Cottage rustico sul lago di montagna

Allontanatevi da tutto ciò nella nostra rustica casetta sul lago di montagna a Pine Island Circle. Spazioso, boscoso e molto privato lotto, paesaggistica, lungo vialetto circolare ideale per un sacco di parcheggio e sentiero in pietra da casa a acqua e un grande molo per le barche. Grande darsena per sedie a sdraio, per legare da tre a quattro barche (con presa elettrica per caricare le batterie) o per pescare da entrambi i lati della darsena. OTTIMO spot di pesca sull'isola di Pine dove sono stati vinti numerosi tornei di pesca!
WIFI e TV via cavo.
Grande piattaforma di legno con posti a sedere incorporati e tavolo da picnic lungo 15 piedi. Patio adiacente ha griglia a carbone, tavolo da picnic e altalena coperta. Siamo al centro di una baia tranquilla che si apre sul canale principale del lago Guntersville. Facile accesso ai lanci pubblici nelle vicinanze su entrambi i lati della proprietà a 2 miglia di distanza tra cui Waterfront Grocery e Lancio 2 miglia lungo la strada. Siamo situati fuori dall'autostrada 79 tra Guntersville e Scottsboro.

Cottage was comfortable and the dock access was wonderful for my boys to enjoy the lake. Host was very kind and easy to work with.

Place was comfortable and clean but home needs lots of work. Bathroom is awful( tub and medicine cabinet really bad), ripped / chipped and broken furniture, ceilings were in bad shape, lights on outside broken. Broken stuff all over the place outside. Dangerous for young children. View was great

Al, Thank you for booking with me. The tub and shower is in good condition and there aren’t things “broken all over the place”. The paint is in fine shape on the ceilings. I would have been happy to hear from you to see what I could do since you were so unhappy. I really don’t know how to respond since you didn’t mention any issues during your stay even though I provided two different phone numbers to reach me in case there were any issues.

It has a beautiful view of the lake but as far as the rest of my stay (not as good). When we first got there the blind in the living room was just hanging from one side (which we fixed). The musty smell was so strong I ended up with a sore throat and my chest hurt from breathing it. We tried to air it out but kept getting little bugs all in the house. When I went outside there was bullets for a 22 all over the area by the grill I picked up 18 of them and threw them away. It is a pretty place I was just disappointed cause I paid for 3 nights but because of the way I felt after the first night I just couldn’t stay the next 2 so we had to leave.

Hi Mary, Thank you for booking with me. The cottage is right next to the water, so it’s normal to get a little musty if it’s been locked up for more than a day. I had Guests checked out 3 days before your stay and Guests check in right after you and they both said everything was fine. Since it was locked up for 2 or 3 days, thats why I over-communicated with you to air it out when you got there. I’m so sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay.

If you are looking for a lakefront home that is clean and affordable look no further. This was exactly what we wanted and we enjoyed our stay here. Quiet (except for the crickets at night lol) and simplistic, it was like stepping into grandmas house. Would 100% stay here again.

Friendly helpful host. Property was obviously an older house but clean and functional. Perfect for a fishing trip and a great value for its condition and location.

Perfect location and beautiful property. Will be back to this one. Secluded and relaxing. The wildlife and a couple of sweet neighboring dogs made for a wonderful weekend. This spot is popular for a reason. Hope we can bring the kayaks next time. Thank you for a great getaway!

Joyce was welcoming and responsive when we had a question. The cabin is old but it was clean and everything worked as it should. We love the location and that it is also pet friendly. Our dogs enjoyed the stay as much as we did. This was our second time staying at Bishops Bay, we will be returning.

Great location and convenience for a fishing trip. Might be leaving on the term rustic little too heavy. Bath tub and shower need major attention. Furniture could use an upgrade as well. Idea location just really needs some TLC.

Although the shower is very functional, we are working to make it a little nicer! Please note the great value and price point of the property as not everything is perfect all the time, but very clean with a huge, very private lot that has incredible views and instant lake access. Everything was good for the stay. The only issue was getting boat backed in. Anything longer than 21 foot boat may not fit. Other than that this is a very nice place to stay and awesome view.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. I love rustic and this was rustic with a lot of character. I live how the house was decorated. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking. The sunrise on the lake was soothing. The beds were comfortable. Some might take issue that some things are dated and need some work. The beauty and rustic vibes totally made it for us. We will stay here again.

This was our first time here and we absolutely will be back!! The view is beautiful. We loved sitting out by the fire pit at night. It was very comfortable. There were books and games for my son to read and play with which he loved! Only complaint I have is I couldn’t stay longer!!

A great place to stay!

We had a great time staying by the water and loved the old feel of the house! We hope to possibly get to stay in the future! The host was kind and helpful with anything we needed and texted back fast. I would very much recommend this place!

Great location in the heart of the beat fishing

This was an older property but exceptionally clean, very comfortable, furnishings and beds and right on the water in one of the prime Fishing locations on Lake Guntersville. Property owner was very responsive and kept us informed prior to in during our trip.
