Situato di fronte a una bella biblioteca recentemente ristrutturata, questa casa si trova a pochi passi da molti ristoranti e bar famosi. Questa casa si trova a 15 miglia a sud di Rifle Gap State Park, dove la pesca e il canottaggio sono attività popolari sul serbatoio. Our stay at the BoHo House was great. The house was very charming and comfortable. It's location allowed us to walk to restaurants and other specialty stores. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great family visit destination

Rented this property to be near our newest granddaughter. Lots of nice wagon walking to little coffee shops and playground. Hiked at the Falls and spent a fun day in Grand Junction. Another morning went to Glenwood Springs. Great location for us and we will be back!

Great location and great space

We came into town for a family reunion and had three people. We were immediately impressed with how roomy the house is and it was immaculately clean. The wrap around porch is HUGE and a nice little bonus. You're literally less than a 1 minute walk from the downtown area with restaurants and amenities. The property manager was very communicative. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful short stay

Perfect home for my wife and I for our two night stay. We are moving from VA to NV and wanted to take a break from nightly hotels. This home was the break for us. 5 minute walk to town center where restaurants and shops are located. Rifle Falls State Park is an easy 20 minute drive. House had all amenities we needed for our stay. Property manager was responsive. Overall, great stay.

Great location with easy access to everything

The house was very clean and well furnished. Totally served our purposes while in town. Parking was a bit limited (you normally can park in the carport, but they were using the carport for construction of neighboring building). Street parking in front of the house is posted as 2 hours only but we parked there with no issues. Walking distance to all the downtown restaurants which was really nice. Communication with owner was great and very friendly.

Rifle Stay

Staying at this property was exceptional for all of us. We travel a lot for work and coming back to a house instead of a hotel room makes traveling just a little bit easier. Kitchen appliances were in great shape and working order. Cooking dinner was great and felt like home. Great place to stay would stay here again when in town and available. Property manager is very professional and was available when needed! Excellent experience all around!

Rifle Rental

Our new grandson arrived 4 weeks early but rental owner and property manager were obliging in getting us in the rental 4 weeks earlier than we had it rented for. We are very appreciative for this willingness to work with us. The rental is everything it is advertised to be and we enjoyed our stay. 👍👍

Our Terrible experience during our stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!

We were excited to find something last minute due to one of our closest friend getting married. But we already know why this place was available. This stay was one of the worst ones!!. Never had such an experience like before. Let me start off by saying Terrible place, property was filthy there was spider webs everywhere, ants on the bed! Floor was extremely dirty we couldn’t even walk with socks on without having hair and dirt on. Kitchen ware was dirty, looked like some one eaten off of them and put them back. Couch, carpet was full of pet hair. As of the end of our stay we had a terrible, headache experience with the property manager and house keeper, as we asked for more time to leave to get ready and leave! The housekeeper entered the house demanding and violently yelling at us to leave the house. As she walked inside and around the house she violated our privacy rights. Entering our rooms and bathroom as we were in a rush changing and trying to get out of this horrible place. During this taking place my family and I were in a rush packing our stuff, the cleaning lady and the manager were on the phone getting mad at us saying slurs and cussing at us underneath there breath acting like we couldn’t hear them. As we were close to leaving the cleaning lady passed me her phone because apparently the manager wanted to talk to me. “May I stay corrected” as soon as she passed me the phone and I said “hello”, the manager was cussing and yelling!!!!

Several restaurant choices are located within a block or two walking distance. You also have the option of a food delivery service if you are not wanting to leave the home. This home worked well for us as there were two of us and one bedroom was located on each level (with bathrooms) giving us privacy. I would stay here again if in the area.

Denver to Rifle Weekend

Cute house. Cozy. Kitchen items needed to be cleaned before use but overall it was a nice place to stay. Glenwood was not a bad drive for the hot springs. Rifle Falls a must see!

Rifle CO

This charming house is right in down town Rifle. Many walking trail in town. Beautiful park short ways from the house. Rifle falls a is must see. Short hike. Rifle Arch 3 mile round trip also wonderful place to see. Rifle down town is under construction of many improvements in main street and other streets. It will be really nice once done.

Did not check in

Upon initial inspection found spiders in most areas on both floors. Called property manager and was told they would refund the full amount for the 4 day stay. Received a refund that day less vrbo fees. Owner stated we would have to call vrbo to get that back. After 17 days of myself and the owner trying to get vrbo to refund they have not. I told the owner I would write a negative review and she said she would not help anymore with this issue.

Cute house on the corner

Very easy to communicate and finalize the rental. Very convenient location in a nice town, I two minute walk to the downtown area. I’m sure it will be nice little downtown area when it is finished. Short drive to Glenwood Springs, and easy drive to Aspen and Vail. If you want to raft the Colorado, I would recommend Defiance Rafting in Glenwood Springs. They have the best river guides and are really concerned about your safety.

Hanging Lake girls weekend getaway

This house was cute and provided what we needed for the hiking weekend we had planned. I would have liked to have stayed in Glenwood Springs, but by the time I started looking for a place, the ones that were reasonably priced were going within minutes. We had a friend that told us about Rifle, so we found this VRBO listing. It was fine and we enjoyed our stay and our weekend. I would recommend this house

Nice but could be cleaner.

The house has two floors and a private area for your cars, which is nice. Our friends did curb their car getting into it though at night because there is a pretty steep incline to get into it. I want to mention too that we paid a hefty cleaning fee for only a single day, but the house did not seem professionally cleaned (to the extent that we paid). I’d recommend to the host: more thorough cleaning for the price and perhaps consider the use of clear and free detergent (some people are allergic or just odd-put by rhe heavily scented detergents).

Great Location

Very nice house in Rifle. We came in from Pennsylvania for my daughter's wedding. It was a great place for everyone to meet up and for the girls to get ready. We enjoyed our stay.
