OTTIMA POSIZIONE per chi ADORA la spiaggia! Il condominio si trova direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a chilometri di spiagge bianche e sabbiose, la famosa Doc's Beach House, dove gli ospiti possono noleggiare l'attrezzatura da spiaggia tra cui moto d'acqua e organizzare il parapendio. 1. 5 miglia da Barefoot Beach e 8 miglia da Lover's Key. Recentemente aggiornato e ridecorato. NUOVI mobili, NUOVA smart TV, NUOVI mobili da soggiorno che includono un divano letto queen dal gusto classico. La cucina ha un NUOVO tavolo, un NUOVO set di pentole anodizzate rigide 13 pezzi Circulon Premier Professional, un nuovo ceppo di coltelli e tutti i NUOVI piccoli elettrodomestici e molti altri extra. La camera da letto ha un NUOVO set da letto king size e mobili. Questa unità ha un balcone chiuso allo schermo che si affaccia sulla piscina. Siamo un condominio adatto ai bambini con vasca per bambini gonfiabile Winnie the Pooh, giochi da tavolo, puzzle, libri e un bagno di bolle. Le strutture del resort Bonita Beach e Tennis Club includono 5 postazioni per grigliate all'aperto, dieci campi da tennis har-tru, pickleball, bocce, shuttle board e basket. Due grandi piscine riscaldate e una piscina per bambini. I loro servizi includono un salone di bellezza e un ristorante. Anche se Bonita Springs era un tempo un villaggio di pescatori assonnato è ora sede di ottimi ristoranti - caffè sul marciapiede - e capanne Tiki sulla spiaggia - e tutti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Communication with Greg was excellent. Check-in was a breeze and pertinent information was provided a week in advance. Our family was vacationing for Christmas and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Our host also provided access to beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Great Studio Apartment

Our Mother/Daughter Get Away was TOTALLY AWESOME!! The apartment was the perfect size....in the perfect location.....with the perfect amenities. Our hosts provided us with everything we needed to visit the beach! And, info for the area!! to visit the beach. Plus, they gavinformation

Highly recommend

Lovely condo directly across from beach. Had everything we needed and felt like home. Everyone at complex we met weree friendly. Even learned how to play pickleball. Thsnk you to pur hosts.

Comfortable.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable and contains everything a couple or one with a small child could want. It is very well equipped with everything you need. Even though we were on vacation going out to eat every night gets old. We were able make a meal for ourselves and wanted for nothing. I would love to stay here again. The hosts were wonderful people.

Cute, comfortable, and clean

We used this property as a base from which to better understand what it might be like to live in the area. It was easily accessible and walking distance to beach. The kitchen was well equipped and overall exceeded expectations. Only surprise was I didn’t realize it was part of a large complex of high rises.

Quick getaway for work

We very much liked the condo and would return. We were a little disappointed that there was construction goung on in each of the buildings, but we probably should have expected it given the damage from the hurricanes. The owners have been fantastic with communication and were very understanding about our disappointment wwith the construction and have offered a refund.

Great stay with everything you need.

All good. Very personal attention to our late check in. All very easy once we figured it out. Get a parking pass the first day. Dah. Read the welcome instructions. Grounds still a little tough from the hurricane but totally understandable. Easy to find and close to everything. Close to the beach and a great beach bar.

By the Beach

Great condo with screens you can open to get a fresh breeze blowing through! They provided so many great extras like games and puzzles, that we used on the one rainy day. You also can't beat the location, as you're a short walk across to the beach, and with the provided beach gear, no worries! Lots of good restaurants within walking distance too! My family of four, two small children, were very comfortable in this condo on the 3rd floor.

Beach Life 4 Rent was a great stay

We had a great stay at the Beach Life 4 Rent condo. The property was exactly as advertised, and is in a great location with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The condo was very clean, and comfortable for the 2 of us, and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for a great stay.

Great!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is beachy decorated and clean, with just a very short walk to the beach, across street. The condo had everything we needed for our day at the beach. It was so nice to not have to worry about the extras cause it was already there. We had a little hiccup checking in but the owners are very quick to respond. My check in information was in my span folder. So I had to reach out they my issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend you staying here. They have you covered! I'm hoping to be back! Local restaurants are great. We had Docs after jet skiing, Melissa Ice cream so good, Mel's diner great food and Bloody Mary's, Leonies pizza. With a short drive up 41 to Fort Myers night life. I guarantee your gonna love it here. I also enjoyed reading from the guest book about everyone's adventures and great recommendations! Great time had by all.

Wonderful Stay

I was looking for a place to stay with a pool, access to the beach, and walking distance to restaurants. This place was perfect. Things specific to the unit: It’s beautifully decorated, SO CLEAN, has everything you need for the beach and everything else. There are sunrise views from the lanai, and it’s the perfect location if you plan to use the pool. Things I liked about the condo complex: 5 minutes to the beach, grounds are well maintained, pools are new and clean, walking distance to restaurants and water sports rentals. We ate at Coconut Jacks, Doc’s, Sweet Melissa’s (that was a bit of a walk) and we parasailed with Bonita Parasailing. We did a grocery order delivery from Publix and got a cab from the airport. We didn’t need to rent a car. We stayed a week and it was sooo relaxing.

Great spot

Loved the location and the property was just as described. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to the beach and loved having the beach equipment available as we flew in and could not bring our own.

Everything you need for a beach vacation

The welcome packet from the owners was great for helping us get up and running. We had a lovely time. The pool was steps away and great for the kids and the beach was just a short walk. We also had our bikes with us and explored Lovers Key as well as Barefoot Beach preserve. I highly recommend Barefoot Beach preserve. We walked down towards the end and pretty much had a private beach. We enjoyed looking for neat shells and the lack of crowds. Coconut Jacks was a great spot for dinner within walking distance and Sweet Melissa’s had great ice cream. Highly recommend this property and Bonita Beach!!

Great for what we wanted!

Overall, this was a great a place to stay for the price. It was clean and a great location. Greg and Mari were very friendly. Only problem we had was trouble with internet/wifi in order to connect to Netflix/Hulu... we ended up just using our hot spot. Also don't forget to bring quarters for the laundry required to do as part of the check out requirements... there is no where to get quarters very close (to my knowledge). Would stay here again!

Great location

Enjoyed being so close to the beaches and restaurants. The unit was also in great shape with a very comfortable bed and good kitchen features. Only issues would be no dishwasher and too large coffee cups.

Spring Break Getaway

My daughter and I wanted a quiet refuge close to the beach. The condo was clean and offered close proximity to the beach. There were great options for beach chairs, towels, etc. These were a great few days for us.
