What a hideaway

Such a great place nestled in the woods. Very quiet. Not far from anything you could want to do. The icing on the cake was a creek just a 5 minute walk. Clear, cool and perfect to park a chair next to or in and just enjoy nature.

Nice home base to enjoy Bella Vista

My family visited Bella Vista mainly to golf. We found the townhome to be clean and well stocked with essentials and everything we needed. A great option for the price and we would stay again.

Quiet Place

The communication and check-in process was great. The townhome had everything we needed. We loved the quietness and being close to things but away from the city feel. The outlets in a few rooms didn’t work and when we contacts the property manager he made sure to get them working. However there were a few things that would have made this place a little bit better. Having actual hand soap bottles instead of hotel soap bars, towel hooks close to the shower, more light in the rooms, bathroom and living room are just several. The washing machine would only put out hot water no matter what cycle I ran, and the parking spot was on a fairly steep incline. Overall we had a pleasant stay there, but it lacked a feeling of coziness.

Comfortable and convenient

This townhome was a great place to stay. It was very comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated. Convenient to the things that we wanted to do in Bentonville. Quiet neighborhood too. Check in and everything else worked really well!

Golf Outing

We came for a short Weekend Golf Outing. It did rain and the courses were wet but still playable.. The Townhome was nice and very close by to everything. It was very clean except in One of the beds there were 4 dead roaches under the covers. The other room had No Batteries in the remote so we had to use the ones from upstairs. We didn't use the kitchen since we ate at JJ's and Rosita's both nights and lunch at BVCC Bar and GrillThe Townhome had Great Value and we would stay again.

Very disappointing

It started with the two large spiders that greeted us in the full bath downstairs. This place has only been picked up for a very long time. If you moved anything or looked at something closely it was filthy. The garbage disposal did not work, the plugs in the bathroom sinks were not attached so once the were closed you could not get the water to go down so my husband had to go under the sink and push the plug back up so we could use it. There were no batteries for the TV remote in one of the bedrooms. You didn't want to open any curtains because the webs covered the entire window so that is all you saw. My husband went out back only to see the rotted wood (hence the spiders) on the outside of the bedrooms. We also were worried about the tree outback which looks like it is ready to fall on the condo should a high wind occur during our stay. We have a rental property so we expected this rental to be equal to what we offer our guests. I would not recommend this property to anyone...In fact I would steer them away.

Peaceful stay

It was the perfect size for 2 couples and close proximity to Bella Vista Country Club and Scotsdale Golf course. I highly recommend the Lakepoint Restaurant which is near also.

Nice Little Place

Convenient to the Bella Vista Country Club and a quick drive to Bentonville. It was nice to have room to spread out and play with our grandbaby.

Excellent accommodation

Perfect location for us to enjoy Bella Vista, Bentonville, and Rogers easily and to enjoy all the amenities they offer. The decor was modern and very tasteful. The bed was very comfortable. We saw deer during the evening from the balcony. We will stay here again and would recommend others to do the same.

Perfect stay!

My husband's parents live in Bella Vista and we visit them a couple times a year. We have stayed in other rentals but this was by far the best! The location was only an 8 minute drive to the in-laws and the home is adorable, stylish and spotless. Extremely well equipped and comfortable. We will be back!

Very quiet location

Great location for wedding at Mildred Cooper Chapel
