Rilassati sulla nostra mini-montagna privata di 2 acri! Questa casa vacanze completamente rinnovata è nascosta segretamente sopra Lake Louise e circa mezzo miglio dal centro di Weaverville (e circa 10 minuti da Asheville). Ha tutto il necessario per godersi una fantastica vacanza in montagna: una posizione ideale, privacy, pulizia, comfort e intrattenimento.


LA CASA:
Nuovo al mercato (ottobre 2018), questa casa presenta un open space e originali pavimenti in legno di pino a metà del secolo che conducono ad un ampio portico coperto, grill e cortile recintato. Godetevi un bicchiere di vino vicino al fuoco nella veranda.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e una dispensa di servizio walk-in.

La lavanderia e la sala bonus si trovano al largo della dispensa. La sala bonus presenta un caminetto in pietra originale e vetrate personalizzate per fornire un'area accogliente per giocare a giochi da tavolo e fare puzzle.

I bagni (2) e le camere da letto (3) sono arredati con saponi artigianali di provenienza locale e biancheria di lusso. Ogni camera da letto contiene quanto segue:
   • Maestro: letto matrimoniale, bagno privato aperto
   • Seconda camera da letto: letto matrimoniale, ingresso separato
   • Terza camera da letto: letto matrimoniale con base regolabile elettrica e impostazioni di massaggio

La proprietà è stata ristrutturata con cura, ed è la nostra seconda casa (ma avrete l'intera proprietà per voi). Si possono considerare animali ben educati e curati - si prega di informarsi.


LA POSIZIONE:
Weaverville è una posizione ideale - essendo un'attrazione di Asheville di per sé (a pochi minuti di distanza), offre fascino di piccola città, abbondanti punti ristoro, negozi e varie attrazioni.

Dalla casa, si può andare a piedi o in auto verso il centro (per camminare prendere Lakeshore guidare dietro il parco giochi attraverso il quartiere al centro di Weaverville (~ 0. 5mi), che ospita numerosi negozi, gallerie, birrerie e ristoranti premiati localmente - tra cui una delle migliori panetterie di piccole città d'America (Well-Bred). Ci sono anche molte avventure all'aria aperta tra cui scegliere (ad esempio escursioni sulla Blue Ridge Parkway, zip in corrispondenza di Navatat, golf al Reems Creek Golf club, ecc.).

A Lake Louise (dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla casa) troverete un sentiero a piedi di circa 6 metri intorno al lago, una palestra all'aperto, un grande parco giochi, un'area picnic coperta e vari eventi della comunità. Mary and Greg’s “Mini Mountain Hideaway “ is right at the top of all our VRBO stays over the years. The home is very well equipped, spotless and has many little added extras. Our two Airedale Terriers really appreciated the fenced yard plus our walk around Lake Louise, which is just across the road from the home, every morning. We’ve vacationed in Western NC for a number of years and downtown Weaverville is just what we look for with great restaurants, shops and a lovely little wine bar. We’ll be looking forward to our next stay at Mary and Greg’s home,

We loved this property! Away from the hustle & bustle of downtown Asheville, but close enough to get to town & spend time there. Also very convenient to The Biltmore House, which our kids were able to enjoy for the first time. We enjoyed the restaurants in Weaverville both for our breakfasts & dinners. The lake across the street is very peaceful & easy to walk to enjoy nature. The privacy was perfect along with the views of the lake. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard & we all had a great time!

Comfortable and convenient!

Very easy check in/out process, very welcoming for our dogs, stocked with everything we needed, loved hanging out on the back porch, and Weaverville is a great place to stay while also being super close to Asheville!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay! Great location to Downtown Asheville and grocery stores. Mary is very quick to respond to any questions. Lot's of nice, extra touches-they provided snacks and dog cookies. We hope to stay again when we are in town.

Great experience in a wonderful property! Extremely clean with well stocked kitchen, we truly enjoyed the views from the porch and the fresh mountain air. Short drive to everything, we will be back!

Lovely home, conveniently located. Quick ride to Asheville. Quiet and private, Loved seeing the deer on the driveway! Not able to view the lake from the house, but it is pretty to walk or drive around. Easy check in-great communication with host, Mary.

Excellent accommodations

My friends and I just stayed at this property and we loved everything about it. The back porch was the favorite space for us to catch up and relax. The location is perfect and the lake and park across the street adds to the value of this rental. The beds were comfortable and so many extra amenities were included that you just dont find at most rentals. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect Location & Pet Friendly

We enjoyed staying in the extremely clean and cute Mini Mtn Hideaway! We were close to downtown, Stony Knob restaurant and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Every morning my pup, Zoe and I walked down the hill to the track around Lake Louise. We had beautiful weather and our host, Mary couldn't have been more accommodating! We hope to visit again.

Delightful

The house was perfect for us and the location ideal. The house had everything we needed and wonderful outside areas to enjoy. It is close enough to Asheville so all it has to offer is a just a short drive away but with the considerable small town charm of Weaverville.

Welcome Friends! My name is Mary. My husband and I love to renovate old homes and bring them back to their former glory. Transforming these spaces and sharing them with guests is one of my favorite things to do. I also work as a Registered Nurse and have supervised the critical care ICU at Mission Hospital for over 20 years.

We moved from Chicago to the Asheville area 30 years ago and raised our three daughters here. While the area has changed dramatically over the years, we would never think of leaving!

My family and I have taken great care to ensure our vacation rental is well-equipped and that no detail has been forgotten. We are excited to routinely welcome back people visiting the area for long getaway weekends, reunions, weddings, and many other little gatherings in between.

Please do not hesitate to ask me for local recommendations and cool things to do, or for anything else that comes up – we truly care and want you to have an excellent experience. I look forward to meeting you!

Wonderful location - minutes to everything, overlooks Lake Louise, relaxing and comfortable, very clean, private, a lot of hard work went into renovating this mid-century home.

House is one level, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Walk/run at Lake Louise park. Weaverville is one of America’s small town gems, excellent restaurants, and friendly folks. One of the best small town bakeries in America (Well bred bakery). Only about 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville!
