Questo accogliente condominio, situato sul fianco della collina e a pochi minuti dai ristoranti del centro, dai negozi, dagli eccellenti percorsi ciclabili ed escursionistici e dallo sci di classe mondiale a Vail, è l'ultimo rifugio di montagna! Questo condominio ben arredato dispone di una cucina ben attrezzata, un camino a legna, arredi confortevoli e una zona salotto all'aperto con vista sulle montagne imbattibili!

L'open space, i soffitti alti, il camino e la TV a schermo piatto rendono la zona giorno un luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata avventurosa di esplorazione della Valle di Vail. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto e il tavolo da pranzo 4 posti. Nei mesi più caldi godetevi un bicchiere di vino o un pasto sul ponte con viste spettacolari sulle montagne.

La camera da letto è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e c'è un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno per ulteriori posti letto. Il bagno recentemente ristrutturato è contemporaneo e luminoso.

Great place, great location

Cozy apartment, perfect for a week of snowboarding with the family in Vail. Bus to Vail Village and Lionshead literally across the street, 3 min walk to the grocery store and restaurants. I prefer staying in West Vail these days because it's quiet at night.

Vail Stay for two

Great stay! Slight issue of not all towels being prepared/ready upon check-in, but management was so on it and beyond wonderful with communication!! Not far from the slopes and perfect if you are looking for an easy place to rest your head, while also being close to skiing, shopping, dining, and a grocery store. I would stay again!

Winter getaway

The snow on the mountain was amazing and the location was perfect especially for not having a car available. We were able to walk to city market, Safeway and take the bus to every other location we wanted to visit.

Location, location, location

Perfect location for easy access to slopes, shopping, dining. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants and a bus stop right out front. Roads were cleared and drivable. Easy communication and all directions and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Condo was comfortable and quiet.

Functional and pleased overall

Condo was clean and functional. Location was great. Close to bus stop and City Market. Building lampposts need to be on at dark for saftey and common laundry area needs to be cleaner. Overall it was a pleasant stay and a good vacation.

Off the beaten path

This place was farther from Vail than I expected. It was further west than Lionshead. I thought it was just outside of Vail village from the discription. My buddy stayed in Lionshead for half the price of mine and he had two bedrooms. I felt that I paid way too much being that it was so far away.

Great location.

Really enjoyed staying here. The only surprise was the washer and dryer location. It’s located on the side of the building and takes 8 quarters. It’s free to dry. I still enjoy the area and the unit.

Nice place

Nice little place for two people. Very quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe. Being on the bus route worked out perfectly. The balcony was shared with the unit next door but it didn't bother us because they we only outside once. We would definitely stay at this unit again. Beautiful views.

A nice place to stay and very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay. A few misses which the managers responded to. Watch the stair banisters. Both of us got a few splinters! It is also quite dark in the pm So know where the parking spot is in advance.

Great spot when visiting Vail area

Clean! All cooking essentials were provided. Having no carpets make such a big difference in rental properties- in terms of cleanliness! Super comfy bed. What a view from the deck! The cons- The cleaners went a bit too heavy on the Fabreze before arrival. Took three days to dissipate. Also, Vail is built off the highway so the sound of the constant flow of highway traffic was new to us!

Nice apartment in West Vail.

Although in an older building this is a good place to stay, with convenient proximity to grocery stores. Dining room chairs were in wobbly shape but the property manager sent a very friendly and helpful maintenance person who did his best to fix the issue. The vacuum cleaner had not been either emptied or properly put together, so when we tried to use it, it made a mess that we had to clean up with paper towels, etc. But bathroom, kitchen and bedroom amenities were all clean and great. 👍

Easy Transportation & Clean

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time in vail. The living room has tall ceilings, so it makes the small space seem bigger. The pictures made it look bigger, it is very small. But, there were four of us: my husband (who’s 6’4), myself and our two teens (one being 6 feet tall) just for reference. And, we still all “fit” in the living room couch and rocking chair. The space is Very clean!! Hardwood floors helped with cleanliness and looked so nice. The view on the front porch is gorgeous. And, the bus stop is right across the street! So convenient! Walmart is nearby and we were able to grab groceries. Overall, nice stay!

Good, but...

My family stayed here for three nights over spring break. We have two boys, ages 10 and 7. Overall the property was fine, but it needs a few easy improvements, and there are some things travelers should be aware of. Our boys found the sofa bed to be pretty uncomfortable (as sofa beds always are) so keep that in mind if you are traveling with older kids or more than two adults. The king bed mattress was comfy, but the linens were terrible. Cheap, noisy microfiber sheets and plastic mattress covers made for hot, sleepless nights, even with fans running and windows cracked. Okay, maybe I am a sleep snob, but a poor night's rest is the number one thing that will make me grumpy in a vacation rental. The kitchen and bathroom have been nicely upgraded; newer appliances, clean, decently stocked. The tiny trash can in the kitchen was kind of a joke. Watch your step going into the kitchen!... there is a piece of T-mold we all stubbed our toes on before learning to avoid. The living and dining areas were okay. An additional easy chair in the living room would have been nice, especially since there were four of us, and it looked like there was room. There are two flights of stairs leading up to the unit, not one as the pictures imply. There is no air conditioning, no garbage disposal, and laundry is in a shared facility and is coin-operated. The neighborhood was quiet and offered beautiful views from the front porch. We loved being so close to the bus stop and grocery stores. Great location! Again, overall the property is fine. It is no-frills, totally adequate for two adults just needing a place to crash after skiing all day. A little tight for my family of four but the size was fairly represented in the listing, we knew it was a small place. Host was friendly and quick to respond. A bit more attention to the details would have taken this from a 4-star to a 5-star review.

Average option

This is a very small one-bedroom condo. The web photographs make it seem a lot bigger than it actually is. Also the pictures are deceptively luxurious. Overall this is a small condo, with very basic furnishings and features. Note that there are two sets of stairs to reach the condominium. Inside it was small but quite clean. The bathroom had some accessories filled and others empty (empty soap dispenser). There was a somewhat strange plastic container of flowers on the dining table (it was easily knocked over and it was not actually a plastic vase, but rather a the plastic Ziploc type cover). It seemed to me that one could’ve easily used a small vase rather than this disposable container that was easily knocked over. However the flowers were a nice touch. There was a basic coffee machine, and two types of coffee in the freezer. The kitchen surfaces, as well as the utensils plates etc. in the drawers and cabinets were clean. There were no loud noises or disturbances. It seemed like everybody was there for a quiet vacation. There was parking available for each condo, and the parking spots were somewhat difficult to read but were marked with a number. We had an unfortunate incident in that (we were parked in our designated spot) overnight, somebody knocked their vehicle onto our car. We only found out the next day when we saw bright yellow streaks and chipped paint on our red car. We did call the Agency, and although they did not call back as they said they would, they did send an informative response email. However the email essentially said we should file a police report as there was nothing the HOA in the area could do. I don’t blame the rental agency, as they have no control over what stupid and dishonest people will do; however it did put a major damper on our time there. Finally, this is a very quiet residential neighborhood, but very close to two gas stations, as well as groceries, and chain food places. The neighborhood is easily accessible off of I 70. Because of the unfortunate incident with our car, we will not return to this place.
