Fantastic in Every Way

Claudine and Jean were the most gracious hosts welcoming us to their property with warm smiles, flowers and chocolates. The house is equipped with and for every need. Comfortable, and architecturally lovely, the it is an oasis of quiet calm. The view from the bedroom windows out over the cloister to the fields beyond is something out of Van Gough. We loved the area and never tired of discovering new towns, villages, beaches and restaurants.

Beautiful, peaceful property

The quality of the house, the furnishings, the art works and the house grounds are rarely found in vacation rentals. This is an outstanding property in all respects. It is also very peaceful and quiet, about a 10 minute walk from the local village with a pleasant bar/cafe. Two villages, 3 miles away, have excellent boulangeries. The local coastal town of Paimpol, is an easy 10 minute drive away. Here you will find supermarkets, plenty of good restaurants, an attractive quay / marina, historic streets which host a great market on Tuesday mornings. We rented the house for 2 weeks to give us some down time in rural France, and to hike the Brittany coastline. Both aims were fully achieved.

Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es bietet jeden Komfort, ist absolut ruhig gelegen; dennoch ist man schnell in Paimpol. Man hat vielerlei Rückzugsorte im Garten oder im Innenhof und sitzt schattig im Kreuzgang. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und bequem eingerichtet. Und die Küche hat einfach alles, was man zur Zubereitung der regionalen Produkte benötigt. Claudine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und kann sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge geben, wenn man in den in den hauseigenen Unterlagen nicht selbst fündig wird. Liebe Claudine, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

l'escopti ist eine einzigartige Unterkunft. Nach historischen Plänen nachgebaute Abtei mit Kreuzgang. Das Haus ist mit ausgesuchter Kunst und dezentem Design veredelt.Positiv: Die ruhige, abgeschiedene Lage, die Stille, eine Küche die keine Wünsche offen läßt, Kräutergarten inklusive, ein riesiger Wohnraum, beschattetes Sitzen im Kreuzgang, stockfinstere Nächte und die Chance ein beeindruckendes nächtliches Sternenmeer zu betrachten, der frühmorgendliche Blick über die Umbebung und besonders die super nette Besitzerin ClaudineNegativ: man möchte nicht mehr weg

Ein Traum

Die Fotos im Inserat spiegeln nur annähernd wider, was uns bei unserem Urlaub in der Bretagne erwartet hat: Haus und Anwesen sind ein Traum! Der Garten! Der Kreuzgang! Das großzügige Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss, die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Das Haus ist durchdacht, voller Liebe und Stil eingerichtet. Claudine und Jean Divry sind Perfektionisten, was den schönen Urlaub angeht. Sie ist die Managerin, die uns bei der Ankunft in Empfang genommen hat. Nach der Hausführung konnten wir das Domizil dann für zwei Wochen in Besitz nehmen. Die Bilder von Jean und seine künstlerischen Glasarbeiten zieren die Räume. Sehr schön! Es fehlt an nichts, auch nicht an der Ausstattung für den Alltag - sei es beim Kochen, für Gesellschaftsspiele und und und. Die Tipps für Restaurants und Ausfüge sind uptodate und geben schöne Anhaltspunkte für Ausflüge. Aber: Eigentlich will man ja gar nicht weg, weil L‘Escopti wirklich wunderbar ist!

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

L'Escopti ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, perfekt ausgestattet, liebevoll dekoriert und hat ein sehr großzügiges Platzangebot. Wir haben wundervolle zwei Wochen Ferien in der Bretagne erlebt. Die Eigentümerin war sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Alles in allem: ein Ort, zu dem man gern noch einmal zurückkehrt.

Une invitation à prendre le temps

Une maison lumineuse, chaleureuse et accueillante loin de toute agitation qui nous invite à prendre le temps et à faire une pause. La maison est très bien équipée, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Les hôtes sont attentionnés, serviables et d’une sincère gentillesse.

Wunderbarer erholsamer Ort

Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist ungewöhnlich schön und mit viel Geschmack liebevoll gestaltet. Ein wunderbarer Innenhof mit Kreuzgang, großes Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts. Unsere Gastgeberin war reizend und überraschte uns mit Gastgeschenk und Blumen. Viele interessante Orte lassen sich von hier gut erreichen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Klosterruhe

Ein Traum für alle die die Abgeschiedenheit eines Klosters in völliger Ruhe genießen wollen. Das teilweise historische und mit einem Kreuzgang historisierende Anwesen besticht durch gediegenen Komfort und die einmalige Alleinlage mit wunderschönen Blicken in die Weite der Landschaft. Natürlich ist das gleichzeitig das Manko, denn ohne einen fahrbaren Untersatz ist man hier aufgeschmissen. Insgesamt ein Traum, wir sind Wiederholungstäter.

Idyllique

A peine franchi le portail de l'Escopti, la magie opère ! Deux maîtres-mots s'imposent, quiétude et élégance. La bienveillance de Claudine et l'éclectisme artistique de Jean Divry, les propriétaires de la maison, s'imprègnent jusque dans les murs de cette demeure aux volumes généreux transpercés de lumière. Pour parfaire l'harmonie, des objets d'art ancien côtoient ça et là des oeuvres plus contemporaines dans une joyeuse complicité. Enfin, tel un petit bijou posé dans son écrin, le cloître plus vrai que nature invite ses hôtes au recueillement ou à l'émerveillement propice à la sérénité. La maison s'est forgée une âme. Une maison magnifique, insolite, exceptionelle

Cette maison est vraiment exceptionelle, ravissante et très très belle. La maison idéale pour un séjour relaxant. Spacieuse, propre, bien equipée, le salon est plus grand que certains appartements avec un grand canapé, une cheminée pour les soirs frais. Le jardin avec le cloître est exceptionel et l'endroit idéal pour s'asseoir confortablement pour manger, se reposer ou lire par tous les temps. L'emplacement est également très bon, calme et pourtant suffisamment proche de la route pour faire des excursions. Tous les commerces et restaurants se trouvent à Paimpol. L'accueil a été chaleureux, nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire très gentille et très sympa. Un grand merci à Claudine et Jean!

Perfect verblijf

Derde keer in l'Escopti, en het was wederom fantastisch! Eerste keer in de herfst, en ook dan is de omgeving prachtig. Erg rustig, maar genoeg te doen. Het huis was weer perfect schoon, en als altijd zeer compleet uitgerust. Vriendelijke en nette ontvangst met hapjes en bloemen. Super tevreden dus, op naar de vierde keer!

Herrliche Tage in der Bretagne

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem einzigartigen Objekt: wunderschönes Haus, sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Herrliche Ruhe und doch in wenigen Minuten in Paimpol und am Meer. Das Inserat gibt das Objekt zutreffend wieder. Sehr freundliches Vermieter-Paar.

Un lieu atypique et inspirant !

Très beau lieu de sejour , surtout quand il pleut beaucoup ! Maison spacieuse , bien décorée et bien équipée . Tout a été pensé dans le moindre détail avec beaucoup de goût . Environnement calme et proche de plusieurs points de visite . A conseiller , nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Erholsamer Familienurlaub in einem außergewöhnlichen Feriendomizil

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Aufenthalt in einem sehr außergewöhnlichen Feriendomizil. Claudine war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Das Haus hat bereits mit seinem Charme bestochen, aber das I-Tüpfelchen waren die liebevollen Überraschungen der Gastgeberin. An verschiedensten Stellen fanden sich ganz tolle frische Blumenarrangements. Ob im Haus, im Kreuzgang oder auf der großen Terrasse, überall gab es Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben zu den verschiedenen Mahlzeiten alle ausprobiert. Die große Wiesenfläche konnten unsere Töchter nutzen um Volleyball und Boule zu spielen. Und auch für die Astrofans war es klasse. Aufgrund der geringen Lichtverschmutzung konnten wir mit dem Metroskop so einiges am Himmel beobachten. Fazit: Es war einfach wunderschön und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Belles vacances prés de Paimpol

Un séjour magnifique dans cette belle région grâce à cette extraordinaire maison. Toutes les pièces sont décorées et éclairées avec beaucoup de goût, l’équipement de ce gîte est impeccable, il n'y manque rien. Mention spéciale au cloître absolument féerique qui a permis à notre petit fils de 5 ans et aux adultes de se projeter dans le temps. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil. Nous espérons vivement revenir en ce beau gîte.

Traumhaft schönes Haus

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht und wie beim ersten Mal haben wir uns auch beim zweiten Mal rundherum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, überall kann man Kunst und schöne Architektur bewundern. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Objekt ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Tolles Feriendomizil - Sehr gute Erholung

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und bietet genügend Raum sich auch mit vier Personen gut ausbreiten zu können. Alle Utensilien zum Kochen, Essen und Trinken sind sehr großzügig vorhanden. Das Haus ist (trotz des Kreuzgangs) sehr hell und die Gartenanlage ist für sich auch nochmal ein Augenschmaus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und man merkt, dass ihr eine gute Ferienunterkunft ihrer Gäste sehr wichtig ist. Rundherum war es für uns vier Personen ein gelungener Urlaub und dies lag auch an der tollen Atmosphäre des Hauses. Vielen Dank dafür

Prachtig huis in geweldige omgeving

Tweede keer hier, en wederom volop genoten. Locatie is geweldig, heerlijk rustig: echt a l campagne. Huis is geweldig: groot, van alle gemakken voorzien, goede bedden en brandschoon. Vriendelijke en goed bereikbare eigenaren. Fijn courtje om óf uit de wind óf uit de zon te zitten. Stranden op een kwartier rijden, Plage Bonaparte is fijn, Gwin Zegal erg mooi. Om te zwemmen wel bij eb gaan. Paimpol is een erg leuke stad: toeristisch, maar wel eigen sfeer. Veel kunstenaars en kleine zelfstandigen. Oftewel: aanrader!
