Thank you for considering Sundown Riverside Condominiums for your upcoming stay! We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our thoughtfully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units located on the second floor of our charming three-story property.

Condo Features & Layout
This comfortable condo is designed to make you feel right at home the moment you arrive. Whether you’re enjoying the coastal breeze on your private balcony or preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Living Room
Relax in the inviting living area featuring a queen-size sleeper sofa, cable TV, and sweeping views of Ole River and the boat docks.

Kitchen & Dining
The open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. It’s stocked with all major appliances, cookware, dishware, and even a blender for your favorite beachside drinks.

Master Bedroom
A tranquil retreat with a king-size bed (note: one version referenced a queen—please confirm actual size), an ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, and flat-screen TV.

Second Bedroom
Comfortably furnished with either two twin beds or a queen bed and a bunk bed (please confirm configuration), this room is perfect for guests or family. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the room.

Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit

Free WiFi and cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms

Ceiling fan on the balcony for extra comfort while watching the boats go by or admiring the view of Ono Island

Important Policies & Fees
Parking Fee: $25.00 per vehicle + tax, per stay

Maximum of 2 vehicles per unit

Unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense

Boat Registration & Fees:

Boats must be registered at the office

$40.00 per day + tax

Trailers must be parked in the Boat Yard, available first-come, first-served

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas (parking lot and BBQ areas)

Pets are not permitted
