Questa proprietà è situata su 22 acri di proprietà incontaminata sul lungomare di Chesapeake, situata sul fiume Little Choptank. La tenuta comprende 5 case, splendidamente decorate con un tema nautico. Ogni casa è stata accuratamente ricostruita e arredata come designer dal 2016. Le nostre tre case sul lungomare, la Charthouse, Mariner e lo Spinnaker, dispongono ciascuna di 5 camere da letto 3. 5 bagni, piscina, parco giochi, pozzo del fuoco, kayak e molo privato. L'Outrigger ha 4 camere da letto 3 bagni e sala giochi. Il Quarterdeck presenta una camera da letto squisita e un ampio bagno deluxe con ampia cabina doccia per due. La proprietà è l'ideale per matrimoni, ritiri, riunioni ed eventi aziendali. Golf cart in loco in affitto.
