Situato al 4 ° piano di Phoenix VII a Orange Beach, AL, questo spazioso 2 letto | 2 bagni condominio 8 posti letto con servizi meravigliosi e vista mozzafiato sul Golfo del Messico. Questo condominio è un'unità angolare con grandi porte e finestre in vetro dal pavimento al soffitto nella zona giorno e pranzo. Goditi il relax dopo una divertente giornata in spiaggia in questo condominio recentemente aggiornato con nuove piastrelle in tutto. con una grande TV a schermo piatto. Ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito aggiornati. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 4 al tavolo e con spazio per altri 2 al bar dell'isola.

La zona giorno comprende un divano letto matrimoniale e 2 comode sedie laterali. La spaziosa camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e una TV a schermo piatto oltre a una splendida vista della spiaggia dal pavimento alle porte di vetro del soffitto. Il bagno principale ha una grande vanità e cabina doccia. La camera dispone di 2 letti full size, TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato. Questo condominio è inoltre dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice impilabili per la vostra comodità.

Parcheggio: i pass per il parcheggio sono disponibili per la vendita presso la reception. Ti verrà richiesto di acquistare un pass per il parcheggio. Sarà una commissione una tantum, quindi il pass sarà valido per l'intero soggiorno. In questo condominio potrai acquistare solo 2 pass per 2 veicoli.

The unit needed updating badly. It could use some serious cleaning in bathroom and floors, etc. There as a very old throw rug on balcony and we moved it since it was so dirty and old. The towels were very worn out. Great location and unfortunately could stand to be updated. We enjoyed being with our family there.

The furniture in the picture is not what’s in the condo. There were 3 different color chairs. The chairs and table on the balcony you could not use. With bad knees I could not sit in those chairs. The decor was very nice.

Everything was perfect, location, beachfront, only downfall if I have to say, was the chair in the living room made all kinds of noises when you sat in it. We loved it overall

Great location beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay the view is beautiful! The condo was very clean and well maintained! The only 2 things I have to complain about is there needed to be more towels and the drain in the guest bathroom had to be held up to drain! All in all we loved it and would rent it again!

Great place and great view!

Easy check-in process. Nice view and great unit. Only complaint is the sliding doors need a little WD-40..they were a little hard to open. But loved the view!! Would recommend!!

Perfect for our family. Very few people for spring break vacation but then we realized that all the units were being remodeled so it was loud. I now understand the great discounted price. Beautiful & clean

Good stay

Overall, we had an amazing time in this condo! It was clean and came stocked with a lot of essentials in the kitchen and around the condo. I liked having a small vacuum to get sand up. Loved the ice maker. Our only complaint are some of the pans in the kitchen are severely damaged and scraped and there was no hand soap in the kitchen. Other than that, amazing and would stay again!

As described but not very clean

This property serves its purpose - a place to stay while you go to the beach. But, for the hair in the shower, mold on shower curtains, sticky floors, and just generally feeling dirty in the apartment, this Vrbo is definitely overpriced. Not to mention, they only provide 1 bar of soap, 1 roll of TP, 1 bottle of each toiletry, 1 roll of paper towels - again, this felt stingy and cheap for the cost to stay here. We liked the condominium, but would rather stay in a different unit next time.

Stay elsewhere!

Location is amazing! However, floors throughout the condo were unclean. Trash on floors. 2/3 televisions did not work. Called maintenance. Maintenance told me to call direct tv (major hassle!). One of the showers did not work! Towels were very worn and had holes throughout. Not the best bang for your buck, by far!

Issues

We were not aware ahead of time if $55 parking pass. We were told that we didn’t need to check in at desk..that was not true. The condo had broken light bulb in lamp in the master bedroom so had to read with overhead ceiling fan light. Sister had only 1 out of 5 bulbs working in her bathroom.

The parking pass fees are regulated by the Home Owners Associations that run the condo buildings themselves and some do require you to purchase them when you arrive. Since the door code we provide allows you to go straight to the condo, you're not required you to "check-in" . We all have to buy these passes when staying at the properties. I am sorry that about the lack of lightbulbs and can assure you that they have been replaced. Please, call us next time so we can take care of this more quickly. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you'll be back very soon.

Wish the space was cleaner

Property manager got someone out to clean couch after it smelled like urine but it still smelled badly after the cleaning. Shower head was addressed. King sized bed was uncomfortable and needed new comforters. No comforter to go on couch in living room not that you want to sleep on pee smelling couch. Teeneager ended up sleeping in recliner. Property needs a thorough deep cleaning. I worked on dirtiness/crumbs on recliner. Will not return to the VRBO

Only the View was nice

This condo needs a lot of TLC. The refrigerator had no ice maker (cracked plastic ice cube trays in the cabinet) so there was a stand alone ice machine in the kitchen. It did not produce ice so we called the maintenance number. No one ever showed up to fix it so we bought bagged ice all week. The pull out couch was filthy so we put a sheet over it before anyone sat on it. Holes in the bed linens, dirty dishes in the cabinets and hardened grease in the kitchen sink. I could go on for hours. I was refunded the cleaning fee that was charged for my visit.. .

Nice Condo

This condo was cute and comfortable. Being located on the 4th floor was a plus because we used the stairs a few times when the elevators were busy. I liked that there were grocery carts downstairs to carry your groceries back to the condo. This condo also has a very large built in ice maker. The ice maker was a huge plus. We could fill up a large cooler before heading to the beach and still have enough ice to make frozen drinks in the blender.. It is directly over the pool which means the noise level could be high at times , but it never was loud at night when we wanted to sleep. The view is beautiful! I would stay here again.

Awesome

We had an awesome stay in this condo. It is lovely with everything we needed. The view is gorgeous from the living area and the master bedroom.. the balcony is very nice as it wraps around. All of the pools and hot tubs were great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The entrance is beautiful. We had a fantastic time and hope to book this unit again soon!
