Ora stiamo affittando il nostro paradiso / vacanza estiva !! Una posizione perfetta e allestita per la tua famiglia !! Situato ad Antler Acres a sole 3 miglia dalla rampa della barca Honey Creek State Park. La nostra nuova casa mobile moderna è situata in un angolo tranquillo, con una vista molto bella. Ottima ambientazione di quartiere, con 2 lotti di spazio in cortile per giochi e fuochi. Abbiamo un sacco di spazio per il parcheggio, compresa la tua barca o moto d'acqua. Bel ponte anteriore di grandi dimensioni che si affaccia su una splendida vista sul laghetto e sui grandi spazi aperti. La casa ha un concetto aperto e una cucina completa. Griglia a gas sul ponte posteriore per cucinare all'aperto. Una camera da letto ha un letto full-size e un bagno padronale, l'altra ha un letto full-size con 2 ° bagno nelle vicinanze. Troverai ottime strade per fare in modo sicuro quelle piacevoli passeggiate rinfrescanti e proprio intorno a te il fantastico quartiere.

Booked this great place for a fishing trip and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house was spotless—everything was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. It even smelled great when we arrived.The hosts were friendly, attentive, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the process. We especially appreciated the pre-bagged ice, which helped keep our cooler cold and ready for our fishing days.The large driveway was another nice bonus, providing plenty of room for both our truck and boat. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely consider renting this property again on our next trip.

The place was perfect for our fishing trip. Plenty of room to park trucks and boat. Nice fire pit, grill, and fish cleaning table. Close to boat ramp. Great hosts!

Cozy house

This place was well taken care of and we enjoyed our stay. It could have been more family friendly by allowing pets, being handicap accessible, and allowing more people to gather at the property.

Before you book a property you need to read the house rules that are listed. Everything was clearly stated before you even booked our property. You booked our property knowing what the property entailed. We love all pets and have always had one or 2 at the same time. Alot of people are allergic to pets so we have decided it was best to not allow them. You should have followed the house rules and not have had more people staying at our property than what is allowed. Our rental sleeps 6 people comfortably not the 7 people you had in there. You did not even stay at our property.

Our adult children with their kids were the ones who stayed there, we were only there for a short time in the morning for breakfast. It was very clean and spacious.

Property and amenities were perfect for us. Huge driveway to keep our boat and truck, fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, clean beds and linens and gracious hosts. Will come again!

The best hosts!

Can’t say enough great things about Brad and Bernie as hosts. Clean and comfortable accommodations combined with regular check-ins and communication - they made us feel like family. This is a GREAT option if you are visiting the Rathbun area to hunt, fish, or just enjoy some of Iowa’s finest outdoors and wilderness areas. 5 stars, highly recommend! We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Our property is on a corner lot with a great view and is very peaceful. We only have neighbors on the east side of us. Plenty of parking and lots of lawn area to use. Sit on the front deck and enjoy the breeze coming off the lake!
