Great stay and description! Everything we wanted or needed was nearby, and the house was great for our kids--the game room kept them entertained when we were at the house.

This is a very nice, family-friendly place to stay. The kids loved the toys and video game themed linens in the kids’ room. The arcade games were also a huge hit. Though we didn’t need them, we appreciated that a small high chair and baby bath insert were available, among other things. We also appreciated that laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. were provided. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and we definitely recommend it.

Great Stay

The house was super clean! We enjoyed the game room very much! It’s hard to find a family place to keep teenagers and adults both happy and this place did just that! Very pleased with our stay.

Girls Weekend

We came for a bowling tournament, the house was perfect for the weekend. It was close to everything we needed. Having the kitchen made it convenient for us to easily eat meals and then watch movies or play games.

Rainy day was no problem for the kids (or us)

If we ever get the chance to go back, we are definitely going to stay here again. Responsive hosts, basement full of fun (board games and pool table, arcade games, ping pong, air hockey and more). Just an enjoyable family trip.

Dayton trip

We had a great time. We came out to dayton just for the air force museum. It was so nice to have a house that offered so much entertainment for when we were done for the day. Another plus is that it was so close to everything as well. Anything we really needed was within about a min trip

Basement Game Room Perfect for Teens/Families

Extra comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. The Game Room was wonderful since there were several rainy days where outdoor activities were limited. We also enjoyed the covered front porch and the midcentury neighborhood. Cute houses, very walkable and extremely close to shops, restaurants, etc. Would stay there again if we are ever in Dayton.

Fun stay for a family

I was in Beavercreek with my kids to visit my parents. This house was a great home away from home. The kids loved the game room and worked on their ping pong and air hockey skills. It was a quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfy so it was easy to sleep. The hosts were responsive and it could not have been easier to get in. The house is a great place to hang out and catch up or a resting pad for other adventures.

Ohio visit

We enjoyed our stay , the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The rec room downstairs was entertaining for the kids. However, I don't feel I should have to do the laundry upon leaving. (Sheets and towels). The lighting could be better. Overall it was a good stay.

Guys Weekend

It was a cute little place. The back needs lights of some sort once it gets dark cant see anything. The railing to the downstairs is not safe to use as a railing. Everything else was great and we had a good time.

Weekend getaway

The house was just as advertised. The basement was very nice for the family to play games as during the winter months it is too cold to be outside. Location was close to everything we were planning to do. Only one suggestion is to get a new mattress for the middle bedroom. It was not comfortable to sleep on.

The place to stay for family time in Dayton

The house was perfect for us! The downstairs game room gave us so many options to connect and laugh as a family. The host lives near the rental, which was great to know if we ever needed anything….. which we did not. Kitchen had all we needed to cook….. neighborhood was quiet. Stores etc close by. Zero complaints and we’ll stay again if the host will have us! Thank you!

We have been married for 20 years and love to watch our son play sports, riding motorcycle, jet skiing, hiking, walking our dogs. Most importantly we love spending quality time with family.

Fun and relaxing all in the same place. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials for home cooked meals. Don’t want to cook inside that’s okay cook out on the grill and enjoy the weather. Roku 50 inch tv with access to Netflix and internet for streaming. Full bathroom on main level has shower only no tub. Towels, bed lines, and plenty of extra blankets are provided to make for a cozy stay. Forgot toiletries? Not a problem we have them for you! Perfect for short relaxing get aways or long term business trips washer/dryer provided. Relax out by the fire on these upcoming fall nights and for after dinner dessert roast marshmallows for s’mores. Give the kids the camping experience without roughing it or pitch a tent in the tree lined back yard and star gaze. Will
Provide wood for extra fee. Have a 4 legged friend they are invited to we realized they are family as long as you clean up outside after them and keep on the property advise at booking. No fence. dog park is appx 15 min away.
