L'ex Sylva Sands ha nuovi proprietari, un nuovo nome ed è stato completamente rinnovato! Se ti è piaciuto passare le vacanze qui prima, aspetta di vederlo ora!

Situato all'angolo del 611 Morgantown Boulevard, questo tranquillo e accogliente cottage sulla spiaggia si trova a pochi passi dalla passerella Beach Access e dalla soffice sabbia bianca. Perfetto per coppie, famiglie piccole o fughe di gruppo. La casa dispone di WIFI gratuito e telefono terrestre per chiamate locali o di emergenza, se necessario. The Living Room dispone di comodi posti a sedere, TV HD a parete, lettore DVD e stereo. Porta il tuo sistema di gioco e i tuoi giochi per collegarlo alla TV. Ci sono due camere da letto. Il master comprende un letto king-size, lampade da comodino con porte USB e prese elettriche, TV HD a parete, zona lavanderia, bagno con vasca / doccia e cabina armadio. La camera da letto al secondo piano comprende un letto king-size con un divano letto doppio e rotelle, TV HD a parete e un bagno completo con vasca / doccia. Ulteriori posti letto includono un materasso gonfiabile e il divano al piano di sotto, se necessario.

Excellent property owners are very responsive and really nice.House is directly across street from beach access, plus they already have plenty of beach and pool floats and cart to haul your items to the beach.This was our second stay and look forward to the next stay..You won’t be disappointed with this rental or the owners.

We had a wonderful experience with this house! Me, my wife, my two sons and their wives stayed for 3 nights for my birthday and had the best time! It was very clean and stocked with every kitchen item you would need. It is walking distance to the beach and we also got to bring our fur babies!

I’ve stayed at my fair share of vrbo’s, etc and was pleasantly surprised at how inclusive the hosts are with bringing your pets. If you’re not looking for beachfront property, this house is perfectly situated between the pools and beach and great for 2-6 people. Unless you have specific items you want to bring you really only need a suitcase! The hosts are wonderful and we had a great vacation! I would definitely book again!

This home has everything you need and items you didn't even know to expect. This home was perfect for our first stay in the Fort Morgan area. The cleanliness, FULLY stocked kitchen (wow), clean dog bowls, screened in porch and location to the beach was truly just the start to a week of memories. Taking our two pups to the beach that is accessible across the street was just amazing. Thank you for letting us stay is your beautiful home!

Wonderful hosts and property! This house is perfect for us and our dog. Great neighborhood location and a quick walk down the boardwalk to the beautiful beach. The owners provide everything you'll need to feel right at home and for the beach. We love the peacefulness. We're looking forward to visiting again next year.

Beautiful beach home, clean and cute decor, felt like home. Everything updated and home well stocked with all essentials. Super convenient beach wagon with toys for pool and beach play. Extra blankets and small fans for the hot sleepers. They thought of everything for a very comfortable stay.

The Serenity Sands Beach House was everything we could have asked for. We LOVED that it is pet friendly and so is the neighborhood its in. They had pet clean up bag stations throughout to help keep the area clean. We also loved how the house was the perfect distance to the beach and you get a beautiful view from the porches. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Winter weather escape

This property is always very clean and nicely equipped. The location works very well for exploring the region. We will be back next year.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was really close to the beach and the pool.

Having coffee in the morning or hanging out at sunset on either of the two covered decks is priceless. Heading to the beach? The boardwalk is located right across the street!
