Vi diamo il benvenuto nel nostro piccolo angolo di paradiso! Il calendario è ora di nuovo aperto per le prenotazioni della primavera 2019!

Il nostro delizioso condominio con vista sull'oceano, con aria condizionata, si affaccia sul Prince Kuhio Park e oltre lo splendido Oceano Pacifico. Il nostro posto è la destinazione perfetta per la luna di miele o una fuga romantica. . . . Godetevi le viste sull'oceano e la brezza tropicale dal vostro lanai privato.

Il nostro condominio è un condominio studio ristrutturato con un letto king size, un piccolo tavolo da pranzo e sedie con sedie e tavolo e sedie lanai. Il bagno è diviso tra il lavandino e il bagno / doccia. La cucina è dotata di frigorifero, piano cottura, fornelli, lavello da cucina e molti utili piccoli elettrodomestici da cucina, come una caffettiera, in modo da poter preparare i propri pasti se lo si desidera.

I motivi del condominio dispone di una bella piscina in loco, area barbecue e splendidi giardini con stagni koi.

La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta per passeggiate mattutine a Lawai Beach, Baby Beach o The Spouting Horn. Solo un paio di minuti in auto o 10 minuti a piedi e sarai al centro commerciale Kukui'ula Village con boutique, ristoranti e gallerie d'arte, oltre a un mercato contadino del mercoledì. C'è anche un negozio di droga e un piccolo supermercato. A pochi minuti più in basso è il centro commerciale del villaggio commerciale di Poipu con negozi di gioielli, surf, abbigliamento e articoli da regalo, oltre a ristoranti locali e regolari spettacoli di hula tahitiani.

Un altro luogo di divertimento nelle vicinanze è Old Koloa Town, che dista solo 5 minuti in auto. Caratteristici vecchi edifici di piantagioni sono stati accuratamente ristrutturati e restaurati e ora sono sede di negozi e ristoranti unici.

Se il golf è più la tua idea di divertimento ci sono due campi da golf molto vicini. Scegli tra il Kiahuna Golf Club e il campo da golf Poipu Bay.

Air conditioning was effective and the kitchen had all that we needed. Room was clean. We enjoyed the beach chairs, beach bag, and little cooler for our cold drinks!

Great view! location was perfect. The kitchen was perfect size for me and my husband. We enjoyed how great the ac worked especially on the more humid days. Overall, a great place to stay :)

This apartment is very convenient and comfortable. My only criticism is the lack of information about the front door. We didn't know that it locked automatically once were inside.The kitchen was fine.We were never able to get the tv to work - but used our personal computers.

This place was great! Very comfortable for my adventure. I would definitely stay here again. The guy working there was super chill and helpful when checking in, and the process was pretty easy. No issue with parking in the garage too. The view was perfect for a cup of coffee to start the day, and some meals on the balcony. One word of caution...the roosters will become your friend. Especially as a wake up call every morning around 5am. I didn't mind though, and actually looked forward to it each day. All part of the spirit of Aloha on the best island. Enjoy!

We had a great time in Kauai! Charming clean studio condo! All that was represented was accurate. Great location we would stay there again. Great home base for our travels on the island.

Great Location

This was a centralized, great location for us. The check in process was a little confusing, due to my lack of knowledge; however, once we figured it out, then it was simple. It was a convenient location from the airport and to all beaches and places we wanted to visit. This was right across from The Beach House, which had great dinners and a beautiful sunset. Our only wish was that you had tumblers for making a drink to go watch the sunset, but other than that it was perfect!

This place was great, but the parking situation isn't. Not enough parking for the complex and the garage spaces are silly narrow. If you have mobility issues be careful.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Kauai condo! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The surrounding landscape was stunning, with lush greenery that added to the perfect vacation atmosphere.The parking garage was super convenient and just a short walk to the condo. Inside, we had everything we needed—beach chairs, utensils, and all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept great every night. The spacious balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing.One of our favorite parts of the trip was our nightly walks to the bench by the beach house, just a two-minute stroll away, where we stargazed together. Lāwai Beach, also just two minutes away, had fantastic snorkeling. Plus, Poipu and Kōloa had plenty of great dining options, and Poipu Beach was nearby as well.Staying here felt like the perfect balance—close to everything yet peaceful and local. We’ll always cherish the memories we made here. If you’re on the fence about booking, I highly recommend it. This place truly captures the raw beauty of Kauai without having to splurge. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Short Term Stay

The location was perfect! Across the street from the ocean and the fabulous restaurant, The Beach House. Ocean view. Close to shopping and many south shore attractions. The unit was well appointed. (Would have liked a bath mat and more than one washcloth.)Easy and close parking.We are planning to return.

Beautiful view, Lovely grounds, Small space

We were tired when we arrived and the space seemed a bit smaller than the photos, kitchen area especially. We were there for 10 days and needed to get organized and utilize all available space. Once we did some shuffling of things, we felt more comfortable. Tired and wanting a glass of wine, my husband went to open my bottle and the corkscrew broke. Longs Drug is 1/2 mile away, so I drove over and bought one. The next morning I went to make toast and only one side of the toaster works. No big deal, at the end of the day, we were happy and enjoyed our room and lanai.

Very unclean and untidy accommodation with full of ants. No parking place to park the car. Host is unresponsive for any of our messages as well.

Very nice

Property was very clean was able to walk around barefooted. The lanai was exceptional wonderful view. Had all of the amenities needed to go to the beach and function for 12 days. I kind of wished I would’ve gotten a reply to my message to find out what was available so we wouldn’t have had to drag so many things with us The lock doors in the kitchen would rattle at night. You need to put some Felt liner in them so that they wouldn’t rattle With the wind in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a wonderful Stay.

Great condo!

Loved the condo - very clean, fan + AC kept it cool, the parking was easy, and the location was great. We loved walking 2 mins to the beach each night for sunset. Also very close drive to restaurants/food trucks.

Fantastic Location

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay here for our south side leg of our Kauai trip! It’s very conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shops. It had everything we needed, including towels, beach chairs, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/ pans. Plus coming home to air conditioning was fantastic after a hot day at the beach! The only thing I would point out is that the listing stated there were vending machines for laundry detergent. When we arrived we were on a time crunch to wash our clothes, and we couldn’t find any laundry vending machine. So we had to go back in town to buy a large thing of detergent. We left it for future use but would’ve been nice to know. Otherwise we were extremely happy with our stay!

Perfect spot!

I love staying at Prince Kuhio, and this spot was perfect. Spacious, clean, ocean views- it had everything I could need. Communication with property manager was great and very clear. Check in was a breeze. Love love love this spot and can’t wait to come back again ♥️
