Kahana Reef 321 è un condominio di fronte all'oceano con una camera da letto, un bagno che è splendidamente decorato e aggiornato con mobili in rattan, decorazioni e stampe Hawaii. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di armadi personalizzati, illuminazione e elettrodomestici aggiornati, Godetevi la cena all'interno o all'aperto sul vostro lanai privato. Il soggiorno dispone di molti posti a sedere, una scrivania, TV via cavo e un divano letto queen size per gli ospiti supplementari.

Addormentarsi al suono delle onde! Nella camera da letto principale, godere di un comodo letto king size e TV a parete con cavo. Il bagno è stato magnificamente ristrutturato e offre una grande cabina doccia, ripiani e armadietti personalizzati. Mantieni la calma con la brezza tropicale dell'oceano e i ventilatori a soffitto.

My Perfect Stays offre un set iniziale di shampoo, balsamo, sapone per il corpo e lozione naturale a base di Maui. Sono forniti anche teli mare, sedie a sdraio e frigorifero.

Kahana Reef è un resort fronte oceano situato a West Maui, a circa 10 minuti a nord di Lahaina, e vicino a molte spiagge e attrazioni. Questo resort offre una piscina fronte oceano, area barbecue e un'autentica e tranquilla esperienza di Maui. Resort offre anche un servizio di lavanderia in loco. Non ci sono costi resort o parcheggio.

Questo condominio è gestito professionalmente da My Perfect Stays, una società di gestione immobiliare sull'isola. Il concierge gratuito è a disposizione dei nostri ospiti.

NOTA: Kahana Reef sarà sottoposta a lavori di costruzione di diga a partire da giugno e terminerà nell'agosto 2019. Le riparazioni verranno effettuate in sezioni, a partire dall'estremità sud del resort. Le ore di costruzione saranno dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8 alle 17, con qualsiasi rumore di apparecchiature pesanti che inizi solo dopo le 9:00, quando necessario. Le aree del prato davanti alla costruzione saranno off limits. Quando la costruzione raggiunge un certo punto, la piscina potrebbe essere off limits. Questo condominio ha un posto auto assegnato; si prega di notare altre sezioni del parcheggio possono essere riservati per il progetto di costruzione.

Great location. Love Kahana Reef. Struggled with Wifi, but host got it working finally. Amenities were adequate. Couch could have been netter, but it worked out okay.

The condo was a great spot right on the water. Was clean and updated like the description had said. It was close to lots of shops and other activity spots. 100% would go back again!

Great Stay!

The condo is just as advertised, very clean with a stunning view and My Perfect Stay was wonderful. The only drawbacks and reason for the overall 4-star was due to: only giving you 2 beach towels (we stayed 10 days); the VRBO listing stated there was a washer/dryer in the unit (there is, but locked and can't use), and the unit would get very warm in the afternoon.

You can't get any closer to the ocean with dry feet

The property is very clean and in great shape. The kitchen is very well appointed. And the view! Whales, whales everywhere and cooling tropical sea breeze make this property one of the best int he complex.

Beautiful View, Welcoming Home & Just a Perfect Stay

We loved staying at this apartment in Kahana Reef. It had an unobstructed view to the ocean, cute beach on the side & not to mention no. of times we saw rainbows from the patio while sipping coffee. This apartment does not have AC, however, please note that since we were visiting early December we did not need one, the temperature would go down in the night & the bedrooms had a window with mosquito net which helped in keeping the ventilation on & providing great atmosphere in the room. MyPerfectStays did a great job of keeping in touch while we stayed at the property. They provided an additional floor fan on request. The owner made sure we had the basic things used for cooking like salt/pepper/oil/sugar/coffee/coffeefilters. All the cookware you would need with additional thermos that came handy during our early morning trip to the mountains. The place was clean when we reached, also the cleaning lady arrived in time on the day we checked-out. They provided enough towels, basic toiletries for the stay. Additionally, the owner had provided with basic beach items for 2 adults like chair, mat, towels so you don't have to carry one. Hope this review helps people make a decision. Thank you myperfect stay & the owners to make our stay delightful.

Amazing

The location was perfect! Not too busy and close to quite a few amenities. The view was unbelievable with lots of sea turtle sightings and the most beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The place was very clean. Lots of towels and beach towels. Check in/out instructions were communicated well, as well as frequent communication making sure our trip was going well and to see if we had any questions. Roku TV's were a plus. The teenagers slept on the pull out bed, it was squeaky but they said it was comfortable. No AC, but multiple fans and we slept with the doors open as the screen doors both locked. When the tide was low, there is a beautiful beach, but even when the water is high, you can walk down the stairs into the ocean.

Absolutely amazing!

Kahana Reef 321 was absolutely perfect! From the location to the views, it was hands down the best vacation we have been on! My Perfect Stays were so accommodating. We did not have any issues that needed addressed but I have no doubt they would have been handled in a timely fashion. I 100% recommend them for all your vacation needs!

Loved the room and stay but....

Would have been a 5 star but a couple of guys and named bud and Gordon who say they where the board of directors accused me and my wife skinning dipping and being loud and causing issues. He called my grandfather who has owned a condo there for 30+ years and co.olanined to him. Which none of this was true but still kinda made the stay like we where being watched all the time. Other then that loved it and had a great time qe will be back.

Great Location

The condo is near several good beaches, has a great view, and is comfortable. The patio door needs to be serviced and I wouldn't recommend the unit to anyone that has difficult lifting/pushing/pulling 40lbs until it is.

Just right for a couples getaway

The property was just as advertised and we enjoyed our time. We had everything we needed and appreciated the morning coffee on the lanai watching whales, dolphins and turtles. Not much access directly from the complex to a beach but was a short drive to beaches and restaurants. The living room couch could be updated but other than that - no criticism.

Kahana Reef

This property is in an excellent location. It is very clean and kept up very well. The parking lot can get very full but there always seemed to be a space. The pool was decent. We even took advantage of one of the gas grills. Everything was as advertised. Our particular unit was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. The bedroom and living rooms were also furnished well. The unit also came with two great beach chairs and several beach towels which were much appreciated. There were a couple of related issues though that should be pointed out. One. The listing states that their is no A/C. That is accurate and was an area of concern for us, but being right on the beach we thought there was a chance the ocean breezes and ceiling fans would be enough. At night they were. During the day, it gets pretty hot. Not unbearable, but hot. As I mentioned, night brought some cooling breezes and the ceiling fans did a good job. That was until the neighborhood rooster began crowing. No, it wasn't at daybreak. It ranged from 3AM to 430AM until 7. Every morning. Now I have been to several islands in Hawaii and know that chickens there are just a part of the scene. But this was pretty bad. I am not sure if it belonged to someone or was a wild bird but it was a real source of sleeplessness for us. By day 4 we were zombies. We both grew up in very rural areas and never experienced anything quite like it. Beware.

Great property at a great location!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Kahuna Reef. I love sitting on the balcony watching for turtles! The location is so close to some great snorkeling beaches and restaurants. Finally, the condo unit is very quiet. My only complaint was I wished the unit had air conditioning but I knew it didn’t going in. There are nice ceiling fans that worked well and the breeze off the water was nice too. Only had one small issue with the ice maker during our stay and the Property Manager sent a repair man over that same day! I really enjoyed my stay at Kahana Reef and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Nice place with a good view of the ocean.

Very nice place clean and great view. It was hot and air conditioning would’ve been great, but had a nice fan. It is a nice place for older couples we had to teenagers and it wasn’t the best place for teens.

Amazing view of ocean

Clean, up to date condo is right on the ocean. We can only see the water from inside the condo! Sunsets here are spectacular! There is a beach here, and we’re other great beaches are a short drive away. Great place!!!

Great Rental!

Thank you so much! This rental is very well cared for. The view from the balcony is amazing. We were able to watch sea turtles from balcony. This unit is also so conveniently located to access the beach right next door. Overall we are very happy.
