Situato all'angolo del 611 Morgantown Boulevard, questo tranquillo e accogliente cottage sulla spiaggia si trova a pochi passi dalla passerella Beach Access e dalla soffice sabbia bianca. Perfetto per coppie, famiglie piccole o fughe di gruppo. La casa dispone di WIFI gratuito e telefono terrestre per chiamate locali o di emergenza, se necessario. The Living Room dispone di comodi posti a sedere, TV HD a parete, lettore DVD e stereo. Porta il tuo sistema di gioco e i tuoi giochi per collegarlo alla TV. Ci sono due camere da letto. Il master comprende un letto king-size, lampade da comodino con porte USB e prese elettriche, TV HD a parete, zona lavanderia, bagno con vasca / doccia e cabina armadio. La camera da letto al secondo piano comprende un letto king-size con un divano letto doppio e rotelle, TV HD a parete e un bagno completo con vasca / doccia. We arrived at the beach house, and we were pleasantly surprised at the welcome basket the owners had left for us. The owners had texted us to find out if everything was okay an hour after regular check in time, which was very thoughtful. The beach house was very clean and contains all necessary items you will need for your stay. It is newly renovated with modern beach vibes. The location of the property is directly across the public beach access area. A short walk on a boardwalk will take you to the beach. It is the second house away from the swimming pool and a short walk up the road to tennis courts and a basketball goal. The Morgantown Community is definitely a pedestrian and pet friendly area for beach goers. The beach house is perfectly located for sun rise and sun set angles from the porch or upper balcony. We enjoyed a very relaxing time, and it felt like a home away from home. This time, we were there with two adults and a GSD, and we plan to come back with possibly four adults and two children next time. It was so special to us, that we want to share our experience with our other family members. If you seek serenity, nature, sand, and water this is the place. We loved the Serentiy Sands Beach House and surrounding area, and we returned restored and renewed for a new year to start.

The Serenity Sands Beach House was everything we could have asked for. We LOVED that it is pet friendly and so is the neighborhood its in. They had pet clean up bag stations throughout to help keep the area clean. We also loved how the house was the perfect distance to the beach and you get a beautiful view from the porches. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect, the home has everything needed for your stay including dog bowls for your fur babies.Kitchen had everything to cook with very well stocked, the home was super clean, direct access to beach right across the street, shaded parking for your vehicle, two porches, one screened.Pool one house away, which was never crowded, shaded areas for those that want it ideal for families especially with families with smaller ones.Dog friendly neighborhood.Only drawback to staying at this beautiful home is you’ll wish you booked a longer stay.Also it’s decorated so cute, you’ll want to go home and redecorate your home.Beach was fantastic and owners provide everything needed for the beach plus a cart to haul it in.You’ll only need sunblock, and a cool drink.I’m not even home and trying to figure out when I can go back.Your only regret will be you didn’t book long enough.The owners are ever nice and even texted me inquiring if I needed anything during our stay.This is a quiet family area, so bring the pets and the kids plus their bikes, they’ll love it.Safe secure area, with nothing but friendly people to be prepared to wave back at everyone there.Also bring a camera, you’ll want pics of the area, it’s just too cute.

Off the beaten path

This was our second time vacationing in Gulf Shores. The home is a traditional small cottage which has been renovated. Access to the beach is across the street and the pool is a block away. The beach has beautiful white sand and the water is clean. It is family and dog oriented and there is something to do for everyone. The restaurants are good. We ate at Sassy Bass, Tacky Jacks and Jessie‘s, which is a more upscale restaurant with quality food. Also, the owners are very attentive to any of your needs and questions.

Our family had a wonderful 5-night stay at this beautiful beach house! The home had everything we could possibly want or need—spacious, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable for our whole family. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning, and we loved being in such a peaceful location—close enough to Gulf Shores, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The pools were beautiful annd not crowded even on the 4th of July weekend. It was a perfect place to relax when we weren’t at the beach. The owner was so kind and helpful throughout our planning and our stay, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay again!Thank you for the memories

This is our fourth wonderful stay in this lovely beach home. Our family of 6 relishes our time in this home. It’s stocked with everything you need or don’t even realize you need until you are there. Both porches are soothing to sit and have morning coffee or hang out with family. The pools are great fun and the beach access is so convenient. I can’t say anything negative about this home. Thanks for a wonderful stay yet again!

Wonderful Fort Morgan vacation

We can't say enough positive things about this property and Morgantown in general. Serenity Sands is the perfect getaway - the location right near the boardwalk, the newly renovated house is so comfortable and well appointed, the owners are incredible to work with. The two porches are fantastic - we usually spend morning and evenings on the lower screened-in porch, but for views of the Gulf, you cannnot beat the upper porch. Amazing! The community pool that is closest to the house was recently remodeled and the changes are fantastic - a gazebo on the south end of the pool that provides wonderful shade, a sitting ledge around most of the perimeter of the pool, a new ramp entry to improve accessibility, and new fencing and a gate that functions so much better than the previous one.There's really nothing else you could ask for. The weather was fantastic this year, and the dolphins in the Gulf were very active. Our annual Fort Morgan vacation is the highlight of our year, and staying at Serenity Sands ensures that it never disappoints.

Great house, neighborhood, pool, and beach!

Great spot! Wonderful outside balcony and screened porch. All was as described. House was spotless. Good beds and shower. Community pool was awesome. Very easy walk to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen. Bonus—owner gives access to beach wagon, umbrellas. and chairs. Makes for a perfect time at the beach. Highly recommend staying here, if you need a pet friendly spot with 2 bedrooms.

My wife booked this beautiful home for my birthday! Everything was perfect! Not only are the owners great to rent from, they thought of everything. Anything you could possibly need was furnished and they have binder put together that not only will answer any questions you might have but have also included things to do in the area and places to eat.We highly recommend renting this beach house !

The house was exactly as described. The owners have thought of everything you need for your stay from the kitchen to the beach. They are very responsive to any inquiries from booking through your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and it's an easy walk down to the beach. We look forward to staying here again.

Terrific Home in Great Location

Owners have “equipped” Serenity Sands with everything you need to fully enjoy your stay at this terrific home. Communication was great with owners who unilaterally offered an early check in to accommodate our last minute reservation and texted us to check on our comfort. House is in a great location outside of the crowds of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We highly recommend Serenity Sands!
