Questa è una proprietà unica situata su oltre 1000 piedi del Green River, uno dei migliori fiumi di trote in MA. Oltre centosessanta acri di splendidi boschi e campi. Grande palestra al coperto con campo da basket completo, ottimo anche per pattinaggio al coperto e pattinaggio. Flusso di ciarpame con stagno proprio fuori dalla porta laterale. Una meraviglia dell'ora legale, ma vicino alle montagne locali per la stagione sciistica.

This is an amazing property! The gymnasium was amazing and kept all entertained. We set up a movie night with projector and big screen in there one night. Hosts were very communicative and excellent to work with. We had a great time and traveled with generations of our family and dogs. Beautiful grounds. River was beautiful. House has enough sleeping space for many family members and extended family. Great house for a big travel group. Nice big table for games and crafts. Would definitely return for another trip!

This was our second year staying here. It comfortably fit our party of 15 people and is relatively close to various ski areas and towns. It’s a very comfortable home with a hang out area, and the kids love the basketball court in the barn. There are a few updates the house could use, but it seems like the hosts are slowly renovating areas to update. The hosts are very responsive as well, which we appreciate.

Hidden gem!

Fantastic find in a great area. All the rooms were comfortable and well stocked. The property is serene and the bonus barn court was a huge hit, especially when it was snowing or a bit too cold.

What a great home and property! Our large three-generation group had a fantastic summer vacation in the Berkshire Farm House. The kitchen is large and well equipped to prepare meals for the group. The bedrooms were all comfortable and clean. The huge property was lots of fun to explore -- the kids found a deep swimming hole down on the river. But best of all, the hosts are so friendly and helpful!

Memorial Day Weekend

This is a wonderful property for people of all ages. The house has plenty of space to hang out in, and the barn that has been converted into a full-size gymnasium provided hours of entertainment. The grounds are beautiful. We’ve been here 7 or 8 times at this point and really love it. Easy access to Great Barrington and the hosts are great about communicating.

Such a fun stay for families!

This property was a dream for a multi-family trip with young kids (aged 3-7). Between the basketball court, the goats, and the fun loft spaces for slumber parties, everyone had a great time. Conveniently located near Butternut and Catamount, as well. Will definitely be back!

Great long weekend

We had 13 people from 3 families in the area for a 3 day weekend and had a great stay. Plenty of space for everyone, and the property was well equipped. It is a beautiful home and unique property in a wonderful location. We were there during a heat wave, and it was a bit hot during the day but cooled down at night (and they house has plenty of fans).

Wonderful holiday weekend

We had a beautiful weekend with old friends and family. Lots of space for hanging out both inside and out. The river was a wonderful source of fun and cooking off, bring tubes! Nick was fantastic regarding communication and trip planning. Looking forward to next time!

Wonderful place to relax

We were a family of 6 adults with an 11 year old. The house is very large and comfortable. There is a lot of space to relax and read our work on a puzzle or project. The grounds are lovely with a nice path cut through the wildflower field. The owners are very responsive and wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Family Reunion!

What a beautiful setting -- and such a warm, welcoming place for all 15 of us to gather! Great kitchen, plenty of room for all of us to eat together, wonderful spaces to tackle 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzles, watch a few baseball games on TV, go through family albums, and ... play pickleball in the barn every morning. And then, when we got motivated, go out and explore Tanglewood, Mt. Greylock, Norman Rockwell Museum, Clark Museum, Bish/Bash Falls ... just a fantastic location & experience!

Magical!

Simply an amazing property! We were a group of three families enjoying the 4th of July weekend and this property was more than we imagined. Communication with property owners was friendly, clear and prompt. If anything the property listing and details understated how wonderful this property was for a large group. The barn and stream provided hours of entertainment for our gaggle of young children. The property is well maintained and the kitchen was so well stocked/supplied. Our entire group absolutely raved about this property and many of us our planning our next trips to Western MA simply to enjoy the property again. Amazing!

Great House near skiing

The house was great. Plenty of bedrooms to fit our party of 16 (mix of kids and adults). Very comfortable hang out spaces and places to play games. The barn with the basketball court was awesome also! We got a lot of use out of that. The house was clean and everything worked well except that the dishwasher was broken. That was unfortunate, but these things happen, and we made due. The owner said that it would be fixed in a week or so, so hopefully not an issue for anyone else. Owner was responsive to queries.

Goats, Decor, and a Barn!

My college group of friends get together every New Year's, and we feel fortunate to have found the Berkshire Farm House. The many bed spots and multiple rooms to enjoy board games and conversation were perfect for us. The owners include a lot of amenities for guest such as sonos speakers, a record player with plenty of records, and all the kitchen appliances/tools you'll ever need. The cherry on top was the barn with a full basketball court! The little ones had a blast kicking balls around and playing with the pickleball paddles. Rest assured that if you have any issue, the owners are excellent at communicating. Be prepared that the house is pretty old and there are some nuances to things like doors, heat, and windows, but they told us ahead of time so we did just fine. If you're looking for a place to stay warm by a fire in the winter or roam a large property to the sounds of a creek in the summer, then this home will be perfect for you!

A wonderful farm retreat for extended family

Our family recently stayed at this incredible vacation rental to celebrate a grandparent’s birthday, and it was truly the perfect setting for a special gathering. With 6 adults and 6 children under the age of 7, finding a place that could comfortably accommodate all of us was no small task—but this property exceeded every expectation. The location was ideal, with easy accessibility for family members traveling from different parts of the country and a manageable drive from Hartford airport. Nestled on a sprawling 160-acre property, the space was a dream for both kids and adults. The farmhouse chic main house was both stylish and functional, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit everyone. The kids especially loved the loft and bunk beds, which became their own little hideaway. One of the highlights was the property’s sport court in the barn, which kept the kids entertained for hours. Exploring the nearby river and meeting the goats on the property added even more magic to the experience. Mealtimes were seamless with ample room to prepare and enjoy family dinners together. And while the property offered so much to do, we also loved how close it was to the charming town of Great Barrington, MA—a perfect spot for an afternoon adventure. Our only regret was not having more time to explore the expansive grounds and woods. With 160 acres to wander, we barely scratched the surface of this beautiful property. What a great time on The Farm!

My family of 13 descended on The Farm for a long weekend over Labor Day, and absolutely LOVED this house. It is large enough that we all had separate corners to retreat to, if needed, yet homey so that we all enjoyed various family activities. Our younger generation (yes, the younger generation!) loved the pickle ball court set up in the barn, we all waded in the creek and our dog loved exploring the property with me. The property is gorgeous. We ate our meals outside, sat around the fire pit a couple of nights, and some of us enjoyed the hammocks! The house is older, so some of the windows don’t have screens which was too bad, but we were able to open up enough windows or doors with screens so that we had a nice breeze during those very very hot days (who would have thunk it would be 90 degrees over Labor Day!). The hosts are totally available for any needed communication, and the caretaker was available as well if needed….absolutely NO issues there. If there are one or two suggestions we might have: hooks in the bathrooms or rooms to hang up wet towels (we were a lot of people!) and maybe have some hand towels available. But we know that the owners are still working on so many projects, and those 2 things did not dampen our spirits. Book this place….you won’t be disappointed.

The photos and description don't do this place justice. It's truly an oasis, both the house and the surrounding property. The space itself was perfect, but what really made our stay exceptional were Nico and Nick. They were incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and helpful before, during, and after our stay.They went above and beyond throughout the heat wave to make sure we felt comfortable, safe, and taken care of, anticipating needs we didn't even know we had. Their hospitality was unmatched. If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, I couldn't recommend this property more highly.

We stayed in Nick and Nico's home with 10 friends to celebrate our fifth anniversary. The house was so comfortable and charming, with many thoughtful touches. Nico was very responsive to any questions during our stay as well. Everyone was very happy with our stay. We loved gathering in the kitchen in the morning, eating outside under the string lights by the fire, playing games in the barn basketball court (pickleball tournament), walking in the stream, and getting some hiking in nearby. We would absolutely stay again in the future!

The property looks a lot more open and manicured on the site than it actually is, however, it has a ton of character and is still a great piece of property. Nick and Nico are very easy to work with. Very communicative and helpful. The inside of the house is exactly as advertised and was perfect for 12 adult men for a long weekend getaway. The basketball court space is definitely a bonus that we took advantage of and appreciated. Thank you!
