Questa casa di 2.200 metri quadrati splendidamente arredata ha un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale, la seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, e l'ufficio ha un letto matrimoniale. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici moderni e ripiani in granito. C'è un soggiorno formale e adiacente alla cucina è una camera familiare.

Beautiful Tramonto Home

This is a lovely two-story house that is clean and well-maintained. It’s located at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a small wash. It came with nice amenities including WiFi, beach towels, extra lawn chairs, and two bicycles. Peggy is great to work with and checked with us periodically to see how we were doing.

Very Nice Property

This is a very nice property for 2 or more people. The kitchen is very well-stocked and there is plenty of paper products, towels and sheets. The neighborhood is quiet except for an occasional barking dog. It's a good walking neighborhood with a nearby park. The owner is very responsive and responds quickly. The location is convenient to many stores and activities. The back yard includes outdoor seating, a grill and fire pit.

A true home away

We stayed here for two months and this house really felt like home to us. Sitting in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood, it is very well furnished and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable, and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the house to make your stay enjoyable. There’s lots to do nearby, yet it’s far enough away from the Phoenix craziness to still relax. The owner Peggy is welcoming and easy to engage with. We give our full recommendation!

Exceptional host and beautiful home.

Peggy is a great host.She answered all questions and concerns quickly.always available. Her home is well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. Comfortable and cozy. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend viewing this home.

Nice vacation rental in quiet neighborhood in north Phoenix area

We have stayed at this property for 4 years and have been very pleased. It is in a nice neighborhood. It's clean and well-stocked. The communication and responsiveness with the owner, Peggy, has been excellent. We are coming back.

Best Vacation Rental

This property couldn't be more convenient to shopping, restaurants and visiting friends and family. The pictures on VRBO do not do this home justice. It is immaculate! If we're back in the area next year we will definitely try to stay here again!!! Easily 5 stars!!

Upon arriving, we were pleased with how clean the home was. The home is even nicer than the photos portray. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

Perfect Accommodation for 7 week

This listing is just what we were looking for for our 7 week stay in Phoenix Jan./Feb. We wanted space to accommodate us and 2 other couples that visited us while we were there. Master bedroom with en-suite and large walk in closet was great for my husband and me. The guest bedrooms were roomy for visiting couples and there were 2 additional full baths that allowed couples to have private bathroom. There was a twin bed in office area that we did not use, More than expected living space with 2 separate living spaces with an expandable dining table, The kitchen was large enough for 3/4 people to be in there at same time, It was stocked with 12 place setting of dishes, pots and pans, every appliance we needed, a Keurig and regular coffee pot. Peggy also had essentials available ( toilet paper, paper towels, spices…) We picked this place for outdoor space and we were pleased with space and outdoor grill to allow for outdoor visiting. The neighborhood was nice, few kids playing but did not cause any issues. It has nice sidewalks for walking. There was a trail near wash area close to house that allowed me to catch a beautiful view of sunrise. It is a 5-20 minute ride to some very nice hiking trails. It was about 5-20 minutes further out than we normally stay but we choose that for more desirable walking and quieter location, As stayed in other reviews there is a shooting range within 15 minutes. We could hear shooting sometimes but it seemed muted and not a nuisance to us, We did have minor issue with garage door opener and toilet that Peggy had addressed immediately by a neighbor. The neighbor was very friendly and provided info on neighborhood and restaurant recommendation, We would definitely te t again,

Perfect place to stay

We have stayed here several times this year because we love it. The furnishings are all high quality. The beds and sofas are very comfortable. It is a nice neighborhood. Peggy was always easy to reach when we needed her.

Lovely home

We have stayed here several times because it has everything you could possibly want and more. It is nicely furnished and has comfortable sofas. My favorite thing about the house is the kitchen. It is huge and has a very large window in the kitchen that lets in a lot of light. The pantry is unbelievably huge. I think you will enjoy it as much as we do! If you have children, this house is not too far from Anthem Park, which is one of the most beautiful parks we have ever been to. We are retired and enjoyed just walking through the park.

This house is furnished beautifully and sofas and beds very comfortable. The kitchen is huge with a large pantry. It is located at the end of a cul de sac so it is quiet.

Great property that kept us so comfortable even in the extreme heat!!

The house had everything we needed for our family of 6. So spacious and even a nice office for my husband to work in. A/C worked amazing and being at the end of the Cul de sac was so nice and quiet!

Nice vacation rental in quiet neighborhood in north Phoenix area

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is roomy, well supplied with everything you need for daily living. Nice BBQ and firepit in back area. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. Will stay here again.

A gem in Phoenix

My family and I spent 3 weeks in this very nice home. It had everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen to wifi strong enough for all four of us to work/school at the same time. The furnishing and appointments were nicely done and left us wanting for nothing. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac where the kids happily played outside for hours. They even made friends with neighborhood kids. Groceries, etc within walking distance were great. The drive into Central Phoenix to visit family was easy. Peggy, the owner, was helpful and responsive but not intrusive. Often, when booking a VRBO, you expect to be a bit disappointed compared to online photos - this was exactly the opposite. We were so happy and comfortable; it was worth the money, and we would stay here again.

Lovely Tramonto Home

This was an excellent experience. The house is located in a gated community at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Perfect for privacy and young (grand)children. The home is modern, well-equipped, and spotless. Peggy was excellent to deal with. It was our best VRBO experience.

Excellent Experience

The experience at this house was great. It's a very nice house in a gated neighborhood in northwest Phoenix with a nice park and walking trail nearby. Close to hiking, golf and many stores and amenities. The house was clean and comfortable, very well furnished with fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen and laundry room. My wife loved the K-cups and the kitchen was big. The patio has a grill and firepit and is fairly private. The living areas were comfortable with nice couches and a big screen TV in the den. No cable TV but it had regular channels and an Amazon Firestick- was easy to stream programs from a laptop. Having a two car garage was nice also. Peggy was very responsive, even ensuring that the bicycle tires were fixed before we got there. Check in and out were simple. Would definitely stay again. The only minor negatives were an occasional barking dog and a gun range that you can hear if the wind is a certain direction.
