Reconnect with your loved ones at this family-friendly cottage compound, perfect for quiet retreats, romantic getaways, and nature-filled family vacations. The cottage is freshly furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include cable TV, a DVD player, linens, and wireless internet access.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are three kayaks, one paddle boat, and one canoe available for guest use, along with paddles and life vests. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking is only permitted by the fire pit.

Pets are welcome with prior approval from management and an additional fee. Enjoy your stay with us!

Host was very responsive with texts. The cottage is quaint and clean. Served our needs perfectly. We spent most of our time sightseeing. Unfortunately we were unable to use the lake features this cottage offered due to time of year we went.

Priceless Lake view

Rented two cottages next to each to share with family. Very relaxing, great people around. Plenty of restaraunts and brewery near by. Spectacular lake views. Will be back.

Great place to stay with clean rooms and beachfront, easy check in. Everything is as described . Really close to Ausable chasm. Highly recommended will stay there again.

Perfect Place for a fishing getaway!

Wow! What a perfect place to stay for folks visiting Lake Champlain.. Even more perfect if you are fishing at the Lake :-). everything was in order with the property. Close to boat launches and plenty of places for food and site seeing.

Super convenient for us. Boat ramp very close. Only 15 minutes from town. Great views and owner was very accomodating.

Family Gathering for Plattsburgh Graduation

We enjoyed our stay while in the area for Plattsburgh Graduation. We loved being right on beautiful Lake Champlain. The outdoor seating was wonderful to relax and enjoy our special time together. Thank you, would love to return!

Quiet late fall visit with our dogs

Looked for somewhere close to SUNY Plattsburgh to come in to visit our student at college, mainly to bring her dogs to see her, took a chance on the Blueberry Cottage and wasn’t disappointed. The location on the lake was beautiful. Was a little chilly when we went so we couldn’t really enjoy the beach or firepit, but I bet in the summer it would be amazing.

Other than having to pay a very high price for "cleaning services". (the place was immaculate when we left), the place was very nice.

Enjoy direct access to Lake Champlain with your own private beach. Experience spectacular sunrises and stunning views of the moon rising over Valcour Island Lighthouse and Bluff Point.

Guests with boats on trailers can park them in a secluded lawn area and easily launch them at the nearby Peru NYS Boat Launch. This is an ideal spot for bass fishermen looking to make the most of their stay during tournaments.

Spend your days exploring Ausable Chasm, Wickham Marsh Wildlife Area, hiking, biking, or simply relaxing on the water. Those with friends and family in the area are welcome to invite them for day visits, as additional parking is available on the lawn next to the driveway.
