Beautiful home within walking distance to so many things, including French Quarter. Jared was so helpful and his place is just beautiful. Friendly atmosphere and true vibe of New Orleans right outside the door. Very clean home and super comfortable, cant beat the price! Book now as you will not be sorry! Many wonderful memories made!

Thank you Jared for sharing your place with us. We had a great experience here. Jared was super friendly and exceptional accommodating to us and our 2 dogs. We love the house with all of its colors and decorations. It has so much character ! Also, it was very clean and the kitchen has everything you could need. We are planning to visit New Orleans again and definitely are trying to get this rental again. This is a great place to stay.

The place was more than I expected! The host Jared, was amazing hight recommend this place. Everything was within walking distance and the host was very helpful for different places to go.

What a sweet spot in St. Roch! Great location with off-street parking. The house is exactly as it appears in photos; nice layout, clean and sparkly. Jared is a great communicator; responded quickly to my questions before and after my arrival. A real gem! Five Stars.

It’s a little bit more of a hike to french quarter than you would think, but very doable with good shoes! Very nice to come back and relax in the patio space out back after a day out.

We absolutely loved our time here! The home itself was stunning and a perfect representation of the NOLA vibes. The location was fantastic, walking distance to amazing food, drinks and sites. And Jared was the absolute best host we’ve ever had!

Beautiful home in one of my favorite neighborhoods

We’ve been here for 12 nights and we are sad to leave. We’ve been welcomed to the neighborhood bars and restaurants. This home has everything needed to make us feel at home.

Charming place! We stayed for two nights and had a very nice time. The house is very cozy with a lot of thought put into comfort. The St Roch Market which is just down the street is a must do. Since the weather was very cold during our stay it was a bit too far to walk to French Quarter but it was an easy drive to a parking garage and then walk from there. Jared was very nice and accommodating!

Such a cute and posh place! The house was super clean, rustic, and modern I loved the coziness of the place. I loved how the doors were slightly gothic. There was nothing cookie cutter about this place, completely unique! We had everything we needed, but bring your own coffee. I could have slept in the beds forever. The backyard was whimsical and included a cute orange cat that lived nearby. I must say, you will want to drive to the French Quarter (maybe 10 minutes tops). BUT you need to walk to St Roch Market! Great food hall and go hungry. I say book this place 100%! I have high anxiety and this place made me so comfortable and like I was at home. I will book again! I can’t wait!

Walkable to Bourbon street

Great host! We loved our stay and close to many things NOLA. The St Roch Market is 2 blocks away and highly recommend stopping in for food, drinks, or coffee. Such great food and multiple options for food in 1 spot. It is walkable to coffee houses, pin ball bar, taverns and shops. We were able to walk to Bourbon street and the river but was nice to stay off the beaten path. The bed was super comfy and enjoyed the courtyard area. The location worked great for us.

This place was exactly what we had hoped for as a family NOLA experience! The decor screamed New Orleans. Very clean, accommodating, & up to date. We happen to run into our host Jared upon arrival as he was walking his dog Ronda. He welcomed us and even opened the door for us. We only saw him one other time on the street as he said hi and was very upbeat & cheerful. The parking was great as it has its own driveway off the street. Super clean & charming home. So close to the French quarter & other sites, that once we parked, we were able to see everything we wanted on foot. I would 100% recommend staying here for a true NOLA getaway.

Jareds home was perfect for our group of 4. Kitchen had all you could every want to whip up a meal too. We loved the location, which was right in the heart of a neighborhood with food options, taverns, coffee shops, St Roch cemetery and even a cabaret/burlesque venue. While all this is walkable including the French quarter, we rented bikes from a drop off service that really expanded our radius to explore. Highly suggest that. Jared was super responsive and even gave us a little history lesson on NOLA home construction and where the wood to build floors and such typically came from.

I was in New Orleans for Kolaj Fest, held down the street at the New Orleans Healing Center. This two bedroom with 3 beds was absolutely perfect for myself and 2 friends. We enjoyed the experience of a New Orleans "shotgun" house and appreciated the charm, high ceilings, and eclectic artwork throughout. Having a parking spot is a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Because we were there in June-it's HOT, but the central AC and the additional bedroom unit kept us perfectly comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and artistic with many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The St. Roch Market is 2 blocks and has multiple local eats inside. We didn't try walking to the French Quarter because of the heat, but would be no problem other times of the year. The host Jared was always available to answer our questions. I would recommend this rental and would definitely plan to return next year.

Una casa muy cómoda para estar, con detalles y pensada para que tengas todo lo que necesites. Limpia y en zona tranquila. Muy bien ubicada (se puede ir caminando al centro o tomar autobuses a 3 min). Jared es encantador y se preocupó de que estuviéramos cómodos, pero dejándonos nuestro espacio. Repetiremos seguro!
