Soggiorno aperto, cucina, sala da pranzo, con tre camere da letto e bagno completo al piano di sopra .. lavanderia camera e secondo bagno / doccia al piano inferiore con porta sul cortile. Cucina completamente attrezzata, biancheria ecc. Cable / Wifi / Netflixs .. Per gli equestri e gli spettatori, a soli 10 minuti di auto dal Centro Ippico Internazionale Tryon. Facile accesso a tutte le autostrade per Lake Lure, Asheville, Greenville. Un sacco di attività di trekking, canoa, rafting e zip line nelle vicinanze. La fabbrica di birra Sierra Nevada è a trenta minuti in direzione di Asheville.

Perfect for our dance competition weekend!

Location was 4 mins from Polk County Highschool and perfect for our needs. Plenty of space. Could use some extra blankets. It was really cold when we were in town.

There is central heat and air with a thermostat any guest can regulate. Sorry you didn’t realize the thermostat is in the living room.... quite visible.

Great crash spot

Overall great place with a great location. Directions were easy and local restaurants were amazing. Host is not always quick at responding, especially prior to visit. Really disappointed in the fact that when I originally booked I had to go in and change my arrival date making my stay shorter. Was originally refunded for amount but upon arrival charged an additional amount for stay as the rate per night changed. Between Vrbo and the Host this should have been sorted before I was refunded. That then made little things like a very slippery wet deck upon arrival very frustrating.

This is not a crash spot.. Hi Sarah, I’m very sorry you were disappointed booking The Flynn home. You were refunded without penalty for your change of dates. Unfortunately, you didn’t understand the weekly discount. This home was pristine and offers antiques and designer furniture which I personally brought from Europe.. Offered to you and your group of guests at a generous price. I’m sorry the porch was cleaned for your arrival, but carpets were there. We try our best….and are rated high with our commitment to our guests. Thank you. You are not welcomed back… I do regret my generous rating….. to unappreciative person

A Home In Columbus NC

The house has a large clean yard in front and back, and good spacing from neighbors. Bedrooms, living room, dining were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. The basement had many dead bugs, but we vacuumed them. We notified the owner Lynn, but she said the basement was cleaned. We had a problem with the internet service, but Lynn resolved it immediately with the internet company. The owner offered to refund the payment if we chose to leave, but we decided to stay. The location was great: near Chimney Rock, Bradley Falls; and walking distance from several home town restaurants, groceries chain Food Lion, and fast food McDonalds, Taco Bell. We did enjoy our stay in Columbus.

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay in the end. The house and basement were cleaned the day before your arrival. The Internet Provider, Spectrum ended up sending a techincian to replace a broken piece in the system. The problem with the Internet was of no blame of owner.

Clean, cozy house

Nice, comfortable house. The second bathroom is in the basement but it was clean and well stocked with towels ect. There were no batteries in the smoke alarm/carbon monoxide detector. The owner did respond that the batteries were supposed to be changed in it but it must have been overlooked. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans ect. We did find some mouse droppings in one of the drawers but overall everything was clean. It was a nice size house for four people and conveniently located.

Glad you enjoyed the house Debra.... When I spoke with you I said the batteries were left at the house but housekeeping.must have forgotten to put them in. As far as mice, haven’t seen or heard any other guests nor my housekeeping, but definitely will follow up.

Adorable house, convenient to FENCE

We had a great stay at this adorable town in Columbus. Very comfortable for our party of 3. Love the renovated kitchen with touches of the original character. Very convenient to FENCE. Love the quaint town of Columbus.

TIEC Getaway

We had a great stay super close to TIEC. The property was very clean and neat and easy to find. Communication with the owner was quick and easy as well.

unfortunate

There were alarming stains on the beds when we arrived and there were ants that crawled out of the vents. Had some communication issues with the owner as well.

There were some white bleach marks on the duvet from an error the housekeeper made doing laundry. As far as ants coming out of the vents: I haven't seen any. I hate to have unhappy guests, I even gave her a great rating! Guess I got paid for my error. But you wont find cleaner homes then our rentals...that is why we have superhost and a five star rating.. We work very hard to keep our guests happy....
