Grande proprietà per i fine settimana di Notre Dame - a circa 30 minuti da 🍀 ND! La zona giorno e la cucina a pianta aperta vantano tavoli da pranzo per 8 persone. Le porte scorrevoli si aprono su un grande ponte con mobili e griglia a gas. Nuovo grande molo con posti a sedere e tavolo. Accanto al porticciolo e al varo. Nuoto a fondo sabbioso con gradini sul lago dal ponte. Molto adatto alle famiglie, ti divertirai così tanto. Ottimo lago di pesca pure !!

We enjoyed our stay at JB's property. Great location and awesome fireworks show put on by the residents and visitors for the 4th of July!The place was roomy and well decorated. It did show wear and tear with regards to linens, towels, and outdoor furniture. And toiletries were lacking compared to past VRBO. Most provide adequate shampoo, washes and liquid soaps. This place was limited in this department. Although the AC units did the job during the heat wave (thankfully) they really need to be upgraded.The coffee maker failed to work but JB our host quickly provided another one. Greatly appreciated!Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to stay despite some minor flaws.

Fun on the lake!

The house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. Enjoyed the nostalgia of being on the lake growing up, and the neighbors were very welcoming.

Lovely weekend away

Absolutely lovely time in this wonderful property. Arrangements were easy and the stay was very peaceful. The home is very comfortable, bright and had tons of upgrades. Would highly recommend this home for your getaway!

Enjoyed our stay!

My family including my husband, two daughters (5 and 8), and my mom and sister all had an enjoyable stay at the cottage. We enjoyed the fireworks display from the deck, and the parade in a nearby town. It was relaxing and fun!

Great Little Lake Houes

We needed a place to stay with our dogs, this place was great. House was clean, just as described. The lake is right out the door and the loons were delightful to watch. I would happily stay here again.

Lakeside calm

Very nice older 2&2. We have stayed here before and like it very much. A peaceful hour in the fishing chairs at the end of the dock are great place to kick back.

Short Getaway

Stayed two nights for my brother's 60th birthday. Having our own place was much more convenient. The cottage was... clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would rent again.

Great house, great owner

We stayed for two nights a Jim home on Koontz Lake on a football weekend. Very comfortable and convenient to Notre Dame. Special shout out to Jim: he was incredibly accessible and responsive throughout the booking process and as our trip approached.

Lovely get away

Love staying at this home. It was our 2nd Labor Day weekend here. It is always clean and comfortable. Location is great providing privacy but close to whatever you may need. Wonderful owners with great communication. Look forward to our next visit.

Hometown visit

My husband grew up on Koontz lake. It was our first time visiting in twenty years and bringing our daughter. She had never seen the lake or area that her Dad grew up. Perfect location and beautiful lake views. We enjoyed a meal on the deck and night and coffee in the morning.

NJCAA Division II National Championship

Our son played in the Junior College National Championship at the Swan Lake Golf Resort. This property was just 5 minutes from the course. It was so nice to come back to the lake house and relax after a long day of golf.
