Great place

It was a great property. Short walk to the beach and a short walk to the fifth ave shops and restaurants. Room was clean and very well stocked with just about anything you Could need.

Great location

Location was great! We were 1 1/2 blocks away from the beach & couple blocks to all the shops & restaurants. Beautiful & safe walkable neighborhood. Management was excellent at getting back to you with any questions. Condo was as pictured. Very cute & clean. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful condo

The condo was bright, clean and very cheerful. It was lovely to have a pool and also be so close to the beach. It was well equipped and very comfortable. Will rebook for next year!

This unit has two nice size bedrooms with two full shower/bathrooms. No tub. Is walking distance to beach and 5th Ave where food and boutique shopping is noted in Naples. My adult family had a wonderful time. Place very clean and area very quiet.

Great little place close to everything!!

We had a wonderful time our first time to Naples. Everything we needed was provided for us. The place was clean and neat. We would love to come back and do it all over again. My wife and little one really enjoyed our time together and it was so nice just to get away from the real world for a little while. Thank you Ana for sharing your place with us.

2 Week Stay

The positives: A location, kitchen well stocked. The negatives: Cramped quarters for 4 people. The unit is tired, both the overall condition and some of the furnishings. Rugs need cleaning or replaced. We replaced the yucky shower curtain and purchased new bed coverlet for the bedroom where friends were staying. What was there was worn and lumpy.

Good value for the location!

Listing was as advertised. The location was perfect and safe, the bed luxurious, and the shower a dream! Just about everything you could need was provided from cooking tools to laundry needs to beach supplies. The rugs throughout seemed dirty, there were finger smudges on the white doors, and rusted over hinges, etc were painted over and are peeling. It got quite warm in the main bedroom at night and bringing our own fan SAVED us for both covering any external sounds and cooling us off. Overall, this was a nice little place to stay and we enjoyed our time. Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach, it is about a 5 minute walk. I'm sure you will like it here, too!

Never disappoints....

I've stayed in about 5 different units in this building over the years and I'll never stay anywhere else. The location and property are perfect if you want to walk to the beach or to the shopping district, both only steps away. The owner was more than gracious and always in communication if we needed anything. One of the 4 beach chairs broke, and the owner was there within hours with a brand new set of beach chairs. Anything you could possibly need you will find in this unit, it is stocked better than any other unit I've seen. I will definitely coming back to this unit next Spring!!

Lovely beach condo

My husband, son, and I stayed here in June 2022. Ana is such a responsive, kind host! The condo was lovely, but a bit dated with much too many decorations. Some of the neighbors were too loud late at night (swimming in the pool at 2:00am). This is not something that the host can control. The location, however, is PERFECT! A 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on 5th Avenue. We had a great week!

Vacation on Old Naples 5th Avenue

Overall experience was good! Condo’s location is a FIVE… One block from BEACH! The condo is very well equipped, has a little bit of everything which is great when you first arrive. Everything is nearby, also gets a FIVE for that. I believe, based on my traveling experiences, that the condo needs a little TLC… better overall cleaning, sheets & bathroom rugs and curtains… and pool needs a little upkeep too! Other than that, it was a good week’s vacay.

Our Stay in Naples

Naples is a very nice place to vacation … Our stay was very short but sweet … 2 blocks one way was the beach and 2 blocks the other way was shops and restaurants … Wonderful communication with the owners … Everything was clean and spot on .. would highly recommend …

Best place to stay on 5th Avenue!

This condo was perfect! Walking distance from the beach, all the beach gear you’ll ever need, and a nice pool! The only thing to be aware of is the parking situation. If the private lot is full, you have to park on the street and it’s a short walk back to the condominium. Other than that, perfect place for a vacation in Naples!! Thanks for the memories!
