Bello, tranquillo edificio con un sacco di servizi.

Le due camere da letto, due unità di bagno vanta 1200 m² di bel soggiorno con 9 'soffitto in tutto. Unità recentemente rinnovata, con pavimento nuovo di zecca (dicembre 2018) e divano letto (dicembre 2018) nel soggiorno. C'è anche un'elegante 55 "Smart TV (dic 2018) nel soggiorno e televisori a LED in ogni camera da letto.

L'unità dispone anche di un letto matrimoniale nel master, un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello nella seconda camera, che consente di ospitare fino a otto ospiti con comodità e facilità. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato, uno dei quali è accessibile anche dal corridoio.

L'unità dispone di un ampio balcone arredato (uno dei più grandi in PCB), che offre una vista spettacolare sulle acque color smeraldo e sabbia bianca di zucchero della costa del golfo dal soggiorno e camera da letto principale.

C'è anche una cucina completamente attrezzata, lenzuola / asciugamani, kit di avviamento del caffè e articoli da toeletta, la vostra macchina da caffè Keurig personalizzata (dicembre 2018), radio sveglia, ferro da stiro, detersivo per piatti, detersivo per lavatrice e lavatrice / asciugatrice. Spring Break 23

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. We had a great time soaking up the sun at both the pool and beach. The condo was perfect for our family of four! The accommodations were just what we needed for a family get away!

The view can’t be beat. Clean, Stylish and Comfortable. Location is excellent. Short walk to beach.

Enjoyed the large deck. Watched Sunset nightly and dolphins in the day. Restaurants and Walmart so close. Host responsive and friendly. Definitely Recommend. Hope to stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Stay for New Years

Great location with direct beach access. Property was updated and clean with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Had some trouble with the laundry room door but owner was quick to respond to provide feedback. Will do it again next year.

Weekend beach trip

Had the best long weekend beach trip with my kids, the condo was very convenient to everything. The condo was as it looked on Vrbo. The only thing I was not happy about was , I don’t think the floors had been mopped , our feet was always dirty after taking a showers if we walked with no shoes on. Besides that everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront Penthouse Condo

Great place for our long weekend. We had two couples and 3 kids. Right on the beach, secure complex with reserved parking spot right by the elevators. Two beach chairs and umbrella that comes with rental, additional chair set and umbrella available to rent for $40 for the day. We only had one small hiccup, the exit gate stopped working, but called the maintenance # listed in the elevator and the on staff maintenance guy came right over to override the gate. We loved the large balcony and master bedroom was large enough for a pack n play.

Sufficient

The beach was beautiful and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Our host was a great, quick communicator and did what they could to make our stay comfortable. The condo space was great but there were some issues with the aging building, from handyman repairs within the unit, to many people getting stuck in the elevators, and closed restrooms by the pool. The elevators were broken off and on for our entire stay, the master bathroom had mold in the shower and the coffee maker was on its last legs. After exploring Panama City Beach, I think we would have been better served in a different part of the city.

This is a tough review for me and the only negative review I’ve left on VRBO. I have mixed reviews so please bear with me. Upon the door opening we were hit with a wave of the smell of marijuana. It was absolutely terrible, disgusting & nauseating. I immediately let Alen know via messaging and then called the number available (he did not answer). I didn’t even want to stay because it was so potent.Smoke smell is very triggering for me for multiple reasons & I refuse to subject my children to the smell, especially with being there for baseball and one child having mild asthma. Alen began responding and I asked for another room. Alen repeatedly said there’s no way anyone could smoke there and that his cleaning lady never mentioned it. All Alen offered was a 200 refund for a cleaning fee. It was so discouraging that we paid for a smoke free room & that we were not fully refunded for a space that did not accommodate that need. I understand that it was not Alen’s fault that either previous visitors, someone in maintenance that has access or his cleaning lady clearly had smoked. But it was also certainly not our fault. We literally found marijuana leaves that were not even cleaned up on a side table. Alen was sent pictures and all still offered was 200. I had to go purchase air fresheners and we kept the sliding door open/all air vents blowing as much as possible. We were so discouraged & are unable to leave an overall positive review. Alen’s place has such potential.

Hi Kelsie, Thank you for your review. It is indeed difficult to leave a 2-star review that will undoubtedly deteriorate the host's VRBO rating and impact their business. What you forgot to mention is: - I connected with you immediately and tried to work out a solution, something I always do. - within a minute, I talked to my amazing cleaning staff multiple times and they said they haven't noticed any smell and they certainly would have noticed the smoke and they would have addressed it. - within 5 minutes, I consulted with the building manager who reassured me that smoking inside the apartment would have triggered the central smoke alarm system immediately. - side note: I have been a 5-star superhost. - also: I didn't have any other "rooms to rent" (I only have one condo, which is not a room, but rather a 1200sqft apartment). - finally, I consulted with many other owners in the building and came to a conclusion that a more-than-fair settlement is waiving the cleaning fee, which by the way, I had to pay out of my own pocket. - other owners also suggested that if any smoke smell was felt, it would have had to come from someone else's balcony. Finally, my experience having you as a guest was very awkward, but I refrained from leaving a review because I think you are a nice person who really cares for her family. So, let's move on.

Beautiful condo at Twin Palms!

Alen thought of everything! From the super comfortable beds and attractive homey decor, plenty of seating inside and out, tons of drawer and closet space, game closet, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen with fridge with ice maker, toaster oven, coffee maker AND keurig, blender, collanders, you name it, rental chairs with umbrella and a prime reserved parking spot across from the elevator in the parking garage! Twin Palms is perfect for our family with the pool, hot tub, and not as crowded of a beach like nearer to Pier Park. Alen and his assistant were promptly responsive for a small issue we had. I’ve never stayed in a condo with this many amenities and thoughtful touches, and we have been renting for years. Overall I was very pleased and highly recommend this condo for your vacation!

LOCATION, VIEWS, COMFORT

Reserved parking on a covered level.GREAT location. It is super convenient to lots of great restaurants and grocery stores. HIGHLY recommend The Local Steamer for snow crab and Juan Taco for lunch(don't go too late because they sell out sometimes)There are plenty of things to do in the area for fun if you want a day off from the beach, but we typically do not because who gets tired of the beach?The balcony typically has a nice breeze, which makes sitting outside enjoying the views even better! The crowd is also not too bad most of the time. It is far better than other places we've stayed. The inside of the condo is always perfect. The beds are comfortable. We always sleep well, just like at home when we stay here. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need for cooking. They even have a closet with extra beach chairs and toys, just in case. We are repeat guests and never have a bad stay. My ONLY complaint is the traffic on Front Beach Road. Lol, But thankfully, the condo is close to a few side roads;)

Great condo and even better views!

This condo was amazing. Great views, great location, great parking, and reasonably priced. Close to lots of good restaurants and grocery stores(Walmart). We placed an order for grocery pick up before we arrived so that we wouldn't have to waste time at the store. Our family enjoyed it so much we tried to book it again for the fall but it's already full. Not at all surprised though. It was a great stay. The owners always responded to any messages almost immediately. We definitely recommend this property!!!

Great vacation!!!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo! The Condo itself is beautiful inside and out! The view is breathtaking! There was a perfect amount of space for everyone! The parking could not be anymore convenient, I loved that we were directly across from the elevator...it made our life so much easier especially with small children! The beds were extremely comfortable which is a huge plus for us!!! Overall we had a fantastic stay and had everything we needed for a relaxing stress free family vacation!!! We hope to return soon!!!

Great location, amazing view!

The room was just as advertised! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the view! The parking place provided was directly across from the elevators and made coming and going super easy. Acces to the pool and beach was very easy as well. We Apprciate the fact that beach service was provided! We will most definitely stay again!

Didn’t want to leave!

From the time we arrived until we left this was the best trip ever! We’ve stayed in PC so many times and we will never stay anywhere else. Had a small hiccup when we arrived but Allen took care of it ASAP! Owners are super nice and never made us feel that we were bothering them when we had questions. They even checked on us to make sure everything was good through out the week! Loved having so much space that we weren’t falling over each other and just enough furniture that we had room to move around. I really appreciate having the beach chairs/umbrella included in our fees along with a reserved parking space! It’s the little things that mean the most!!! Overall none of us wanted to leave our spring break home and we are already trying to plan our next trip!!! Thanks Allen and Vanessa for a amazing place to stay!!!
