Wonderful location. Comfortable stay for our family. Easy check-in. Great communication. One minor suggestion, is to block or turn off the light from outside entry way from coming into the room at night.

Perfect base camp for alpine ski races at Warm Springs

This property was perfect for our stay in Sun Valley to watch our daughters race at Warm Springs. Super comfy bedrooms and bathrooms, well-appointed kitchen and perfect location close to the mountain and town. We loved it and will return!

Quite comfortable for our group

The condo was very well appointed, clean and well decorated. It was perfect for our group. An added plus was that it was a stone's throw from the Wood River Trail.

Ski Trip with Friends

The property is in a great location! It is just a short ride on the bus to the Warm Spring base. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils we needed. Perfect place for our group.

3 guys came up for a weekend getaway. Great kitchen stocked with everything. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Covered parking was also nice with the snow falling. Great hot tub as well. Property manager was easy to contact and answered all of our questions.

Annual friends ski trip.

This is an excellent place to stay in Ketchum. Very comfortable condo equipped with everything you can think of. Very clean. Comfy beds. One covered parking spot. A bit too far to walk to town, so car would be advisable. Highly recommend this place.

Property was great. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service the entire week. The unit is well appointed and welcoming. Great location for skiing.

Wonderful Christmas in Sun Valley

My wife & I spent our Christmas Holiday here w/our 3 grown Kids.. we had such a wonderful Christmas and skied all together for 5 of our 7 ski days. I am looking forward to staying here again. The Condo is well stocked as I think people that have stayed here in the past have left various things as well as the owners have.. We added to it as well. I think you will enjoy the location and the people that live there are very friendly.. 🎿🎿

This is my new home!

This is a lovely condo, VERY well-stocked kitchen, comfortable and within easy walking distance to downtown. Loved the views out my window to undeveloped land and hillsides. Very nice and ample quality towels, bedding. Grounds are well-maintained. Property manager very responsive to 2 overhead kitchen lights being out which was fixed within 3 hours. I will hope to stay here again when I am in Ketchum. Thank you.

Heated floors!!!!

We rented this place with the intent of having 6 people, my family plus my in-laws. We ended up with only the 4 of us which meant each kid had their own queen bed. The place was fantastic. Clean, well-stocked, and convenient to town and skiing. If you cook, the kitchen has all the tools and appliances you need, plus basics like salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. The Nespresso coffee maker is amazing! Only thing that it did not have was wash cloths. I would recommend it over and over again! Hope to be back.

Our Family Reunion in Ketchum

Our family of 5 all loved this property! The location is a a perfect location for walking, being close to the river, while being near town. The view you have of the mountains from the kitchen and the main living area is so beautiful. What s perfect view to enjoy while drinking your morning coffee! We hope to be back next year!

Well Stocked and Comfortable

House was in a great location between town and warm springs lift. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and the owner was very responsive when we had questions.

Ski trip for four

Very cozy condo in great location. Bus stop very close with easy access to town and skiing. Didn't rent a car during our 5 day stay. Would rent this condo again, had a great time!

Phenomenal property with prime location

We come to Sun Valley a lot and have stayed in a lot of different properties. This was one of the nicest, hands down. The beds were wonderful, excellent showers, nice towels and sheets, kitchen outfitted to the nines, excellent parking and the views!! Absolutely nothing to complain about. We love staying up Warm Springs for its convenient access to downtown, the trails, hiking...I wish we could have stayed longer. If you have a baby, there is a high quality crib in the master bedroom so you don’t have to worry about using an older repurposed crib that is questionable. Hope we can come back again in the future.

Sun Valley Spring Break

Sun Valley is halfway between Portland and Denver so we chose it to meet family as our vacation destination. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the condo. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. It was perfectly located for all the activities we wanted to do: snowshoeing, cross country skiing and downhill skiing. I highly recommend a stay here!

Nice stay but a few problems

Andrew was a great host and the property was lovely and easy to get to bald mountain. However 1) hot tun was lukewarm which was a major reason why we chose the property, 2) there were coffee grinds in the coffee grind machine so we chose not to use, and 3) a neighbor keeps very strict quiet rules and was upset with us for arriving from our flight after 11 pm

3BR with a View

We had a great time at this comfortable 3 bedroom located halfway out Warm Springs. We didn't have a car but found getting to and from the mountain a breeze on the free town bus. We were also able to uber and taxi when needed and even enjoyed the 20 min walk into town. The property had a very well equipped kitchen. The living dining area was inviting and had a lovely view of a large meadow covered in snow. A huge elk herd greeted us every morning crossing the hill beyond. We would definitely return!

A bike path runs along the entrance to the condo association and provides quick two wheel or walking access to town. Nearby Heidelberg Hill Trailhead connects into Adam’s gulch, which is a popular trail for hiking and mountain biking.

The unit location is on the backside of the condos, situated away from the main road. The condo is located on the second floor (no noisy upstairs neighbors) and has all of the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
