing view and affordable price

Edwina and Peter are amazing hosts. It feels like you are visiting friends rather than renting a place. Everything is high end and top notch. We arrived early but Edwina let us check in anyway. The place is stocked with most anything you would need - much more than expected including sugar, flour, salad dressing, condiments, etc. There are 2 different A/C units which means the entire place is air-conditioned. And they worked awesome! The view is absolutely beautiful. It never got old. The driveway is tricky to navigate but Edwina and Peter were very helpful helping us figure it out. There is a nice grill available to use which we used a couple of nights. There’s also an awesome sitting area outside overlooking the sea. Beach towels, cooler and snorkeling gear were provided and awesome to have. Only downside was the lack of hot water when showering. I take quick showers (5 minutes tops) but ran out of hot water each time I showered (or just made it through if I turned the water off while doing shampoo, conditioner, soap) Which left my husband with cold water or waiting for hot water to return. WiFi was sporadic but it was nice to unplug a bit. Peter went out of his way to set up the Penguins hockey game for us which was above and beyond! All in all we wish we had stayed here longer!!

Beautiful home with spectacular views

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of Aqua Vista Villa. Such a lovely unit with attention to details including a well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. The views are truly spectacular and we enjoyed the (almost private) beach of Trunk Bay below. It is a little challenging to get around the steep roads and driveway but that applies pretty much to the whole of Tortola.

A Touch of Paradise

The location of the villa is centrally located on the island and has a beautiful view overlooking Trunk Bay. It is very private and well equipped with everything you would need from bathroom essentials to kitchen applicances, spices, utensils, beach towels, cooler, snorkel equipment and more. We enjoyed our evening meals overlooking the beautiful view of the caribbean. The hosts, Peter and Edwina, were available on site to answer any questions. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay. This property is very beautiful and special and we plan to return as soon as possible.

Upscale and Lovely Villa to stay at in Tortola

Edwina and Peter are both wonderful hosts, which made our stay in Tortola completely relaxing and enjoyable! They're very helpful even prior to the start of the trip. Edwina was very flexible with a super-early check-in as she didn't have guests staying before our arrival. She also provided detailed instructions and maps on how to get to the villa. Once we arrived at the villa, Peter helped us drive the car down by the villa so we can unload our luggage. He helped us drive the car down several times through the course of our stay since the driveway down is super steep and required the car to be reversed downward. They've both been very kind, conversational, and helpful for anything that we needed. As for the villa itself, it is very nicely furnished and well-equiped with anything that you'd need during your stay. They are fully stocked with beach accessories such as towels, chairs, and even snorkel sets! As for the kitchen, Edwina had a pre-set of condiments, cooking essentials, coffee, tea, water, and more things than I can list on here! It was very well-thought out and much appreciated by us since we cooked half the time while we were there. The area is so well-kept and very clean! The entire stay very comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. I traveled with my mom and she was blown away by the lovely place and the hosts. Needless to say, if I ever come back to Tortola for vacation, then I'd want to come back and stay at this villa!!
